Cette option est disponible en haut à droite de la page d'accueil. Si la langue n'est pas modifiée manuellement, le système reste par défaut en anglais, et par conséquent, l'email de confirmation est automatiquement généré dans la langue utilisée lors de la réservation.

Λυπούμαστε για την ταλαιπωρία που αντιμετωπίσατε. Για να διευκρινίσουμε, η συγκεκριμένη ακτοπλοϊκή εταιρεία που επιλέξατε εκδίδει απευθείας ηλεκτρονικά εισιτήρια (e-tickets) και δεν απαιτεί διαδικασία web check-in. Δυστυχώς, λόγω ενός προσωρινού προβλήματος διασύνδεσης του συστήματος της εταιρείας, τα εισιτήρια δεν στάλθηκαν αυτόματα με την επιβεβαίωση όπως θα έπρεπε. Μόλις επικοινωνήσατε μαζί μας, εντοπίσαμε το πρόβλημα, επικοινωνήσαμε με την εταιρεία και φροντίσαμε να τα λάβετε.
Όσον αφορά την ιστοσελίδα μας, λαμβάνουμε σοβαρά υπόψη το σχόλιό σας. Καθημερινά βελτιώνουμε τις υπηρεσίες και τις πληροφορίες της πλατφόρμας μας, με στόχο την καλύτερη δυνατή εμπειρία χρήστη και την πλήρη πληροφόρηση. Σας ευχαριστούμε για τα σχόλιά σας!
Use PayPal to pay, credit cards can be delayed and difficult
Easy but credit card transactions are problematic, so we used PayPal instead. They do not post schedules until about 3 weeks in advance. Hard to plan places to stay with so little time to book a ferry

Regarding credit card transactions, strict banking security protocols can sometimes cause interruptions.
Regarding the schedules, we wish to clarify that we do not control their release; they are determined solely by the ferry operators and the Ministry of Shipping. We publish them instantly once they become official. We understand the challenge this poses for planning accommodation, but it is an industry-wide factor.

Punctual and Efficient
I liked that they refunded me the difference in price after changing our ferry to an earlier, cheaper ferry.
They could have had a higher rating if they had simply refunded me online without me having to first ask, then secondly go to the office for it.
They were punctual and efficient though.
I didn't like trying to find the departure mooring in Symi.

As detailed in that email, you have two available options to collect your tickets for travel:
1) Complete the Web Check-in (following the instructions provided) to receive your e-ticket with the barcode.
2) Collect your physical tickets from the local port agency, for which we have provided full contact and location details.

I’m pretty satisfied.
Edit: the agents got back to me and all is good. I might not have understood the translation of details.
It took two days to get through. I emailed and never heard from anyone until I found a way to reserve seats and did this review.
The problem is no one ever got back to me via the method the web site said to use via email. I only heard from them after the problem was resolved by me.
So here is what I learned. I tried to book passage on my iPhone 14ProMax and my iPad using iOS and the Apple browser, Safari. After two days passed and talking to a friend, she suggested using my PC tablet and Google Chrome. That worked.
So I give them a compliment for reaching out to me, and indicating they care.
They did let me know what deck seating is. I’m booked on that going over, and business class on my return.
After the trip, I hope to do an update and score them 5 stars.

Regarding your question, 'Deck' accommodation grants access to the ship's open decks and interior common areas (lounges/cafes), without a specific reserved seat.
