Used for the 1st time for Vinted deliveries and over a week later still waiting for 4 parcels!
Go on holiday soon and the shop will only hold for 7 days! Shocking delivery times!

Had to give it 1 star only be cause a “zero” is not available! Please people do not use this service as the delivery drivers are careless and/ or probably thieves too. Parcel sent shows the same location of where it is for the past 5 days. The help centre support team does not exist only because emails are not being acknowledged. The moral of this story is that this is NOT a professional agency so save your money and do not use them if even they were the only agency in the world!

My order from this company should have been delivered to a pick up point by yesterday !
I ordered my item 9 days ago.
I've received no correspondence at all from this postage company
Will not be using again

Absolute trash! Picked up item 3 days ago no movement.

If their job was to mix up parcels and deliver the wrong ones they'd be world class

Got WhatsApp msg today saying they were delivering my order. No tracking info no time order still not arrived seems like a cowboy outfit. I wouldn’t even give it a one star

This company is pathetic, i asked them to deliver to my address but they contacted to say they had left my parcel at the nearest convenience store, when i got to the shop it hadn't been delivered, no way to contact this company either,

I am extremely disappointed with Relay's handling of my parcel. I purchased a kite through Vinted from a seller who took great care packaging it. It was securely boxed and clearly labelled "DO NOT BEND" to prevent damage during transit.

Despite this, the parcel arrived with the kite's support sticks snapped, making it completely unusable. The damage could only have been caused by careless handling during delivery. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when the sender did everything right to protect the item.

To make matters worse, I had a very upset child looking forward to flying this kite, only to have that excitement turn into disappointment because it arrived broken. It completely ruined what should have been a happy moment.

I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not blame the seller in any way. They packaged the item well and sent it in perfect condition. The responsibility lies entirely with Relay for failing to handle the parcel with even basic care.

I expected a professional delivery service, but instead my item arrived damaged due to negligence. I would not recommend Relay based on this experience and sincerely hope they improve how they treat customers' parcels.

I am absolutelv disausted with the service provided by Relav. This is not the first time this has happened. Almost every parcel delivered bv vour company arrives opened or damaged.
My latest parcel was delivered with both ends torn open, leaving the clothinc completely exposed. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care and respect for customers' property
I no longer feel confident that my parcels are being handled safely. It is shocking that this keeps happening, and I expect you to investigate this matter immediately and explain why my parcels repeatedly arrive in this condition.

I would give a minus if I could !!
According to the tracking the Parcel was collected by the courier then vanished !!. The tracking says ‘Due to an exception the item can’t be delivered, whatever that means. 3 emails to their customer services and still no reply.
AVOID this cowboy outfit they are the worst of the worst

Given a time for my delivery sat next to window.can see gate to house .2 hours after delivery times exspired I receive a message saying delivery attempted but failed.absolute rubbish.I new from previous deliveries this was bullshit

They don’t knock or ring a bell all of my packages being delivered my relay are lost.this company should be closed they don’t know what they do .

Well, that's me removing this shi...rubbish service from delivery options on vinted. A snail would've delivered it quicker.

Poor tracking and updates (or lack of) on delivery progress.
Other couriers much better and quicker to provide a basic service of delivery and swift, accurate customer updates.
Avoid.

Awful experience. Used relay to send my Vinted parcel. The parcel arrived at the wrong location, so the buyer couldn’t collect the item. The item was returned to me, but when I collected from my local shop, I had been returned a completely different item! They had placed my tracking label over a different tracking label!! Absolutely shocking.

What a shocking delivery company I ordered something of vinted and it was posted by the seller 4 days ago and its still sitting in the sellers shop! If you cant collect parcels then you shouldn't be running i thought evri was bad these are even worse.

Couriers never bother to try the front door, they assume there is never anyone at home - parcels that are small enough are put in the parcel box no matter what, even those that would fit through the normal letterbox.
However, by far the most annoying thing is that the tracking system does not tell you who the package is coming from. Being very slow on my feet, and reliant on online shopping it would be very helpful to know who the package is coming from, so that I can tell if it will fit in the box or will I need to go to the door.

The worst ever. I have been home for two whole days waiting for them to deliver a parcel. From what I could tell, they didn’t even make it to my building and dropped it off at a pick up place over a mile away, that I couldn’t get to. Then finally when they did come, of course I wasn’t in. But they called me! I then walked them through how to get into the building. Gave him the access code. Told him where my flat was from there and where to put the parcel. He agreed. I was impressed. Came home expecting it. Asked my neighbour’s kids who had been playing in the corridor all day. Only to see on the delivery notes that the courier just opened the fire door and left it in the corner next to it and some opportunist took it! Fuming, but reached out and explained the situation to relay in an email. Was very matter of fact and expected a refund straightaway as it wasn’t delivered anywhere near my flat door. This was their reply…

Hahahahahahaaaaa. Securely delivered. I’m an estate agent and have been around some people that have stretched the truth in my time. But that… wow! Secure and successfully delivered in accordance with their guidelines.

Avoid like the plague.

I posted a smartwatch on vinted and the buyer received a different item. Relay were contacted several times and I've had no reply. I won't give up, they're a disgrace.

My parcel was delivered outside the apartment building today and it got stolen. I need my refund ASAP. Your delivery team are the most unprofessional people so far. How can you have a company with no customer service or email to access ?
