The software itself is easy to use and delivers excellent results for me. A big plus. But what's truly incredible is the speed with which they respond to emails and try to resolve issues. You don't see that much these days!

Tech support and training are awesome. I did an hour long coaching session along with two 10 minute back to back sessions a couple months later. I had them convert my existing site to EverWeb as I didn't have the time. I highly recommend that path. I have two sites that I manage. One has gone online via EverWeb and I'm hoping to finish the updates on the second one this week and start its move. I am moving my domains to EverWeb as well. I like that they are available 24/7. For one of my issues, a three minute video was done to answer my question. Other times they have provided screen shots with explanations. I like they answered my 'how' and 'why' questions.

I posted my question on a Saturday afternoon, after searching the Knowledge Base unsuccessfully. My question was answered in a very short time by Jose, who solved my problem and sent a link to the page I needed.

I have used Everweb ever since the demise of iWeb, but only in waves not all the time.
Not only is the user interface brilliantly simple but well done so are all the widgets and formatting. There's no excuse for anyone with no knowledge of web building or even like me not using the program for a while to get productively straight back into it.
What really takes the cake are the videos and support. The support in particular is second to none. Responsive, helpful and just perhaps the best I've consistently had from any piece of software and I work in computer aided design so I use a lot of different programs. Everweb is a bargain and a joy.

To Ricardo, Jose, Peter, Andrew, Rodrick and all their fellow wizards who have helped me so much and so patiently along the way, I was astonished to see our site published so fast after reading that it could take days or even weeks. The pop up speed on all the pages is amazing. I was stunned by the return of the original slide show function and that the site fills the screen beautifully on my large iPad Pro and small Max Mini. On my iPhone, the site also fills the screen and the slides are almost as large as the screen. You have taken our sad old site and brought it back to life again. I can't thank you all enough for your expertise, patience and support throughout. Now you can take a vacation from me, as I can manage the rest of the future needs myself. I'm sure that other customers need far less consultation than I did. I hope that your supervisor will see this review and my appreciation for the whole team and all support you have given me in this long journey.

If you want a web builder that offers a wealth of features and customization options — without needing to know any code and is easy to use — EverWeb is it! The feature set is incredibly comprehensive! If you prefer, as I do, a basic approach that allows you to work offline and then upload your changes to your host — as opposed to completely online solutions like Wordpress — EverWeb is it. And you don't even need an annual subscription; you can do a one-time payment and be done. Super!!

Tech support is always fast and helpful.
As a non-tech person, the tech support makes this software easy to use.

Everweb's whole technical support team is quick to respond with every issue I bring up, whenever I feel stuck. I've learned so much from them and although it's a slog building your own site from scratch, it is looking better and better all the time, thanks to this crucial assistance.

If you are new to building a responsive site and not so technical-oriented (and I was, and my site seems to be evolving to hybrid responsive/adaptive) I've found it best to understand as much of the basics as possible, to make the most of the support.

I wish Everweb much success into the future, and my independent management of a fresh website (small music business owner) really depends on it thriving. Viva Everweb and tech support!

Jose at Everweb was great! Quickly and graciously solved my domain transfer and patiently answered my other questions. I find the Everweb program really easy to use, similar to but better than my old iweb. Quite a feat as I am seriously un-tech savvy!

Been using EverWeb ever since Adobe ceased their Muse app. Always had great customer support but they went above and beyond this week when my iMac internal HD died and I couldn't get my Time Machine backup to work. Special thanks to Jose who managed to find a project file I'd shared with them some 3 years ago, so I at least have the bare bones of my website on which to rebuild. Great company - great service!

I had a recent problem with my home page and the techs at Everweb were prompt and were quick to help me resolve. They were not giving up until we found a solution. I am not a huge techie and they were so patient with me as well. Strongly recommend Everweb for your website.

Honestly, their customer service is AMAZING! Super helpful, very polite and QUICK to get back to you! I wish all customer service was like that. I also love their website program-- a far cry from HTML coding days- lol!

Amazed today. I started with iWeb years ago and migrated to Everweb, which came closer than anything else I looked at. I had a weird error message on just one page of a site I worked on it for days. I worked with GoDaddy, they couldn't solve it. But today, Jose walked me through areas I never go to and totally solved the problem. Quickly and so professionally. Today proved my choice to go with Everweb was the best choice.

I've had Everweb for years because it is the closest thing to iWeb. Of course, I paid for years and never put up a live site. I finally took a basic Adobe CC class and we had to write an HTML coded site. Jose at Everweb was so nice and said they would attach it to an existing site I had as a courtesy. Great service!
