Over the past 15 years or so I've created and managed about 20 commercial and personal websites using Everweb software and web hosting. I'm not an actual IT guy or even a trained web designer. It's just that Everweb makes it so easy. But even better than that is the support Everweb provides. They're always there for me - immediate response and efficient handling of any issues that might arise from my inability to follow clearly stated directions. Just this afternoon, Lucy bailed me out. She rode to the rescue and resolved my problem within 15 of the time I submitted a ticket. She was efficient, friendly, and even went out of her way to make me feel okay about my having made my mistake. Invariably, the entire team does just that. In the past, I'd worked with several different website building tools and with several different website hosts. Everweb is far and away the best.

I had a particularly frustrating experience with the inability to use two of my email accounts, due principally to the incompatibility of usernames and changed passwords.
However, three technicians, Jose, Ricardo and Rodrick demonstrated enormous tenacity and patience above their technical knowledge to eventually resolve the problems.
I am enormously grateful to them for assisting me.

Technical support—a key consideration of using any app—is outstanding.

While not a product you would necessarily select for e-commerce sites, for most other uses its reliability and intuitive drag-and-drop interface make it top pick for non-technical users.

Getting back to me almost immediately when I need support is a super big plus. The way Everweb has set up a way I can deliver my project to be analyzed is very very smart. It saves so much time in the back-and-forth. I've been using EverWeb since its inception (post iWeb) and appreciate enormously how they keep developing and supporting the software. Sometimes I do get very confused about how to use it -- I'm a filmmaker, not a web designer, but I make websites for all my films -- and being able to get support when I am stuck is essential. Often when I find something teeth-grindingly complex and impossible, it turns out to be a click or two to solve. And the quick support is Ace!

After iWeb, I opted for Everweb to create my NGO's website and a photo site. The software is user-friendly and, if you have a problem, the support service always responds very quickly, even though I am in France. I highly recommend Everweb!

I have been using EverWeb for many years. Building a reliable and professional-looking site is easy. No programming skills are necessary. Lots of video instructions are provided but are rarely needed. Staff are informed, clear, and quick in resolving any issue. I recommend EverWeb without reservation. I can't imagine finding a better product for building a website.

EverWeb is a fantastic website building tool, especially with the new responsive layout tools in 4.4.0. This gives me the level of control that I wanted, within an easy to learn UI. When I've had questions, support has been very fast, friendly and professional. The overall package is brilliant.

I had renewed my yearly software bill, but when I received the confirmation PDF, the dates of the yearly renewal seemed to be off. So I sent this questions/and the bill to Rage and was pleasantly surprised to get an answer from Jose within an hour or so! He explained that my payment had gone through and had correctly extended my updates/customer support for another year... and I appreciated the fact that he mentioned "You’re right that the invoice description is not clear enough — this is something we need to fix on our side." Hoping the powers that can respond to that issue, will listen to Jose/his customers to get that readjusted in the near future.
