Mi experiencia con Quickin ha sido una auténtica vergüenza. No solo han gestionado fatal el alquiler del piso de mi hermano en Castellón, sino que nos han estafado dinero y lo han dejado en condiciones indignas.

Mi hermano vivió durante el curso 2024-2025 en uno de sus pisos. Todo iba bien hasta que acabó el contrato a finales de junio de 2025 y quiso continuar. En vez de facilitar la renovación, lo sacaron del piso sin ofrecer alternativa inmediata. Le dejaron un día en la calle, y luego lo reubicaron en un nuevo piso que estaba completamente sucio y en estado insalubre:

Bolsas de basura con restos de comida

Cocina llena de mugre, alimentos caducados, vajilla sucia y polvo por todas partes

Colchón y armario en condiciones pésimas

Nadie se presentó a entregar las llaves: lo hicieron unas limpiadoras que dijeron que las zonas comunes no se limpiaban y que si quería limpieza, se descontaría del pago que YA habíamos hecho

Además, la gestión económica es opaca y abusiva. Mi madre pagó una fianza de 404,56 € en septiembre de 2024 que nunca han devuelto. Ahora, sin previo aviso, han retenido 213 € de esa fianza como “nueva fianza” y además cobraron otros 213 € por el mes de julio, cuando el piso no estaba ni en condiciones de ser habitado.

Llevamos días intentando contactar con Marco, la persona que siempre gestionó el alquiler, y ahora no responde ni llamadas ni mensajes. Solo respondió una vez para decir que no era su problema. Tenemos fotos, vídeos y pruebas de todo.

No recomiendo esta empresa a nadie. Nos han tomado el pelo, nos han cobrado por un servicio que no han prestado y no asumen ninguna responsabilidad. Vamos a presentar denuncia si no devuelven lo que han cobrado injustamente.

Extremely terrible stay away from that company
My door key hasn't worked 3 times now, they don't care and only did something when I threatened with police and attorneys.
When they had to come to fix it the first thing they said was: we don't want to come for nothing or we are going to make you pay. Now I have the same thing and no one is responding me.
They only care about money and are extremely inhumane.
They also illegally come into the apartment without appointment and threaten that you pay 250 euros for cleaning service if not everything is extremely perfect. They criticized for example that there were water stains in the shower and this while spontaneously visiting without asking us if they could come.
It's illegal and inhumane.

Please don't do this to yourself and stay away!

La empresa es una mala, constantemente culpan a los nuevos inquilinos por lo que hicieron los antiguos, cobrándoles a ambos, nunca resuelven los problemas a tiempo, siempre buscan razones para culpar a los inquilinos.
Entrada por código, pero un día cambiaron el código y no informaron a los inquilinos al respecto y nadie pudo entrar a su casa y todo el fin de semana tuvieron que vivir en la calle porque nadie trabajaba.

Please, when I was looking for a room for my Erasmus Semester abroad I wish I would've read a review like this that just straight up told me TO NOT DO IT!

I have a had the worst experience with Quickin.es
The apartment was in the absolute worst condition. The bathroom was super old, the shower was broken down for a week (we had to shower at the beach and after 4 months got a 30€ compensation, thanks)
The kitchen was super dirty, not enough utensils, plates, pots for 4 people
and then... the beds. The beda were so queaky that I would wake up from the sounds it made when I would move during my sleep. In addition the amtress was so worn out that it had A HOLE in the middle where I would "fall into". Also I have never seen a matress so dirty in my life (and apparently it was only 2 years old...) I swear a matress on the street is cleaner that what I had to use.

After a lot if complaints and two months in we got new beds (but no new matresses) and I bought myself a cheap matress.

The best part ist that before you arrive you pay a 50€ cleaning fee so that the apartment IS CLEAN. Well, it was in fact not clean. It was super dirty, hairs everywhere, super disgusting.

This is only the worst parts, there were many many problems with this company and they just don't help at all.

