I have been using EverWeb for a few years now for my family history website. I have always had incredibly helpful support from the support team. I'm far from an expert in webpage design, so the fact that the support is done in easy to understand language--not to mention very fast response times--is really appreciated. Today's experience with Lucy was no exception. Once again, a fast response with an explanation that solved my problem with no further followup needed.

EverWeb is absolutely the BEST! They offer a wide range of templates that are easy to use and to customize, and there are plenty of easy-to-understand "how to" videos (with transcriptions) to help. There's no need to know anything about coding. And their tech support is superb — quick and helpful, with real people :). I found EverWeb after trying several other options (I'd previously used Apple's iWeb) and have never looked back. Thank you, EverWeb!

Their customer support is EXCEPTIONAL, and any day of the week...any time of the day, they respond. And they respond quickly, cordially and all seem to know their stuff. Product is very sweet and easy to use. It is much like what I came from which is iweb for the Mac, but considerably simpler and quicker to use. A great choice for Mac users and most likely for PC users as well.

Years ago, when Apple discontinued its convenient website builder, iWeb, I was far from happy. Fortunately, EverWeb came along. Somewhat reluctantly, I rebuilt all my websites in the new application, and I have been using it ever since.
Over the years, EverWeb has grown rapidly and become increasingly powerful, while remaining easy to use—even for someone my age, 75 years old.
Of course, things occasionally go wrong, for example after a software update. But that is exactly where EverWeb truly stands out and why I remain a loyal customer: their support is fast, helpful, and effective. They solve the problem.
Sometimes the problem turns out to be partly my own doing. Even then, they patiently continue to help and never leave me on my own.
About two years ago, I decided to transfer my web hosting to EverWeb as well. It costs a little more than hosting locally, but it is well worth it because it makes it even easier for their support team to look directly at my websites whenever an issue arises.
In short, I am extremely happy with EverWeb. And as far as I am concerned, the word “Ever” in EverWeb says it all—it is a service I intend to keep using for a very long time.

EverWeb is a great website building software. It's easy to use, and has a ton of great options to create something unique. But I truly think the best part of EverWeb is their customer service! They quickly, patiently and politely help you find any issues and fix them. I can also easily understand their instructions. Highly recommend!

After using other software, I purchased Everweb to create my first of 4 sites. It is simple to use, intuitive and has all the features (and more) that I need. I created the site and then bought hosting from them. Very reasonably priced compared to many others. Customer support were sensational. After experiencing initial problems uploading the site, their team diagnosed the problem was an issue with my ISP at my end, which was resolved and everything now works flawlessly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

In an effort to relay all that makes Everweb absolutely exceptional, I truly fall short of mentioning all that is offered. Not only are the abundant website creation assets far beyond what other companies offer, but the vast amount of them makes the final creation beautiful and alluring to any visitor. Last, but not at all least is the customer service available in solving issues that arise at any time, day or night!

Easy to use software for building your own websites. I have about a dozen sites I've built myself.

VITAL: When you buy Everweb you OWN it. Compare this to all those online companies out there that help you create a website using their software... you have to keep paying them every month for the rest of your life or your website goes away! I pay for Everweb once and I don't have to pay again. (Yes, there are occasional updates that cost money, but they are cheap and worth it).

AND... Everweb has great customer support. I can get an answer fast from an intelligent person. (Sadly becoming more rare from other companies!)

EverWeb is flexible, powerful, easy-to-use software for non-coders like me. They're hosting service makes publishing and updating a site seamless. And their customer support is superb. They are quick to respond to requests for help and can usually solve problems quickly. If the problem is something more complex, they stick with it until it is fixed.
