These people are scammers ordered a engine gave info they asked for ended up being wrong engine so they picked up the engine and refunded us $600.. out of the $1500.00 never use this company they lie and steal from you.

PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY 1400 DOLLARS. YOU TOOK YOUR TRANSMISSION. YOU DON'T RETURN MY MONEY THEN I WILL HAVE TO TAKE ALL MEASURES THROUGH THE COURT JUDGE TO GET MY MONEY BACK, YOU SAID MONEY FOR MORE THAN TWO WEEKS WOULD BE ON MY MASTER CARD. THERE IS NO MONEY? ANYWHERE, NOR DOES ANYONE FROM YOUR FINANCIAL COMMUNICATE ME THROUGH MY EMAIL. I CONTACTED YOU GUYS MANY TIMES. I WANT JUST MY MONEY REFUND BACK

If there was a 1/2 star or zero star it would be more appropriate...these guys are as dishonest as they come. DO NOT BUY HERE ! They sent a known defective engine with $2,000 in defective parts... there IS NO QUALITY HERE ! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND IT. They hide behind the phone and do not support what they sell. The engine is a piece of unknown iron crappe !

What I thought was a good deal . After 3 weeks of waiting still no engine. Each time I called I got the run around > They told me the engine was shipped to the wrong location and it was returning to the warehouse. So come to find out it was the wrong engine and I ask for a refund after trying to get the right one > I was referred to the warranty dept. Told the lady I wanted to cancel my order and get my $1970 .refund . she says fine I will send you an email for your to sign to cancel this order >> Never got an email > I called back and was hung up on. Then I called again and got transferred to the manager. I got his voicemail So I left all the info asking for a refund and if he could call me or email me to straighten out the matter. Feb 8 2023 Days pass and nothing >>I sent them a copy of my invoice telling them to cancel my order and refund me as a Legal reply on their legal contract. No Reply They intend to steal my money and not give a refund for goods not shipped or received. They are Scammers stay away . I am Filling complaints with BBB in my state and in Wisconsin . I am Not done with these ripoffs .They need to be shut down

This company steals.. will not honor your warranty. Do not do business. Allen the supervisor will do everything within his powers to not honor your warranty.. their good reviews are bogus.. my engine died within. 15k miles. I'm just outta luck with this company

This company false advertises engines & Transmissions that a junk. They use multiple company names such as, Engine & Transmission World (& Team), Jasper, SW Engines, Quality Used Engines & Transmission(& also Team), Gear Head Engines, Engine Shopper LLC, and many more!

They send bad engine (RUSTED, hydrocarbon issues), don't refund for core, IF you get a 2nd engine They don't pay for the labor to have their bad engine replaced! They claimed I never did the warranty although I called them several times a day (hang ups, transfer to, no one answers) for 6 months now. I WONT STOP!

It's all a SCAM & THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!

Read the reviews and you will find the links. People are getting ripped off everywhere. Multiple lawsuits and I'm working with the DA.

I ordered an engine over a month ago and they will not reply or give me any shipping or tracking information a bunch of crooks!

BEWARE- Less than honest company! Ordered a motor 12/02/22, it finally arrived 01/08/23. I had called several times and got nothing but double talk, smoke and mirrors on when it would be shipped. I called to get the core picked up and they said keep it and we will keep your core charge of 300.00. They are nothing but scammers.

"READREVIEWS", ordered a two different motor in 2022 it came over a month later too badly damaged to be used, "CRACKED HEAD". Never put engine in truck! Made a warranty claim. couldn't get anyone to talk to me. They picked the motor up in and still haven't refunded me. The second engine was full of dirt dauber nest and and kept clogging up oil cooler. and "NO WARRANTY" CANN'T TRUST THIS COPANY!

Wish I had read reviews, ordered a motor in May 2022 it came over a month later too badly damaged to be used, cracked motor mounts, cracked oil pan looked like it rolled to SC. It's January 2023 they picked the motor up in November and still haven't refunded me.

SCAM!!! I ordered over a month ago and I still don't have my motor and I can't get ahold of anyone that will issue me a refund.

I bought a 4.0 engine for a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in December of 2021. Thought I was getting a good deal, paid $1395.00 with free shipping. When engine was installed the oil light would come on. But, when ignition was turned off and engine was restarted the light would go off. I thought the light was malfunctioning , so, I let it go. Within 100 miles it developed a misfire on the #1 cylinder. I took the vehicle to my regular mechanic, where it stayed for 2 weeks. After a tune-up, trying 3 different spark plugs in #1 cylinder, 2 new fuel injectors in # 1 it still skipped. So, I talked to a local mechanic (who once worked for Chrysler) he suggested the problem could be a worn valve guide on #1. After having the compression checked #1 was 70 to 95 pounds less than the other cylinders. So, that means replacing that guide. Also the engine was advertised to have 67,000 miles on it but I am very doubtful of that being correct. So, that probably means a complete re-build. Now for the good part. When I called about the warranty, I was told that I had failed to register the warranty. I have called back several times and get no answer, and no returned call.Even though I leave a message, my calls are not returned. I would recommend avoiding this company like the plague.

