TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE _ do not buy from them!
Awful experience dealing with this company. They promised a delivery date that was a month after I paid for the item - this was OK because I bought the item in advance for a friends birthday. As the date got closer I had to constantly chase them to get updates about the item delivery date. I was still assured that the latest date of delivery would be the 6th November. I then finally tracked them down and they said it would not ship until the end of November and so it would not be delivered until mid December!! 2 and 1/2 months to deliver an item! There seems to be a total lack of care about the concerns of the customer....DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM! Terrible experience!!

We’re extremely sorry to read about your experience and completely understand your frustration, particularly as you purchased the item well in advance for a friend's birthday and had been relying on the delivery estimate we originally provided.
Unfortunately, although everything was initially on track, recent storms and wider global events have caused disruption to the import of goods into the UK, resulting in delays beyond our control. We appreciate that this is not ideal and that the revised time frame is considerably longer than you were expecting.
Our lead times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and while we always do our best to meet the time frames provided, unfortunately delays can sometimes occur with our manufacturers, suppliers and international shipping.
That said, we fully appreciate that you should have been kept better informed rather than having to repeatedly chase us for updates. We are very sorry for the lack of proactive communication and for the disappointment this has caused.
I can see that you have since spoken with our Customer Service team by phone today and that a resolution has been reached. I’m pleased we have been able to discuss this with you directly, although I am sorry that it took this experience for us to get things back on track.
We take your feedback seriously and are continually working to improve our communication and customer experience. Please accept our sincere apologies for letting you down on this occasion.

Found a Ethnicraft Organic Valet Tray online with Holloways after using the search engine to find stockists. The item was the right price and although I have never purchased from Holloways of Ludlow before I thought id give them a try as it was the exact item I wanted.
Easy online ordering, item was delivered very quickly and the packaging on such a fragile item was very good. Ordered cushions for garden in June but sent wrong design. Am still waiting now for replacement. Customer service just send me shipment dates and then nothing happens. At every step,I have had to contact them for updates. Summer over and still no cushions.
