Awful delivery service! Parcel is 6 days late. Haven't responded to my message to enquire where its been and tracking states its at their sorting depot, so obviously its been lost. I will never order from a company using this delivery service. Terrible!

Vinted order got mixed up by Relay. I ordered a nice white jumper, I got a coffee pot. It's like a random gift generator, rather than a courier service. First time I ever used them, terrible. Delivery doesn't even have a name on it just a QR code, no wonder there are so many issues. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor communication and failing to respond and the redelivery stated for a particular day but no further tracking update. I would not recommend the companies like shein should use them at all

Of the few deliveries 4 out of 10 have been delayed with no tracking updates. Customer service tell you to wait but it’s too long

I was told my parcel would be delivered 9.30-1.30. When it didn’t arrived I checked tracking and time had changed to 16.15 onwards. Then at 16.15 I get a notification … a photo of my parcel on the doorstep. He may of rung my bell but I didn’t hear it …. because he left it at wrong address.

If could give less i would I have items shiped to me 3/4 times now and everytime they are soooooooooo slow at every stage of the delivery don t use them

Absolutely diabolical. Parcel has been with them for 6 days now and still no update on tracking when it’s supposed to get here. It was estimated days ago. If you thought Evri were bad, these guys are even worse.

Edit. Just got an update and the estimated delivery was 5th October, they're no saying it's delay and will be delivered between 5th October and 3rd of November. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my home address. Relay claimed a delivery attempt was made, yet nobody knocked on my door, rang the buzzer, left a card, or contacted me in any way. It appears they simply marked it as a failed delivery without actually attempting to deliver it.

I was then asked to choose a collection point and selected Londis Market on Mitcham Road, Tooting Broadway. Weeks later, Relay informed me that the parcel had supposedly been held at Tooting Market, which was never the location I selected.

To make matters worse, there was virtually no communication throughout the entire process. No notification that the parcel had been redirected elsewhere, no reminder that the collection window was expiring, and no proactive effort to help locate the parcel.

When I contacted customer support, I received generic responses that failed to address the actual issues and contained information that directly contradicted my experience.

At this point, I still do not have a clear explanation of where my parcel went, why the delivery attempt was falsely recorded, or why my selected collection point was ignored.

Poor delivery service, poor communication, and poor customer support. I would strongly advise anyone expecting reliable parcel delivery to think twice before using Relay.

I would give -5 stars. The first parcel got sent to a wrong address but thankfully I was able to pick it up. The second parcel had me play the 'chase the parcel game' where I hunted for the door using the picture I had been sent to say that it had been delivered.
The house owner told me that he had given it back and the driver asked where the house was, as he was just following the sat nav and couldn't read!
I then went door to door asking if a parcel had been delivered and wouldn't you know it, he tried every door but mine.
The item was expensive!

Worst delivery company ever. Ordered a high value item on vinted, just disappeared off the face of the earth, no response whatsoever after contacting them and tracking advised can’t be delivered due to an exception. What does that even mean - may aswell just say ‘not delivering - just because!’ Will never select this carrier and do not recommend anyone else to either. The worst!!

First time using them and they have lost my parcel almost immediately. Do not use.

My item from vinted ( stereo speakers x2) were due to arrive more than a week ago , tracking hasn’t moved and no response from their customer service after numerous messages apart from automated replies , so don’t have a clue where they are , shan’t be buying on Vinted if these cowboys are the only delivery option 😡

Relay are a terrible service. No matter who we buy from in our house, there are always issues if they use Relay. I paid for next day delivery from ASOS. My parcel arrived over a week later.`Meanwhile, Relay advised ASOS that they had tried to deliver but I hadn't been in or provided a safe place. I was in, I waited in for two days and I did provide a safe place which is on their instructions. I received such conflicting messages from Relay also. They are clearly in a mess. I won't buy from ASOS while they use this courier.

Bought something off vinted, chose relay for shipping as it's cheaper, the experience is worse than I expected. The tracking and delivery/ready for collection notification are no way near precise. Was told the parcel is ready for collection on Thursday, but only able to collect it on Sunday. Will not use it again.

Posted using relay as buyer on Vinted had requested this. Never again. She never received the parcel and 6 weeks later was returned to me via a shop that I had not sent from. Parcel had been open and battered. Surprised it got back to me. When I got to the shop I was told to sort through a huge pile of parcels to find mine. Shocking service and a complete waste of my time.

Vinted parcels being sent using this terrible service…. Parcels taking up to a month to deliver, poor lady in post office having to deal with the machines not working and not scanning. Utter chaos. They might have invested £28 million but I’m not sure what on. I’m still waiting for a delivery sent a month ago that says waiting for courier collection.

Awful experience vinted parcel not recieved couple of updates courier collected then nothing never heard of them nor used them no idea how I ended up with them delivering this but never again! Awful company

For the second time they are delivering to the wrong address. I'm severely disabled and can't collect from the post office. They refuse to change the address even though it's their fault, as I've had another order delivered to my address. I am sick of them doing as they choose instead of what the customer wants. Now, before placing an order, I shall ask which delivery service they use and if it's Relay I'll cancel the order and tell the supplier why. They are a disgrace.

WOW. relay parcel deliveries are shocking. If I was able to do zero star I would of. Sold some things on vinted that I've only just joined. 3 items went by in-post 10/10 for them. But 3 went by relay none of the relay got delivered 2 of them have been lost ??? And the other got dropped off to a shop 2 hrs drive from the customer and taken 15 days to get bk to me ? I have now realised I can UN-TICK Relay from the vinted deliveries so I'll NEVER send anything by these idiots again. Absolutely shocking service how the hell are they still going ? If you send any parcels before Xmas to anyone your not going to see at xmas DO NOT USE RELAY because they wont get there. You've got more chance of using a carrier pigeon to get a parcel somewhere than relay.

This company is a disgrace I ordered a few items from ASOS
to be delivered to my local post office as I work long hours

Would you believe I received a message from Relay stating unable to deliver my items due to no one at home will
Attempt again now they are telling me due to the item being unable for delivery will
Be returned to ASOS I’m so upset as I mentioned the delivery address was the post office so they had no intention of delivering my items. If anyone can find a contact number as I would really like to give them a piece of my mind I would appreciate it
I’ve messaged not response this company is a joke
