Said package was delivered,it wasn't,it could have fit through letter box,but I had a photo of a hand holding package near my locked back gate.
It is unfair on supply company who made a full refund.
Relay should take note of customer reviews.
And supplier don't use Relay

to say that they are a sham is an understatement. think of all those funny videos of people just randomly abandoning parcels in the middle of nowhere and you can't track it nor can you contact anyone. their customer service is even worse as there IS NONE it is dogs!!t

Delivered to the wrong address.

Despite having the correct address and postcode on the package and despite our apartment block having clear huge signage of the name of the building, the correct number of the building/road and the correct postcode, the delivery was still made to the wrong address, a completely separate apartment block.

In giving feedback, there is no option to show delivered to the wrong address and no option to write what went wrong in those circumstances.

A shambles of a service!

Hopeless service, it’s a week since my parcel was dispatched and no updates on relays tracking page, no way of contacting a human being and the delivery date keeps being pushed further in to the future. I only used relay as it was the only postage offer a vinted seller was offering but I won’t buy from anyone using this option in the future! Dreadful dreadful service!

Do not use they pick up delivery then they sudenly go missing like the drivers are taking the parciles

“Delivery attempted” apparently means the driver never came near my house

Relay informed me that my parcel was six stops away and would arrive in approximately nine minutes. A few hours later, I received a notification claiming that delivery had been “attempted.”

No, it wasn’t.

I was at home ALL DAY. Nobody knocked, nobody rang the bell, nobody left a card and nobody attempted to deliver anything. My Google Timeline confirms that I remained at home throughout the entire day.

Relay’s own website makes this even more ridiculous. It says that a “failed delivery attempt” may be caused by “driver availability” or “delivery route constraints.” Then it wasn’t a delivery attempt, was it? Those are reasons why the driver did not reach my address. Calling it an “attempt” falsely implies that the driver attended and the customer was unavailable.

Their suggested solution is for customers to provide clearer delivery instructions, including landmarks—as though my perfectly ordinary residential address suddenly became Narnia. There is nothing remotely difficult about locating it.

Because their driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver my parcel and then recorded a fictional delivery attempt, Relay has now caused me—an agoraphobic person—to leave my home and walk to a collection shop at the bottom of Fraser Road in pouring rain. I then have to carry the parcel all the way back up Fraser Road hill because my car is unavailable.

They are repeatedly messaging me to say that I have only one day left to collect it. So after failing to provide the service they were paid to provide, they are now pressuring a disabled customer to rectify their failure for them.

This was not a harmless tracking error. Relay transferred the inconvenience and consequences of its driver’s failure directly onto me and then attempted to disguise that failure by claiming a delivery had been attempted.

For context, I am a former British Army Movement Controller with professional experience in military logistics. I therefore know what logistics involves, what an attempted delivery means and what competent operational planning looks like. Relay’s abysmal attempt at being a logistics company is genuinely diabolical.

I want Relay to provide the courier’s GPS location and any supposed proof that an attempted delivery took place at 14:39. If a driver never attends the address, record the truth: delivery was not attempted because of operational or route difficulties. Do not blame the recipient by pretending somebody tried to deliver.

I would never knowingly use Relay, and I strongly recommend that nobody else uses them either. They are useless, dishonest and completely unfit for purpose. If this is their standard of service and accountability, they should close their doors.

Utterly disgraceful.

Having now gone through thenl ordeal of collection, the supposedly undeliverable parcel, was a driving licence holder for scale. This fitted easily through my letterbox, yet Relay claimed to have attempted delivery and forced me, an agoraphobic customer, to collect it.

If I could give Relay -------100000000000 stars, I would. This is genuinely the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with, and after two separate experiences with them, I would actively avoid ordering from any retailer or seller who uses Relay in the future.

