Once again your staff came through. PayPal had erroneously triple paid for my accounts. Your representative is getting it straightened out and clarified how the PayPal payments worked, or in this case didn't work so well.

Every time I've had an issue your staff, whether it's technical or financial, has been incredibly helpful, prompt, friendly and professional. I appreciate them a lot. If not for them my websites, e-commerce and video hosting would not be possible.

I was with an independent Hosting service for years, until they went to 100% email support. that didn't work so well. Then I switched to Godaddy, then they went to 100% Wordpress and are unable to figure anything out on any other site building software. They also charged an arm and a leg and a spleen for their services which were AlaCarte and super expensive.

Switching to Rage & Everweb has been the best decision I've ever made in regards to hosting and site building. Affordable, Excellent Software, Excellent Hosting and Superior Support in all Depts.

I can't say enough about this company and it's tech-support. They respond immediately with an easy to understand solution to any problem that arises, user error or not.

I've been doing business with them for years and they have yet to let me down.

Everweb is an easy to use website generation platform that has a ton of templates to chose from as well as new ones released regularly, and reasonably priced.

I was with PowWeb for 20 years.. then they changed to iPage then Network Solutions and all sorts of problems started happening besides the terrible customer service.. that's why I've switched to Everweb. Always there to help... and quickly! Plus their web design is so easy to use.

EverWeb is the ultimate website creator. I am a retired pro photographer and multimedia producer. I am not a code jockey or website designer. I used iWeb until Apple discontinued it. EverWeb has come to my rescue many times since I switched to it for developing my website. The drag and drop design process fits right along with my print designer experience. All the features and functions you need and more are right in the software. The tech support is out of this world. Fast, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. The support team even created a custom video clip showing me how to solve my problems. Highly recommended. 5+ stars. I recommend Everweb to all the artists and photographers I know as the only way to build a personalized, professional, robust website. And the domain registry of course is also great. Nothing beats the ease of website content updates done qucikly in EverWeb. It’s on par with Photoshop as an absolute necessary tool to have at your fringertips.

To begin with, my problem became apparent on a Sunday during a holiday weekend. An important website I built with EverWeb had lost its navigation menu. I called RAGE Software's support number, and my call went into voicemail. I assumed they were closed for the weekend. Moments later, my phone rang. A helpful support person was on the line. He quickly got to the bottom of my issue, suggesting a simple change in my website's structure. The fix worked, and the website was up and running again. This has been one of the best tech-support experiences I've ever had.

I switched to Everweb software for the development and maintenance of my two websites a few months ago and I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are always quick to respond to questions and will continue to work with me until my issues are resolved. I’m just someone with a pair of non commercial websites that mean a lot to me but not really to anyone else but Everweb treated me like their biggest corporate client. They held my hand throughout the process of converting my sites and continue to walk me through any problems that I have. These are good people!

I've used EverWeb for well over a dozen years. It's always been easy to design a website. Recently, they added many more features and being a senior citizen and not keeping up with techie changes, I was struggling a bit. HOWEVER, the support team has been incredible!!! The first thing is they are super quick to respond. Far faster than any other web hosting company I've dealt with. None of the AI or nothing support. I couldn't be more pleased and my clients (although fewer than years ago) are so impressed with their websites and quick changes. They think it's me but I let them know it's EverWeb that deserves the recognition for top notch service so they can tell their friends.

Every time I've needed help with anything to do with my EverWeb domains, sites, whatever, these folks are there for me! Either with videos showing how to do something or via emails back and forth, the problem gets resolved. And I'm a web dummy so that's an especially valued result. I'd give 'um 10 stars if I could.
