I have nothing to add that every one hasn't covered. THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT IS BEYOND FRAUDULENT!!!
They sent me a blown engine with a lot more miles than they claimed. Obviously had been driven with no oil in the engine.
Has anyone had luck with a lawsuit against them?

Worst engine company still in existence. They sold me an engine for $8k which was advertised to only have 30k miles on it for my wife's van. I paid for the engine not knowing their history or reading their reviews because I was in desperate need to get my wife and kids back on the road safely. It took over a month to receive the engine and when it finally showed up there were holes busted in bothe valve covers, and the dipstick was pinched between the block and oil pan sticking out the side. My mechanics immediately called me and told me their concerns with the shipped engine. I called QUE to explain what was wrong with the engine and they had me take pictures of the damage. They offered to send me another engine or to give me a refund. At this point I am not wanting to give them any more chances and just want to try to find a dependable place to purchase the engine so I asked for a refund. They sent a truck about a week later to get their pile of scrap metal and ship it back. After about 3 weeks I received a refund of $5k even though I paid them $8k. They charged me a 25% restocking fee and also charged me the freight of returning it. Their only response to me came through their state's consumer protection agency where they claimed my "allegations" of the damage were not covered by the warranty because all of the damage were to bolt-on components and they only covered the internal block. They will only treat you good in their sales department...once they have your money you are at the mercy of whatever they feel like doing to you.

I bought a 60k Mile engine for a Ford Flex Vin Specific. They sent the wrong engine. The manager and head of customer service, Sancho, told me to go f**c myself and would not communicate any further. I got the money back from my credit card but OMG what terrible people. I am a shop and they treated us tis way. Stay away from these scammers they are being sued left and right. FYI they have websites that portray they are everywhere, they are based out of Wisconsin.

Ordered a used engine for my landcruiser 2001 and they said they had one in stock with 131,000 mi. I paid $2420.00 with my debit card on July 1,2022. On July 5th I e-mailed them and canceled the delivery address and advised them that I will let them know of a new auto shop address to send it to. On July 20th after reading all of the harrow stories in reviews I canceled my order. after several attempts to get a refund - 25% re stocking fee they e-mailed me to tell me that my engine was shipped on Aug.28 and gave me a tracking #. I then contacted the freight Co. and they advised me that my engine was picked up @ Ace quality used engines in Semmes, Al but returned to the same address on the 29th of Aug. with a handling fee of $275.28. They still refuse to call me back and are holding all of my payment. I am now working with the consumer protection agency in Madison Wi. This company has hurt a lot of people and should not have a business License.

Biggest pile of junk engine I ever bought was told it was a 66k mile 3.5L Ford engine that was a joke more like a 266k mile engine, oil was dripping from the intake so if you know anything about engines that means blow by which it is oil passing by the piston rings . I was lucky filed a claim on my credit card and got my money back. DO NOT buy from this junk yard they will rip you off if they can! If you want to see something interesting look at YOUTUBE pull up KSHB 41 news report on Quality Used Engines if this does not confirm that they are a SCAM RIP OFF Company then nothing will BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found an engine for my 2022 Toyota Highlander from Quality Used Engines. The price was $1,900. The engine received had water that was visible in the headers, rust and corrosion damage also very visible. I took pictures to ensure I have documented evidence of the unusable engine. I refused to accept the engine, returned it and now they want to charge me $1,100 in return and restocking fees. Complete scam!

I purchased and it was damaged and had Ben rolling around in the back of a semi and they said they would give me a full refund but after they received it they would only give half my money back and the engine had been sitting in the weather for quite some time so I am going to be filing a lawsuit against them on behalf of the countless they have done this to

I Purchase an engine from quality used engine because has a 5 year warranty $2670 for a 2008 Lexas took them 7 weeks to ship it paid $2500 to have it installed engine was no good knocking they will not warranty it just give a bogus email this company is stealing your money

BE VERY AWARE! I submitted an online quote request for an used engine. I received what I thought was a good price. According to the quote they indicated that the used engine included a 5 year warranty and been pressured tested. I emailed them and asked to confirm the price, the 5 year warranty and that the engine was pressured test. The ONLY response was the price of the engine increased ($2070 to $2450) nothing else. An immediate RED Flag because they never confirmed the 5 year warranty and if the engine been pressured tested. My gut feeling told me to move on because I felt this company was bad news AND after reading the bad reviews, I'm so happy I did. Also, be aware they are disguising under other names like SWEngine, Remann etc. They will most likely scam you out your money and send you a crate full of rocks! Be very careful!