Earlier this year, Relay was supposed to deliver an ASOS parcel to my apartment. I was home, my building has a dedicated parcel room, and there was absolutely no reason the parcel could not have been delivered. Instead, they failed to deliver it. I arranged for another delivery attempt, which also never happened. I then arranged to collect it myself, only to arrive at the collection point and be told they didn't have it because Relay had apparently sent it back. It then took weeks for the parcel to make its way back to ASOS before I could finally receive my refund. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating, disorganized & completely avoidable.

Fast forward four months and, unfortunately, a seller on Vinted has now sent my second WEDDING DRESS through Relay. The second I saw Relay was the courier, my heart genuinely dropped because of how terrible my previous experience had been. This dress cost me over £250.

It has now been FIVE FULL DAYS since the parcel was shipped and there has been absolutely no meaningful tracking update. Nothing. I have no idea where my wedding dress is, when it will arrive, or whether Relay even has it. Their tracking system is essentially useless, there is no straightforward way to speak to an actual person, and I have emailed asking for help and received no response.

I am leaving for my wedding on WEDNESDAY. I should not be sitting here days before travelling wondering whether a delivery company has lost my wedding dress. The amount of unnecessary stress this has caused at an already incredibly stressful time is unacceptable.

What makes this worse is that this is not an isolated experience. This is now the SECOND parcel I have had sent through Relay and the SECOND time I have experienced serious issues. I have quite literally never successfully received a parcel from this company.

A delivery company has one fundamental job: get the parcel to the recipient. Based on my experiences, I have absolutely no confidence in Relay's ability to do that, and when something goes wrong, their tracking and customer service provide virtually no help whatsoever.

I would never voluntarily use Relay. I would never recommend Relay. After these experiences, I will now actively ask sellers which courier they use before purchasing because I simply do not trust Relay with anything of value.

Relay, if you are reading this: PLEASE FIND MY WEDDING DRESS AND DELIVER IT. I leave for my wedding in less than 48 hours.

Garbage. Just doesn’t deliver, it’s not they tried, not it went to the wrong place, it just they take packages and they disappear.

Bought three things from Vinted sellers, all just vapourised in their depot. Stuff ordered with dpd turned up.

Always check with the seller on Vinted if they use relay for delivery. If they do don’t buy from them, it’s not going to turn up.

If domesticated animals could invent and execute a postal service, it would be better than what these clowns have generated. Relying blindly on white QR code matching yellow qr code and updating whichever apps they are linked to, it simply doesn't work and I have no idea why Vinted have not dropped them yet. In 2 weeks of operating on vinted and selling approx 20 items, relay lost 3 in that time. Don't use these unless disappointment is your thing.

People have been wrongly writing their reviews for Relaytech deliveries under this company Relay which is a restaurant courier/delivery and marketing service.
Please go to Relaytech for writing your reviews for the company that delivers for vinted, asos etc.

Zero customer service support!!!
Despite contacting customer support on numerous occasion ranging from 3 weeks to the present day, I am still awaiting a response about my parcel.

The tracking suggested it was 10 minutes away over 3 weeks ago then disappeared into thin air. It was later updated to delayed but I can’t speak to anyone about it.

Their claim to response within 72hours is a complete lie and their policy needs updating to reflect the actual truth as they are misleading customers.

I will be mindful to search which postal provider is used prior to purchasing items as I wish to avoid this company at all costs because they are untrustworthy. Their lack of care has caused a great deal hassle as I try to retrieve a refund for the lost item.

Absolutely useless - never follow delivery instructions. I have a parcel box in my garden, but these illiterate drivers always leave my parcel exposed on my door step. Just wish they used a bit of common sense. 😡

I strongly advise against using Relay. The courier left my parcel on the doorstep right on a extremely busy main street in central London, instead of simply putting it through the letterbox. Due to this utter carelessness, the package was stolen before I arrived at work. Absolute lack of professionalism and zero regard for customer property.

Put parcel for Vinted 12 days ago and tracking says ‘in transit’ this is not good enough, so many people have the same problem ‘where are all these parcels going?? Furious
