On my 3rd lost parcel. Sometimes buyers choose it still sadly. The systems are totally inadequate. It’s can’t be that hard to look at what the others are doing and at least use that as a minimum standard ! Terrible and so frustrating!

Despite I left clear instructions on how and where to deliver my parcel, the carrier ignored them completely and left it to my neighbour. If I leave precise instructions, it is for a reason and I expect them to be followed.

Terrible, I'm waiting here for my parcel only to see it's now not being delivered for another two days! Absolutely hopeless.

I had a notification my parcel had been delivered with a photo.... Unfortunately it wasn't my address and had to walk around the local area to see if I could find the house it had been delivered to. It had been delivered to the right number just the wrong address.

Here we go again parcel not received within the time frame communication is dire I have only had to parcels delivering and the last one was a total shamble's how are they getting away with it.i also noticed that relay does not reply to trustpilot reviews I wonder why

Dreadful service. Delivery takes far too long, that’s if the item arrives at all. Still waiting…

Slowest courier on the planet! Thats if the parcel actually gets to you. Even evri are slightly more reliable and evri lose one package in every 5 as well as having the poorest customer services and logistics department in the uk.

3 weeks after the tracking shows my item was collected, i'm still awaiting the parcel.
Customer services says it will aim to answer my email about my missing parcel within 72 hours...3 days.....still waiting 14 days later.
Awful.....would give zero stars if it was an option

Courier dumped my parcel at the besides the main door on the ground floor even though there was a message from all of us that dont not leave parcel safe because the main door was not secure. He didn't bother knocking at my neighbour's door but just dumped the parcel and took a picture of proof of delivery and posted delivered. When I came back there was no no parcel, I tried my neighbours and no one had it. I quickly wrote to the company that replied me after 3 days with this lady saying " I understand your concern regarding the delivery of your parcel and the location it was left in. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you in locating the package.

As per our agreement with the sender, our delivery protocols allow for parcels to be securely placed within the premises of the recipient's address.

In this instance, the delivery was made to the correct address and left at the entrance inside the apartment building, adhering to our compliance standards.

We acknowledge your perspective regarding this location, and I genuinely empathize with your frustration in not being able to locate the parcel.

However, as the parcel has been successfully delivered in accordance with our guidelines, any further inquiry or resolution, including refunds or repackaging, would need to be addressed directly with the sender."
My parcel had a door number not communal area. Do they even care?

Absolutely dreadful and deserves zero stars. Sold an item on vinted and the buyer recieved someone else's vinted parcel. Hence I have now deleted this service from the couriers I use. The same thing then happened to my daughter on vinted in the same week. DO NOT USE!!!

My parcel went missing. I contacted customer service about this and got an automated response, 6 weeks after no customer service. Terrible, do not use

I’ve had the misfortune of having to use Relay for sending items on Vinted. Every single parcel has taken over a week, one item took 4 weeks. My latest item which is valued at £800 is now delayed without any explanation!!!! I can claim if it’s not delivered before 19 August. That’s more than 5 weeks after it was despatched. I’m going to remove it from my list on Vinted, I may lose a few sales but that’s preferable to having to wait weeks for my goods to be delivered 😡

It would be insulting to call this Service. Certainly in North Essex you shouldn’t use this company as they are very inconsistent and unreliable.
This may be down to overworking their drivers who then have to justify why they haven’t dropped a parcel by a certain date, but this also includes their Customer Service head office which is run by an AI that gives you platitudes and there is never any follow-up.

It’s got so bad in our area that there’s a Facebook page just dedicated to how crap this company is.

Do yourself a favour pay an extra few pence to use Royal Mail or InPost and make sure that your item arrives to you, not disappears into the listed parcel rabbit hole.

Bought item from Vinted and used Relay for the first time as cheapest option. Item has not arrived.
Will never opt for Relay again.

Very poor and unreliable service. My parcels regularly go missing and don’t get delivered.

I ordered from ASOS and live in a flat. Relay driver left my parcel at the flat entrance and not my actual door so someone tried to steal it. I asked around until someone told me they had seen a parcel hidden in the bushes in the communal gardens. It's really upsetting

I have used Relay via the Vinted App on a number of occasions, sometimes it's ok, but recently it's been frustratingly bad.
The problem I find is that the tracking states the item is ready to collect from the shop, but when you get there, the parcel has in fact not been delivered as stated. Three times this week I have travelled 6 miles each way only to find that the item which has supposed to have been delivered, has actually not.
In future I'll stick to Yodel or Evri. They're not perfect, but way way better than Relay for just a few pence more.

Don't send anything of value through relay because it will go missing. My experience is that anything we orth over £5 won't reach it's destination. I've had numerous parcels with something of value go missing and then have the hassle of trying to get a refund from the online platform. Use Inpost and better still Royal mail. Avoid relay at all costs.

Dropped a parcel off at one of their delivery points and somewhere between that and actual delivery, the parcel has been switched. The buyer didn’t receive the item, the item I posted is missing and I am out of pocket. Not only that but you cannot speak to anyone to try to resolve this. Dreadful service. Avoid at all costs.

Received notification of delivery to ‘sheltered area’ despite being in and waiting for parcel. Nothing outside front door. My location is in a tower so went straight down to reception area. Nothing in view. Walked around the whole of the outside and checked. EVERYWHERE. Nothing. Delivery picture shows parcel but it’s taken so close there is nothing else in the picture. Company makes it impossible to speak to anyone who actually does anything. -1 star.