If I didn't have to leave a star I would give them negative 0 stars this company is trash and I don't know who they been paying to write the reviews on the actual website cause they as hell do not deserve a 5 star rating....they will send you piece of trash engine that does not even work the refund will take about 2 months of none stop calling until somebody actually takes cake of it they will give you the run around and to not even tell you that even tho they send the piece of trash mottor that you now had to return because it does not work they will still charge you for return fee and restocking fee to keep half of the freaking money that you paid for a trash car part DO NOT BUT FROM THEM THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM THEY STILL KEEP AND MAKE MOST OF THE MONEY FROM YOU AND THE MANAGER SANCHO PIKE WILL JUST GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND THE COSTUMER SERVICE REPRS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE freak THEIR DOING AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM QUESTIONS THAT THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASNWER THEY JUST STAY QUIT THIS COMPANY IS SO UMPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NOTHING BUT FALSE ADVERTISING!!

So fraud and misrepresentation or at very least no due diligence. Take the vin and run a carfax if you cant get odometer reading, is that unreasonable?

Dispute with credit card company. they rejected it. Asked for rereview and have been sending them document after document. Am expecting need to sue

zero stars if possible. Ordered used engine Feb. 16. Shipment from Salem OR. Picked up by YRC on March 23rd. The engine was shipped 5 weeks after it was paid for. QUE claims to ship in 7-14 business days. They didn't have the engine they sold me, they shopped for an engine and found one in Salem OR! I live in MD.
Engine finally arrives in MD on April 6th, 7 weeks after funds had cleared my account. Paid $2,500 for the motor and a $500 "core deposit" to be received when the replaced core is shipped back. It took 4 phone calls over 4 weeks to get any response at all on where to ship it. Some guy in the shipping dept name DALE sends an email letting me know that it will be $679.54 to ship the core back. It will cost an additional $169.54 to have them ship it back to themselves, or I can "just keep the core at no additional cost". If I'm keeping the core, there is no shipping, not to mention any additional shipping charges. Where is my $500 core deposit?

Long history of unethical and illegal activity.

We ordered an engine from Quality and everything went well (at least so far). We ordered a manual transmission and when it was put into the truck, it would not go into gear. We sent it back and they have handed us over to various people to no avail. They will not refund the price of the transmission. They refunded $256 of $1115. No communication of why, what was wrong, etc. We also paid to have the transmission installed, then paid to have it removed. Truck is my only vehicle and still unable to use it. I will update if there is any change, but not hopeful.

Engines are JUNK and warranty does NOT EXIST when you need it. I spend $1200 in an engine (junk) I never installed the engine because was STUK, I called they said many things... at the end short story: SCAM. they hang up on my many times. They know it's me. They show to be a company with REPUTATION but they are not. Call me if you want to know more about this 800-398-6320 Rudy from AUTO LATINO. I will do everything I have to to prevent people to be SCAMED.

If I could give zero Stars it would be zero stars but I can't. Please do not buy a motor from these people they are not good to work with the motors are not good. They are horrible people when it comes to communication or letting you know what is going on the motors are junk the people are disrespectful they will not call you back and when they do call you back they will hang up the phone on you when you ask them too many questions and they are not happy with it. This company is not somebody you want to deal with. The warranty on their work is a joke they lied to you about how much they will pay you out or cover it is not worth dealing with this company. Please take my advice go somewhere else

Scam, don’t buy. 3 weeks in on purchase and still hasn’t shipped. Canceled order and still charging a restock fee. Beware
