Unhelpful Collecting Driver

Despite collecting driver being at Frimley Green Service Station when I dropped off my parcel today & despite it having been processed with its label, driver couldn’t be bothered to open their bag to take it. Very poor service & attitude 👎🏻

Really poor

I kept on getting messages asking me to 'nominate a safe place' to leave my parcel(s). My front door goes straight on to the street and I live on the end of the row. There is no genuinely safe place. Two days in a row I had parcels delivered where the driver didn't bother to knock on the door (people were in) and just left the parcel at the front door. In one case they sent me a confirmation of delivery saying it was left in an enclosed porch. No it wasn't! I can honestly say that if in future I knew what I bought online was being delivered by Relay I would request a different courier or cancel my order. Clearly their business model is to just get things off their hands as quickly as possible without any consideration for who they are delivering to. It's a pity you can't score a business 0 stars on Trustpilot. They don't reply to anything either.

Awful service and lack of care

I have had a horrible experience with relay via vinted. This is my first time using this new courier service and the order was placed through Vinted.

I received the notification claiming my parcel was ready for collection. Despite checking back with the store daily the parcel never arrived.

When I went to the store to collect the shop keeper had 3 large bins on parcels and told me to go through them and find my parcel. Upon checking 2/3 times I could not find it. The shop keeper was very rude and unhelpful stating that if it’s not there it’s not his problem.

I went back daily within the window but no sign of the parcel. I am worried that due to this practice of customers helping themselves that it may have been stolen and therefore also will not be able to be returned.

I contacted customer services through the online form as no telephone number is available. They promise you will receive a response within 48/72 hours. I sent this form on the 22nd of May and am yet to receive a reply instead I have just had multiple notifications telling me to collect my parcel and then that it is being returned to sender when it has clearly been lost or stolen.

Awful service

Awful service. Sent a parcel on 29th April. It now says lost in transit. Contacted customer services but no reply. Never using again.

I’d give 0 stars if possible

I’d give 0 stars if possible. This company is an absolute Shiite. The first and only time I’m sending a parcel through them they went incommunicado for a week then updated my tracker as “lost in transit” no calls, no emails. I tried reaching out to them through email, no response. They haven’t got any number to ring either.
Can’t even recommend them for my enemy.

Shocking they do not attempt to knock…

Shocking they do not attempt to knock the door even when my car is parked on the drive !
1st delivery went to the wrong address
2nd delivery left in front of my porch, car again on the drive and in front of my house is not my safe place !
3rd delivery delivered to safe place but I was in, I watched him drop it over my fence didn't knock or ring my doorbell
Really need to start making an effort with their customers its frustrating

After reading such bad reviews I wasn't…

After reading such bad reviews I wasn't holding out much hope of receiving my first ever order from Shein but I was pleasantly surprised. The clothes I ordered for my granddaughters birthday arrived a day earlier than the estimated days given by Shein. I was kept informed of every step via the tracking info given and was sent WhatsApp messages when it got to withing 9 stops away. The driver was really pleasant and friendly also