I bought a BMW N51 used engine with a 5 year parts and labor warranty. Engine seized up in less than a month. This engine was to have only 30,000 miles on it, yet when I hooked my computer to the port it said last oil change was performed at 100,000 plus mile mark. after paying them 2,570 and another 2,500 to have it installed I will not just be letting this go. As of today I have my lawyer involved and I will be going after my refund. I wish I would have seen the reviews here before I bought from this company. They are a real piece of work, dodging phone calls, pretending like they are taking care of your warranty claim, falsely advertising what they are selling you. I don't know how they won any case in a court, but I promise you they are not winning this one. they were sent testing videos of exactly what went wrong by a BMW specialist, where my car has been sitting waiting for the replacement engine. They will be paying that storage fee as well. I don't care what it cost me, they are paying.

Crooks . Do not buy anything from these people.
Engine comes in bad to begin with. We performed all the tests to prove it and request that they pickup the defective engine and nothing . Contacted the Credit Card Company to Charge them back .

I gave them $6,000 for an engine and it was supposed to come with a 5 year/ 100k mile warrantee. as i was making the purchase they swore up and down that it just comes with the warrantee with the purchase. 9 months later and 6k miles, and they say i dont have a warrantee. I called 3 times to discuss an issue and they they hang up on me and when they give me. Once they gave me their managers number. when i call that number i just hear a automated voice answer and it says "call rejected."

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an engine for a 1998 Toyota Sienna Minivan and paid for it. Waited, waited, waited for it to be delivered only to be told by shipping company that it is sitting on site because there are not enough employees to unload it and deliver to my mechanic in an adjacent town. They finally delivered it the next week. My mechanic's immediately installed it (cost me $3,500) and the engine immediately failed. Car never got off the lot. They do NOT evaluate, test or inspect engines before delivery like the warranty states. Now a month later, I am still waiting for my "refund" for the engine costs. I cannot recoup the installation costs and had to turn around and buy another motor and pay to have it installed. I am well into this 98 Minivan for over $10k! This is insane. I call Quality Used Engines and get nothing but empty promises on call backs and no information on when refund will hit my account. I seriously doubt it ever will. I am looking into the costs of suing them versus walking away. Just makes me sick that these scam companies get away with this. I sure wish I came to trust pilot first to read reviews!!!! Hope this one helps someone not do business with them.

Purchased 14 March 2022.
31 March rec’d message of shipping delay. May 2022, engine finally delivered, installed and Warranty activated by Kwality Auto Care.
14 Aug 2022, engine blew.
15 Aug sent required documentation to Warranty Dept.
30 August- received email that replacement engine was sent.
14 Sept- received email (still have as legal proof from Warranty Dept) after I asked about the labor reimbursement. It would be reimbursed directly to me after installation and receipt of labor costs.
16 Sept, received email that supervisor cannot reach me at the phone number provided to them. Same number & email that they repeat back to you when placing the order (btw- same# since 2005).
26 Sep- spoke to Megan in Warranty Escallations. She told me that the warranty link won’t work because it was activated under the original engine purchased, it already active. Send her the labor invoice for installation of the replacement engine. Said she was going to lunch and to check my email after 2pm CST for the processing of my refund for the labor on the replacement engine. Megan told me that I can expect the refund of $1848.00 in 5 to 7 business days.
29 Sep- spoke to Warranty Dept again. Megan told me that the invoice I sent her went to her “junk email”- strange since we had already emailed back & forth.
30 Sep- called and emailed. Still nothing.
-Since then I have called and emailed daily. One day put on hold for 2hr, 26min, 1 sec. I’ve been passed around, messages conveyed and no courtesy of a response.
On their website under the Parts and Labor warranty it clearly states-
Labor claims are only paid if the customer receives a replacement engine from QUE. (I did. They confirmed via email in writing that I would be reimbursed, supervisor Megan had me send her the labor invoice) to process my labor refund. Today is 19 Oct 2022 and I have called and emailed numerous times. No change, no response, no refund.

they sent me a motor. I had it installed and it ran great. delivery was on time motor was in great condition for the $1,400 I payed. I'm a happy costumer.

Sold me an engine that had was no good and then refused to honor the warranty. They said it took us too long to install it. Beware that you have to install what you buy from them within 15 days. Basically I paid them $2820.00 and got absolutely nothing for my money.
