Started of with an Apple IIGS..When the web opened up, Apple provided an intuitive Website design program called, "iWeb"..for decades I used this program until Apple no longer supported...I left my site on line, though for years I could not upgrade the images..Fortunately found EverWeb..The transition from iWeb was simple and flawless...To date, my website has increased in size and design using EverWeb's intuitive design..Hey, did I mention there Help is painless. Quick responses to all my questions and painless intstructions on how to solve various problems. Very Happy Happy !!!!

Amazingly responsive support team!

I've been using Everweb since 2015. The software is easy, intuitive and offers the features I need. Whenever I need help, their support team is there. Emails are responded to within the hour and I feel the team is knowledgeable and cares. My problem today was fixed within a half hour via email.

Our Organization experienced a wretched loss of our former website by an attack. EverWeb has helped us with a host of people who care. Real and knowledgeable humans. The excellent support has been ongoing. Happy to be able to work in Peace again. Our new site will be better than ever. Thanks to EverWeb staff.

EverWeb is the easiest website builder I can imagine. I used to use iweb, but mac does not offer iweb anymore. Everweb is as easy as iweb was. Everweb is for everyone, including people who do not understand much about computers!

I thought I had had a problem with EverWeb (the cause of my problem turned out to be from something else) and contacted the EverWeb customer service by email. I received an personal answer immediately and they were able to help me find the source of my problem. How refreshing in this frustrating world of AI-generated support!

I've been an EverWeb (standalone) user for many years. I like EverWeb. I used to host my websites on GoDaddy but switched to EverWeb+Hosting a few months ago. I've been VERY happy with EverWeb+Hosting. Good pricing. Good performance (better than GoDaddy). Much, much easier to work with (e.g., add domain, config SSL, add email, etc.) than GoDaddy. Nice integration between EverWeb and hosts (e.g., publishing is super easy, etc.). And the EverWeb service (both billing and tech support) is spectacular! Quick, polite, accurate service. And they don't try to up-sale you with every move. Highly recommended!

So many times I have been given personal, time-consuming support in developing my site. These guys do not give up on me. It seems like I am their only customer once we get started on and issue. Everweb is by far the best development tool out there!

Everweb's Customer Service is second to none in my 20 years experience of Domain Hosting/Website Software.
Everweb DOES NOT evade contact with it's clients behind impenetrable AI, comical phantom chat flash ups, and obscure Ticket systems.Their agents will even offer to link to customers' PCs for trouble shooting, or zoom call, or telephone the client; as well as very swift response to Support Tickets. Of course most questions are simply answered but it's really nice to know that if the going gets tough these guys will go the extra mile to help clients understand their products.
This excellent technical support helps clients to get the most out of the Everweb Web writing software which is a great tool even for novices.

I migrated from i Web a few years ago and found Everweb to be very intuitive. In the past two weeks, I've completely redesigned my site to be a responsive website. There were some difficulties getting used to the various options and the added complexities of a responsive site. However, the Everweb support team is superb! After uploading the site to the team, we communicated via email and they helped me sort out all my problems. The answers to my questions all came VERY quickly, and with thorough attention to each question in any given email. Thank You Everweb support!

Alexander worked with me for HOURS to figure out the issue with publishing my website....and he kept on until he figured out what the problem was. It wasn't EverWeb's issue but the existing host I was using. I tried for 3 days talking to many people at the host site and they couldn't figure it out. Alexander did not give up. He really cared about helping me get my website up and running. I am switching over to EverWeb to be my host because it is people like him that I want working on making my business prosper with such GREAT WEB SUPPORT!!!

My website froze last night while I was trying to add something. From the moment I contacted the support desk, Alexis guided my every step til midnight. I have never had such dedication and support from a rep like this. She knew the urgency of my situation as I am an artist and had an exhibit opening the next day and urgently needed my website to be working. This software is easy to use, the team of support is friendly, HELPFUL, and care about us non-tech users who have no clue what we are doing yet! There are some small differences from MUSE which I am getting figured out but ADOBE can kiss off!! So tired of their garbage.

EverWeb. Excellent problem analysis and help. On the few occasions that I have contacted them due largely to my lack of understanding the response and resolution has been quick and efficient. The customer help should be called EverSwift.

Always problems when uploading since last years.. unfortunately it does not work, I do not recommend

I have been a EverWeb user since its inception. I compliment the developers for seamlessly transitioning from Apple's iWeb by making the design canvas and tools just as intuitive but way more capable. Customer support is superb with instructional videos and technical issue resolution. EverWeb is responsive to customers and welcomes feature suggestions and regular update / enhancements. Hosting has been 100% reliable, 24 hours a day. 365 days per year since its founding. I am a throughly satisfied charter customer.

Your software is a gem to work with! Having started with HTML coding, moving to Dreamweaver and then iWeb, I found Everweb to be most excellent for my designs. The support received far exceeded my expectations given the world we live in. Fast and efficient.

Love Everweb. I find it easy to use, it gives lots of scope (from simple to complex) and the support and backup are great. I've contacted them a couple of times with issues and they have been prompt in responding and totally on the ball. Sorted my problems out very quickly. Definitely recommend. 👍👏👏

I switched to EverWeb when Apple discontinued iWeb. Seamless transition of websites. Intuitive and easy software to use. I cannot say enough about their customer service: Quick to respond, Accurate, Friendly...just to name a few.

My experience with EverWeb spreads over 7 years. I started with one website, but with ease of publishing and technical assistance - I have now four websites hosted and supported by EverWeb. Being illiterate in digital technology, I completely relied on offered technical support, which was conveyed within the same day of contact.