I can just agree with the majority of the comments. DONT EVER RENT WITH THEM.
Here’s why:
1. The contracts include bad conditions for the tenants. I guess they think that the foreign students don’t understand over complicated legal Spanish. E.g. they keep part of your deposit for a “final cleaning” (in my case 50 of 350 Euros) although you are obliged to leave your room clean.
2. You have to pay everything through a platform - there is no other option. The platform charges you extra money every month for transferring the money which raises your rent approximately 7 euros (this of course isn’t mentioned in the contract).
3. The rooms are not as new/ clean/ nice as they may look online. I moved in and after a few days I recognised that there was actually mold in my room. Only after insisting persistently they sent someone to fix it.
4. They try to blame you for everything that gets broken in the flat although it is obvious that it is because of a rushed through and cheaply done preparation of the apartment.
Our door didn’t work multiple times causing my flatmate a nightmare because he had to sleep on the floor outside the flat one night. They blamed us although with an electric door it is very unlikely it is your fault when it just stops reacting to the codes.
5. When you arrive it seems to be normal that you don’t have keys for the main entrance. You have to pray that one of the flatmates or neighbours is at home and willing to open the door.
6. They don’t take any responsibility. If you have a problem - after blaming you for it - they try to escape communication by telling you someone else is responsible. Besides the 50 euros they kept more from my deposit because of “high use of water/ gas” without showing me any proof of that like actual bills. It’s been months and I am still waiting for them to reply.
So, please, do not help them to continue with their shady business and do not rent with Quickin.

Unos sinvergüenzas. No te responden nunca excepto cuando les conviene. No avisan de cuando van a venir, y entra y sale gente de ver el piso cuando ellos quieren. No puedes estar tranquilo porque nunca sabes quien puede entrar ni cuando. Da igual quien haya viviendo, van a meter al primero que llegue y les pague. Nosotras somos dos chicas de 18 años y han metido a dos hombres (mayores) y les da absolutamente igual.
Me parece una experiencia horrible

La verdad es una vergüenza,haces un reclamo y no te dan respuesta ni soluciones,pero para cobrar si te envían mails y recordatorios...

I chose this company for my Erasmus experience. At the beginning it seemed nice. We signed a contract they also gave me an access to an online portal through which the payment were paid. However, the problem started when I wanted to to move in. My code from the doors did not work.... So I was waiting with my suitcase in front of the doors... unable to get in.... Anybody can imagine how stressed I was... Thankfully employee of this company arrived. He was not able to speak English but he tried to be helpful... Yet, I did not get the code from the doors neither the key from the front door. Employee was as surprised by this situation as me. So, I was a prisoner in my own room. If I went out I would not able to get back in. My flatmate had the same problem. Thankfully, my other flatmates had functional door code, so I was able to get inside by using their code. Nevertheless, I got key from the main door only few days after my arrival and I had to rely that someone is going to open the front doors for me. I would be somehow able to forget about this inconvenience, because at least the employees from this company communicated with me. Reason why I give only one star is that they have not returned me my deposit even though I tried to contact them in every possible way. They are consciously breaking the contract we signed and do not even try to make any excuses... they simply ghosted me....

Doe alsjeblieft niet huren bij dit bedrijf, online lijkt alles in orden en eenmaal bij het huis word je niet geholpen. Ze repareren niets (ik zit bijvoorbeeld al 2 maanden zonder gordijnen bij een drukke weg). Het is leefbaar, maar het is barbaars hoe respectloos ze met je omgaan. Zeggen dat de reparatie man er was en het mijn probleem nu is, terwijl de reparatie man het nog erger heeft gemaakt.

Scamming company that almost never answer to your messages. Don’t rent with them evr in your life!

Nunca puedes estar tranquilo en tu casa porque esta empresa envía técnicos sin avisar y cuando te quejas, te responden de manera soberbia. Por favor, huyan de esta empresa.

