They sent me the wrong motor never told me I was getting a replacement or a refund. Then they took the motor back without giving me a proper refund or replacement. So now they have my money and the motor. Nothing but problems in every department do not buy anything from this company. Sancho Pike Lisa Joe Dale and DC Baker are all cowards.

Absolutely the worst online purchasing experience.
Slow to ship, no follow up. Hidden conditions.
Like pulling teeth to get your core deposit refunded and then you'll only get 25% back.
And just so you are aware, the is no qualityusedengines they're a front for a company called SWengines.
They threatened to void my warranty if I complained to my credit card company so...no warranty, I guess.
Never again.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The worst service ever. Nobody answers the calls. Shipping manager is set to voicemail. Customer Service is negative not even zero. They say 7-14 days for delivery but they dont even process your order for 14 days. Let alone get it delivered. They market the engine at 30k then after placing the order they say the mileage is not guaranteed, then why would you market it for that mileage? Also when you cancel the order without even receiving, they charge 25% for cancelling. 25% for what just taking my money and not delivering the order?Straight out lying and looting. Please do yourself a favor and never ever order from them.

This place sucks.BEWARE!!!! Sent me a engine a month later with a hole in oil pan.Did not even take off truck.Sent back mainly there was chunks of metal in bottom of oil pan with hole in it.Then good luck with this lady in returns that kept telling same thing 2 months later.This lady is clueless.Then after they located they refunded 300 of a $1400:00 and said to my credit card company that i cancelled order so by there terms i recieved 300.00,B-S after going back to credit card company 2 times 4 months later i got most of my money back.Place is a scam.I own my own shop and have been dealing with parts and lots over companys over 20 years.This was my worst experience in my 20 years.Please dont get scammed i warned you,

I see a lot of bad reviews and I feel for them people cuz I've had bad experiences elsewhere so I understand... I must have gotten lucky cuz I got a engine for a 2009 Lincoln MKS and it purrs like a new engine.... Idk much about engine but I know the one I got runs beautifully

Do not and I repeat do not buy from this company. We order an engine from them and only put 1100 miles on it and it blew up. I filed a claim. They sent us a motor that looked like a boat anchor. Our truck is a 2004 and the motor didn't even fit. Also I told them if they couldn't send us a motor to give us our money back. Out of 2600 we got 1260 back. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.

If there was a negative box I would definitely check it!

Total scam! They were happy to take my $$. Then when I did not receive the motor they said they could refund me and sent me a form to accept the refund. It stated on there there would be a 25% restocking fee. I told them I wasn’t going to agree to that. You first told me it would ship in 4-7 days. Then it became 7-14 business days. I told them then send me the motor, I did not return the form agreeing to paying $965 to cancel my order in which you failed to ship on time. I called numerous times (20-30) to talk to supervisor. Finally got through to one only to be told I was talking to the wrong department. He then transferred to another voice mail that never returned my call. Got two different numbers of supervisors only to have one go directly to voice mail, left several messages and no return call. Called the other one and the mailbox is full.
Prior to calling to talk to supervisors I had called the week before to get a “shipping” date only to be told the computers were down (3rd time I was told that when I called) only to be told they would email me that night to let me know. Never heard a word!
Spoke to a girl, Bev, in shipping only to be told well I had cancelled my order, I advised her I did not as I wasn’t paying you $965 for nothing I never sent the form back agreeing to it. She advised me she would look into it and email me the status. 4 days later a partial refund was sent with them keeping $965.50.

Who ever is reading this listen to all of the people posting they sale rusty broken engines to regular people not including companies and they are dishonesty about reviews on there website they hide delete or don't post the real reviews this company is fraud please call lawyer BBB when dealing with this company PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE AND THESE REVIEWS!!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS.

Sent a bad engine and refused to refund, I paid $2645 for a engine that was rusty and motor locked. Warranty dept said I had 10 days to install after I got it but I had to wait on the mechanic shop and they said warranty voided, I waited over 2 months after I paid before I got it. never do business again

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. The transmission was junk when I got it . They have spent alot of time organizing what I think can only be a scam . Please take my warning and shop elsewhere

Do not use this company, i ordered minicooper engine, they send me wrong one, they took back they never refund money, dooooonnntttt use thisssss companyyyyyy

It took 6 weeks to get the engine. When it arrived. It was completely rusted and had holes in it, they lied and said they tested it before shipping it

Very rude people when you ask about all there reviews being bad and that noone has left one that said they actually recieved a good motor they get rude say oh its the mechanics fault they didnt get a refund or another motor or customers and then they hand up on you very very bad place to deal with very rude and sell all junk nothing works.

This is a scam company do not buy from them. Sent us an engine that defective. Sent the Engine back. The cost was 2620.00 would only refund us 1475.00, after fighting for 6 months. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU.

The worst experience ever. I got an engine and I need a paper from them it took me about three days until now and I still didn’t get it. The guy who should send me the paper never pick up the phone call. (( Sanju))
I tried to call the supervisor but he is the same never pick up the phone call. When I called sales department they transfer me to those two never picks up the phone calls.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!. I repeat do not order anything from their website! They will SCAM you. This is a scam website just like all the people below me with ALL 1 star reviews. They do not answer their phone. Or return phone calls. Once you order the parts they will not change anything and charge you a restocking fee. I am a Service Manager at a Dealership and I have never seen such HORRIBLE customer service. I cancelled a order 1 1/2hrs after I ordered an engine for a customer and they charged over $600.00 for a restocking fee?? The order never processed. I am in process of contacting BBB and will be filing a claim in small claims court. They are currently under investigation from the states D.A. I repeat this is a scam site. They are stealing peoples money all over the USA. See all the reviews below if you have been stolen from also. There is a lot of information of where to file claims. I have never seen anything like this before the SCAM is real. They do not have a warehouse! They are just brokers and middlemen. DO yourself a favor and call a real auto dismantler. All of their comments on their website are all fake! Great news though there is no way they can stay in business doing this to so many people. SCAM AND HORRIBLE

I bought a engine from this company which was supposed to have 66k miles on it. My mechanic replaced it and it didnt even work. I called and was transferred from this person and that person. Until they finally say that they cant honor my warranty and basically im out of $1000 for a engine that was bad and I also have to pay my mechanic for services rendered but the car still doesn't work....I'm tight . This company is very unprofessional and a big scam.....

Bought a engine and had it installed. The engine was bad and needed replaced. They will not get back with me on the warranty I got with the engine. I have had to spend an extra $3000 to get the engine repaired. I have contacted the AG's office in Wis. They have pending litigation over this type of conduct with others. If you have a problem contact them so we can put these type of business out of business.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!! Sold me a junk engine that made it 6 miles down the road only had 3psi oil pressure, I called them and they said they would send a new engine well it’s been 8 weeks and still no new engine. Shipping department claims they don’t even have an engine to send me amd hung up on me!!! So my truck I make money with is sitting for 4 months now because of this horrible company and there brutal customer service!!!! I plan to sue them they’ve cost me tens of thousands of dollars in down time.
