No lengthy wait to speak to someone. Very helpful, pleasant interaction. The lady I spoke with was patient with all my queries. She provided all information and took time to repeat everything so I clearly understood. Very good experience.
You say you called me today but could not get through
Just for some clarity when you say you have tried to call me today, you have my landline number, my mobile number, neither of them has rung.
However someone tried to call me on my business phone number and when i answered they hung up

But my mobile phone number ending 7405 should have been your first choice, as that is what i have on numerous occasions requested , as one of your staff confirmed that your phone numbers are blocked by Bt amongst others as they think you are cold callers !
Edited 2-30 pm, congratulations, in the post i have just received another full set of duplicates of the pension offers that you have repeatedly sent me out on three occasions,
I having asked now on three separate occasions or is it 4 , for entirely different , something that a 70 year old who has not been trained in reading pension letters can understand.
I spoke in length yesterday with Gemma, please read the request she has put in writing to back office , she understood what i was asking, why i was asking for it this way, and confirmed the previous letters were (A) duplicated (B) not what had been requested (C) confusing even to her , that they had been sent out INCORRECT
Update, i have removed my home phone number as i will no longer have one, so you will now have to call my mobile
update 01-07-2026 received yet another duplication of the "with NO guarantee" that was issued in May 2026. by post today, but dated 26th June.
And the third email telling me you are still investigating my complaint, I particularly like this line "We would hope to be in a position
to do this within a reasonable time frame." so would I !
Update 02-07-2026 this morning i received yet another letter dated 26-06-2026, guess what identical to the one i received yesterday, same "with no guarantee"
Also an email to say that you have now posted the two copies i have actually requested, all be it not including the wording regarding the guarantee on each as requested (and i explained why i requested it that way)
Update 03-07-2026 : On reading the three new documents all three are now incorrect but in a totally different way.
The smaller pot that i requested 25% tax free cash has been sent out as a 100% annuity at its full value , so apparently i did not request the tax free cash INCORRECT
My other two larger pensions now have wording that states quite clearly in relation to both the "with ten year guarantee" & "without ten year guarantee" as follows "if death of annuitant and spouse occurs at the same time, the annuity would terminate with no value"
Heaven forbid a month or two after the pension is finalised we both get killed in a car crash, my considerable sum of money will not go to any family member named in my will, instead Reassure will keep it for themselves.
I had requested two separate offer letters , (A) with ten year guarantee and wording explaining the outcomes & (B) without ten year guarantee and explaining the outcomes.
That way the two could not be confusing for an uneducated 70 year old now, or a family member dealing with the loss of their parents at a later date.

Worst pension EVER
I have three pension funds in the UK. Reassure is a standout for the worst service EVER!
12 months and dozens of phone calls and getting absolutely nowhere.
The customer service team are friendly but don't know their arse from their elbow. Do yourself a favor and don't choose Reassure. Nothing Reassuring about them.

A very friendly, very helpful call handler, UK based too. If only it was always this good.
Still no payment
Phoned on Friday to chase our lump sum and was told a team leader would call - nope! Called today (Monday) and another frustrating call - no nearer a resolve. It’s waiting to be approved - they have said this at every call. On Friday they said it had been approved that day - lies! But what I would suggest is that everyone who is having the same problems, please contact the Pensions Ombudsman. I did and whilst most of what he said was above me he was very sympathetic, gave me a case number and said that Reassure legally had 8 weeks to release the funds.
I have had 3 months of hell with…
I have had 3 months of hell with reassure. I haven't gotten anywhere! Everytime I ring they 'reassure' me it's being sorted and i will hear from them. I have never once heard from them. I am in a desperate need for a withdrawal and nothing is happening. Today I spoke to Rollo Sheridan WHO for the first time seemed to know what he was talking about. I have hope but we will see if he can actually follow through and get this urgent situation sorted. Before today I would not even give them one star but I'm hopeful.

Rollo was an excellent ambassador for ReAssure
Well, this was a rather strange one in as much as ReAssure overpaid on my pension and then requested their money to be returned. So:
1) Not to impressed with ReAssure on that account as we had already spent the money.
2) However, I am always impressed with their customer service when ringing them for an enquiry. Rollo was a pleasure to deal with.
Debbie handled my call professionally
Debbie took my call in a friendly manner and talked me through my finance options in a clear, coherent way, checking at all times I understood the actions I was taking with my plan,