Es la empresa mas ladrona que puede haber....no tiene organización cuando tienes que hacer un reclamo ninguno se hace responsable y se pasan la bola de uno en uno y más si el tema es económico nunca los pisos los entregan sucios con daños que a la larga uno mismo tiene que hacerlos hacen descuentos a su propia conveniencia..es una muy mala empresa y ladrones por qué pasas meses para ver si te devuelven tu fianza y eso si es que te queda después de todo los descuentos que te hacen

No alquiles con ellos, huye, todo muy bien hasta que pagas. Cuando llegamos a ver la habitación en Reus después de pagar mes y fianza fue un desastre, todo muy muy sucio, allí había hasta bichos en el frigorífico, por no decir como estaba el baño, nada que ver con las fotos. Limpiamos la habitación y el baño, pero aún así decidimos irnos de allí porque la cocina era asquerosa y la persona que ya vivía allí no quería limpiar nada. Después de mucho pelear conseguimos que nos devolvieran parte de la fianza, pero para nuestra sorpresa nos quitan 50€ por la limpieza. Perdón?? Por la limpieza que yo hice. VERGONZOSO la habitación y el trato recibido

Tuve una excelente experiencia con Quickin en Valladolid. Encontré una habitación cerca de mi facultad a través de la plataforma HousingAnywhere, donde reservé mi alojamiento y pagué el primer mes de alquiler junto con la reserva. Luego, Marco me contactó para firmar el contrato y resolver todas mis dudas.

Tanto Marco como Álvaro fueron de gran ayuda. Marco siempre respondió rápidamente a mis preguntas, y Álvaro no solo me asistió en todo momento, sino que también me recomendó excelentes lugares para visitar y hacer compras. Además, el apartamento está en muy buen estado, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más cómoda.

¡Totalmente recomendado!

He acabado de mudarme a Valladolid y he tenido una buena experiencia en instalando me gracias a la ayuda de Álvaro. El piso está muy bien condición pero mi habitación no estaba del todo limpio al llegar.
Lo único que diría es que la organización de los procesos administrativos no ha sido fenomenal y ha habido varias confuciones de el lado de la compañía y no me ayudaron nada con los problemas de los pagos.

They are scamming agency.
Rooms were OK, but their service (if something is broken) is terrible!
We were out of the washing machine for 4 months straight!

If you break something or something needs to be fixed, they are threatening with their “legal” team and charging you 10x more then it really cost!!! I got one invoice with them and this will go public!!!

La vitrocerámica lleva más de dos meses sin funcionar y no la han arreglado. Además, me han impuesto costos extras sin justificación, han borrado comentarios negativos de su página web y, según reseñas, no devuelven la fianza.

Entre hace más de un año, entre con una habitación totalmente sucia y en muy malas condiciones por 500€ mes que ellos piden, después al darme cuenta me entregaron una cama que está rota por el somier que ya estaba así desde antes, gracias a ello me propongo un lumbago de más de 2 meses y una baja médica por culpa de colchón y el somier, asta que se me hundió, pedí uno de repuesto, señores tardaron más de 6 meses en traerme un somier nuevo 6 meses que estuve durmiendo en un sofá pagando 500€ por el sofá, encima cuando me lo traen me lo roba mi compañero de al lado y me dicen que ellos no pueden hacer nada, que me espere a que él se vaya, se iba en junio y estábamos en abril otros dos meses durmiendo en un sofá, tienen interpuesta una denuncia porque ni siquiera me han devuelto la fianza . No lo recomiendo para nada en absoluto, servicio al cliente pésimo tardísimo y con discriminación, siempre por encima del hombro sin entender ninguna situación .

Alquilé una habitación a través de esta compañía. En el contrato decía que proporcionaban buenas habitaciones, pero la realidad fue un desastre. La habitación que me dieron estaba increíblemente sucia, la cama completamente rota y no había luz. Y por esto inicialmente me pidieron pagar 475 euros.

En los apartamentos siempre se rompe algo, y cuando les escribes en sus numerosos chats con solicitudes para arreglar algo, simplemente te ignoran. No hay respuesta, ni ayuda. Y eso sin mencionar que no devuelven el depósito (fianza), y tampoco limpian ni revisan las habitaciones antes de que entren nuevos inquilinos. Una falta total de respeto a sus clientes. No recomiendo para nada tratar con esta compañía.
