I wouldn’t give them that. Sent a Vinted parcel all tracked the buyer goes to pick it up and they say it’s not there. When you look at how to resolve it they take NO responsibility. It’s disgusting that they are getting away with this. Stop using them.

Shocking. I bought an item from Vinted and received a different item. The bar code was correct but it seems relay have a history of doing this. 4 people loose out; two sellers and two buyers every time this happens. Shocking 😮

Very disappointing delivery experience

The courier called me while I was at work, and I told him someone was at home. I assumed the parcel had been delivered to my flat when it was marked as delivered. However, when I came home, I discovered from the “proof of delivery” it had simply been left on the floor downstairs next to the main entrance and stairs and near the bin areas, completely outside of all the flats which are all allocated upstairs.

The courier did not even attempt to come upstairs to my flat. The delivery proof falsely stated that it was left in a “mail area”. We have no mail or reception area at all. I also have a door camera at my flat, which shows no delivery attempt.

The parcel was a flat envelope that could easily have been mistaken for rubbish, and I still do not know whether it was stolen or thrown away. The item was a used collectible and is not replaceable, which makes this especially upsetting.

I have never experienced such an irresponsible delivery. This was my first experience with Relay, and unfortunately, after this experience, I would not use the service again.

Utter liars say they've attempted delivery and haven't

A neighbour's parcel was delivered to me. As the nieghbour was quite a distance away I complained to Relay that the delivery guy dumped a parcel on me (he rang the doorbell, quickly handed me a parcel saying 'here's your package' whilst taking a picture then left, I only then noticed it was for someone else). They then emailed me back saying, quote:

"Unfortunately, the intended recipient has not contacted us yet regarding this parcel, so we are unable to provide any further delivery details.
In the meantime, you may keep the parcel or dispose of it as you see fit."

Which is very much illegal in the UK. I delivered the parcel myself to the neighbour.

My experience with Relay Delivery Service has been extremely one of the worst very disappointing and concerning. My parcel was not delivered to me safely or appropriately. Instead, it was apparently left in an open, abandoned building, where it could easily have been stolen, damaged, or lost. On still have not received my item

What makes the situation even worse is that I was then told that I had specifically requested or agreed for the parcel to be left there. This is completely untrue. I did not give permission for my parcel to be left in an unsafe and unsecured location, and I certainly did not instruct the driver to leave it in an abandoned building.

A delivery service has a responsibility to handle customers’ parcels with reasonable care and to provide accurate information about where and how a parcel was delivered. Leaving a parcel in an open, abandoned property is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the standards of service being provided.

I believe this matter deserves proper investigation, and I would strongly encourage the relevant authorities, including Trading Standards if appropriate, to review the practices and customer service of this company.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Relay Delivery Service and would strongly advise customers to think carefully before using them.

Worst courier service ever, so slow

Deliverys are always on time never had any issues.

Such a terrible service. Confusing wording that tries to trick you into picking up from a shop even when you select home delivery. The delivery choices were fine without you - just give up and shut down and leave everyone alone - look at all these 1 star reviews, you are nothing more than a pest in the industry

First and hopefully last experience of this excise for a logistics company.
Received delivery window today of 1005-1405. By 1605 no sign of the delivery. Then get an update stating new window 1615-1915. Followed the live update telling me the driver is 5 stops away. Next update says delivery is imminent, surprise surprise nothing. Then delivery window changed to arriving by 2115 and then status has changed back to scheduled for deliver!!!

Complete joke of a company. Will not use retailers that have these clowns as their delivery partners.

Terrible shipping service, I’ve used a few times to both send and receive parcels.
It has been the same on each occasion they have not collected the parcel promptly. It’s been sat waiting for collection for around five days and then it takes absolutely forever to get to its destination if it gets there at all the parcels that do arrive are absolutely battered. This is such a poor service. I would not bother wasting your time and using them.

Oh dear. They bombarded me with messages to change my delivery from USA to a drop-off and collect at my local Post & Packing store. Presumably this saves them money. Eventually I succumbed, just in case I was out when they called. Big mistake! Once notified available I get all the way down to the Post & Packing store to be told I can't collect my parcel because the delivery guy was still there blocking the machine. Was made to feel like I was the problem because I'd come down only 20 mins after getting the available notification. Got told to come back in an hour despite the fact they were closed before then. What a rigmarole. Never again.

If there was a possibility of giving less than one star, I would. Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. I tracked driver and it said I was next. I sat on balcony watching entrance to building. Next thing I have message informing me they tried to delivery but nobody in. I was watching the front gate! I agreed to pick up point, it was some obscure shop being fronted by the rudest man I’ve encountered. I showed him my qr code and he shouted something in Indian and threw parcel at me. If I see something to be delivered by Relay I’ll be giving it a miss.

Abysmal, what is the point of this company. Total scam they don't even try to deliver.

It’s surprising that they still get business with such incompetence and disregard for people’s belongings and businesses. They delivered the parcel to the wrong address and they left in a not safe place at all very visible from the street. I also filed a police report because obviously it was stolen.

SO SO SO BAD DONT DO ANYTHING TO DO WITH RELAY DELAYED PArcel 5 weeks and then lost is absolutely terrible

I think they employ wrong people to do the job, right from the top to the list workers, they don’t know their duties, my order which is bearing my full address from post code to my door number, this delivery guy went to deliver it to different door number, then I contacted the company I ordered from, then the company sent me a screenshot of where the delivery guy left the order, this “RELAY “ I don’t care services because this the second time they misplaced my parcel, Royal is doing better because sometimes they send precise update even call my door number on phone to let you know they are at your door, I don’t think they deserve a SINGLE Star

Never arrives on mentioned date/time. If a query is raised, the "5 day" delivery window gets changed to a "1 month" window and no response is received. Absolutely nasty service. NO customer care contact number. RELAY never satisfies it's customers! ONE STAR is because there is no choice to rate a ZERO STAR!

Terrible service. Completely unpredictable delivery times and consistently takes longer than any other service.

Collection point staff are also very unprofessional and have no idea about this so called “service”

No idea how they are still allowed to trade.
