Had deliveries 3 times from relay first one they took a photo which was the wrong place and was stolen 2nd one they sent back to provider. Latest one had an email yesterday saying will be delivered today and email today saying sent back to provider

Absolutely horrendous I bought something on Vinted using relay drop to shop, been waiting a month not heard a peep, delivery doesn’t get updated at all and now they are returning to sender, AVOID AT ALL COSTS 💩 customer service as well!!!!! Now I’m out of pocket £24!

Awful delivery service delivering a shein parcel. Rang the doorbell, put package on doorstep and took a photo then walked off before anyone answered the door.

I had a delivery today and it was left in the foyer of the building. Now anybody could have picked that up restrict instructions out to be delivered to me door because I'm disabled but fortunately a friend on the bundle. The hotels that sent me are there to to prove it and if her aunta brought it up I would not have had it. So can you please look into this because to me it's a disgrace and also a far now at the office so I've got into trouble over that and I'm telling you I don't like getting into trouble for your for your failure

I raised my complaint on 21 June and exchanged more than five emails with the Relay support team. Despite this, I was later contacted by another member of staff who asked me to explain the entire issue again from the beginning.
This is incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of communication, proper record-keeping, and responsibility within the company. Customers should not have to repeatedly provide the same information because the support team cannot review the previous correspondence.
Given the way my complaint has been handled, it is no surprise that some pickup points feel they can treat customers so badly. The whole experience has been unacceptable, and I am still waiting for my complaint to be properly addressed.

Would give no stars if possible.

Never delivered parcel just saying on app your parcel is delayed and will contact you in next 48 hours but still not replied in one week.

Somehow this rubbish company have had three of my parcels which never arrived, I’d stay clear if I was you

I actually give a zero. The parcels are thrown on the floor with no attempt to physically give the item to a person. My latest parcel was put inside a wheelie bin, where I had just emptied the contents of my hoover and, I was in the house. They could have knocked and given it to me. DREADFUL COMPANY.

Had a message this afternoon to say a delivery was a few stops away. Replied saying it was a business address amd not to deliver. Told them business hours and got a reply confirming no delivery. All good so far.

Anyway package thrown outside door at work premises and after trapsing 10 miles to try and get it, it wasn't there. Not surprised really as on full display to anyone who walked past.

Not the 1st time this crap excuse of a company has done this.

Whoever is using them needs to stop. Probably lowest scoring company on Trust pilot and damaging your company reputations and brands.

Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful would not recommend had 2 parcels I have sent through this company and one delivery for myself through this company and had problems with every single one of them where the packages have gone missing in the post or stolen! Seriously needs to be investigated or shut down! Awful service never again!

The worst delivery service ever. Don’t know why retailers even use them! First parcel of mine they delivered went missing for 2 weeks, absolutely no idea where it went and they couldn’t tell me either. Had already waited 2 weeks for delivery before that anyway. This time my order was literally out for delivery and expected any minute, then all of a sudden it’s delayed again! I really wish retailers would stop using them. Avoid if possible.

I sent a parcel sold through Vinted and my buyer received a completely different item in completely different packaging to what I sent. Nearly 3 weeks down the line both Relay and Vinted have not resolved the loss of my item and the refund to my buyer. If I could give minus 5 stars I would, shockingly awful, the worst of the worst, shame on you Relay.

Absolutely awful. Parcel lost despite saying I have collected it . Originally I asked for it to be delivered to my home address but when I clicked on updates it changed the delivery to a shop . Unable to change it back.
Have had messages to say the parcel has been delivered , keep going to shop , the poor man who works there , his face looks sad when he sees me now .Cannot talk to any at this place to see what has happened to it.
Who ever owns this company my one word to them is shambolic .
My advice to to companies that use it AVOID
I am so shocked that they still are available for companies to use .

Absolutely useless. Shocking that some businesses such as Vinted partners with this incompetent clown of a courier company.

Awful, absolutely awful! Do not use them as they will lose your parcel and customer service will not respond!

I believe this is a huge scam company keeping parcels and making money from people naive enough to pick their option on Vinted for delivery.

First time ordering and choosing relay as the courier and the parcel has been lost, great first order!

I checked the reviews and well yeah, I think it speaks volumes, something seems fishy about this company and the fact you can’t even contact them makes me think there’s other things going on.
