Really Well Made Anmeldelser

Beautiful piece and excellent service! Price matched which meant I got my lampshade for the best price possible. Easy collection from their Peckham Arches showroom following 2 week pre-order period. Well packaged in sturdy cardboard box too.

I recently purchased a blanket from them and couldn't be happier with my experience. The blanket is really well made, beautifully crafted, and of excellent quality.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Clare, who was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It's rare to find such genuine care and professionalism these days.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely be purchasing from them again!

We received a great customer experience from Lewis at Really Well Made - responsive, timely and friendly. Very happy with the pieces we bought and will definitely shop with them again.

I have bought a number of items from RWM over a number of years and have always received excellent service and product

Excellent product range, terrific customer service. First time using Really Well Made and we’ll definitely be buying from them again. These guys really exceeded our expectations.

I had been on the look out for another shop that sells Hay furniture after my usual go to place sadly went rogue and I’m so glad I found Really Well Made. The process from ordering to delivery was seamless - initial enquiries were answered very quickly, as were all follow-up emails. They also called me when my order arrived at the shop and organised a private courier to deliver my furniture to ensure it wouldn’t get damaged in transit. Honestly, it’s so refreshing to deal with a professional business that offers good costumer service and behaves like they care about their costumer. Thank you!

All my life I’ve sat in chairs unsuitable for when I sit and knit for a bit. Very doubtful there was such a thing as a knitting chair I was totally amazed to find there is such a thing! I didn’t get to try one out before purchase. I knew if it was designed well it would be perfect. What a beautiful chair. I knit every evening for hours and this is such a comfortable piece of furniture.

I had the smaller version of this and thought I'd get the larger one in the RWM sale. Beautifully made, quirky and generously sized. The cats keep hogging it though...

I love this company, they are always so helpful and really put the work in to make sure you are happy. We ordered a modular sofa from them, which we were nervous about getting right, as it is made to order. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was super clear and their communication was rapid too. I have since bought twice more from them due to this.

A really excellent service from start to finish. I was updated about the status of the order by Clare, and the order was received on time and in perfect condition. Delivered and assembled by Atlas who were also first rate. I would highly recommend.

Such a great experience with this shop. Fast shipping, easy tracking from the UK to Canada. Very well packaged and exactly what I ordered. New old stock complete with all tags etc. very happy with the experience and would recommend.

Really Well Made is more than beautifully designed furniture and home furnishings; it’s a business with exceptional customer service; reliable, trustworthy, excellent communication. Lewis goes above and beyond to ensure your purchase arrives safely by the most affordable means( we bought from overseas). Thank you Lewis and team!

Very helpful and responsible team! I made 2 orders at Really Well Made. Absolutely the best prices and delivery on time! Thanks Lewis!

5*!

Can't rate Really Well Made more highly. This is an excellent business. Our experience over recent years purchasing from Australia has always been smooth, clear, prompt and professional - and fun! This is a business you can count on. I have no reservations in recommending this business.

Always a smooth and stress free experience with Really Well Made. Have purchased from them for several years and everything has always arrived perfect and very quickly when in stock. They update their brands regularly and is my go to for certain products. Great shop all round.

Really Well Made is my go to for well designed furniture and fantastic customer service. Competitive prices and excellent communication before, during and after purchases. Highly recommend!

I came across the shop by searching for the product and gave it a go. The experience has been great throughout, from getting the best price for the product, to being able to arrange a collection from their showroom the day after placing the order - unlike other shops who had a waiting list. The person at the showroom was super friendly. I am so happy I discover the shop. I will definitely buy again from them.

I received my Hay Butler Stool today: the package was in perfect order (shipped to the U.S.)
The stool is in perfect order..
Thanks so much!
It was worth the wait.

My Wife and I have purchased many items from this great company over the years (Our home is pretty much kitted-out with their quality items)! Always professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

Ordered many products from Really Well Made and always had a great experience on customer service and delivery. Their showroom is well worth visiting to see in stock items and design consultations too.
