I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely useless service. I don’t know why Vinted continue to use these. Not fit for purpose.

My package was returned to supplier as ‘undelivered’ even though it was coming to my work place where they could leave in reception with no issue between 7.30 - 6pm . Now I’m not going to use my favorite supplier due to not wanting to take a chance on this courier again

On 6th October I was informed that an attempt to deliver my parcel whilst I'd been out had been unsuccessful - this was despite my request to leave the package in my safe place, the front porch. Couriers from InPost, Evri etc. are able to follow this simple request, so I don't know why Relay employees are unable to.

On the app it stated that re-delivery would be made today (8th October). In order to avoid any further issues, I have stayed in all day awaiting my parcel. However, nothing has arrived, and Relay have now replaced the re-delivery on 8th October notification with a very vague "Your order will be back out for delivery soon". As I can't be waiting at home every day on the off-chance that they'll turn up, and my safe place instruction is being ignored, I hold out very little hope that I will ever see my order.

Based on my personal experience and the reviews of the majority of people on here, I would never again buy from any company that I knew to be using this highly incompetent courier.

Terrible experiences with them, I often buy cult beauty and they seems to be using Relay a lot. A month ago they delivered my package with two days delay and to the wrong location, contacted cult beauty so they sent a replacement. Waited more than a week finally got it.
Placed another order last Sunday and the delivery window have past again two days and no info/ update at all.
I have never encountered a delivery service that’s this incompetent.
It says the Customer service will get back to you 48-72 hrs but last time I checked I received a response after 8 days. What a joke.

Plain and simple you will loose your parcel using this company AVOID !
I sent a parcel on the 15th September relay picked up on the 16th September and now it’s the 8th of October and still with the delivery driver. Emailed customer service and short story there is no service got ignored when I gave them the tracking number.

Where is my parcel? Seller dropped it off OK, but no further tracking info. Will avoid any seller who uses these cowboys in future.

I love the product but when I ordered it was on offer buy one get one free can tell why I only got one delivered and could you send me the free one please

Just don't use them. Turn them off on Vinted. 3 Week delivery times, zero tracking and 50% of your parcels go missing. (review based off about 10 months of experience.) Avoid at all costs.

never had issues before sent 2 parcels through vinted should have been delivered 2 days ago nothing is updating on the site kinda disappointed because i have lost money and expensive parcels worst ever delivery service my advice don't ever use that's including evri

Rubbish, complete rubbish company. Would put no stars if that was an option! I won't buy from anyone who is using this company for their couriers now! Their tracking service is shite, and their delivery is loooonnnnnnggggggg....... parcels go missing!

This company changed the address from what is on my vinted account.This company is an absolute,nightmare and should not be allowed to be responsible for people's postal items! DO NOT USE !

I'm so annoyed with Relay. I would give no stars if i could.The worst company ever. I ordered xmas presents from Shein that still haven't been delivered. I got a e.mail saying that they tried to deliver and no-one was home even though i was home all day and no-one knocked at my door my camera proves it, I'm so annoyed that they lied, then they said it would be delivered today 8th October and once again they said the same thing and I was home all day. Now it will be sent back to shein. There is no way to contact Relay apart from e.mail which they totally ignore. I will not order from shein or any other company again as long as they use Relay. Avoid at all costs

Never going to use Relay again had 3 parcels now that went missing and never found!! So unprofessional company and when you do complain you hear nothing back!! Disgusting 😡

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Another lost Vinted parcel & it takes ages to get a refund. I have removed from my postage options and will ask seller to do same before I purchase anything else. Avoid.

Well if you're willing to wait well over a week for your delivery's with no updates then it's great, but I don't think it's acceptable

The proud winners of 2026 worst courier company. Purchased item online, seller sent item 7 days ago, Replay update 6 days ago awaiting parcel. Thats it zero support. Replay courier you suck big ones

3 parcels from relay. One taken 2 weeks to get to me and 2 still not arrived. Very very poor this and ridiculous to have to wait so long! Might as well order from China at this rate!

This program and the whole thing are total bullshit; don't count on actually working and making money. It’s all a lie—I’m at the Platinum level, yet I’ve been sitting around without work for two weeks now. They keep removing the routes I’ve pre-booked, so what’s the point of having Platinum status?
