My mechanic installed the engine,but,didn't work,,it was overheated,it was 2 years ago,,my mechanic and l ,,we are still wearing,,for another engine,,l will wait 10ore years,,until they return my money,or send me other used bad engine.

The sent me a engine supposedly tested when installed NO COMPRESSION ANY CYLINDER! They eventually sent replacement engine but denied the labor telling me took to long. The shop I took it to almost told me to f off. They said they always send junk! STAY AWAY

I purchased an engine for a 2007 Jeep commander, the crate had damage and the oil filter and oil pan were damaged I tried calling but they never responded, so my mechanic replaced the oil pan and filter, had a lot of problems with relearn, now it is knocking and they are now saying that their 60000 engine they sold me only has a 60day warranty. I will never forget how they can lie to you and get away with deceiving there customers. I will never buy anything from quality engines. The one star is to high for this fraudulent company. They do not deserve 1 star! Please read this review! I wish I had looked further into this Terrible so called company. I am currently disputing my charges due to the damaged, unusable motor I received and the run around I have gotten from day one about fixing this issue or standing behind what they claim to offer. I have been hung up on more than a handful of times. My emails and calls will not be returned and I paid $2450 for a engine you can't use due to the motor mounts being cracked, stripped and some place welded together. On the deliver receipt my mechanic sign at delivery it states the engine was damaged, it also shows the shipper being some guy in VA Beach area and This company being the one to bill. This leads b
Me to believe they sell parts on behalf of other people and thus is why I have been given the run around. But to make things worse the shipping company stated they (Quality Engines) should have sent me a BOL, bill of landing to have this piece of trash sent back, but they did not send it to me but had the shipper come out to pick it up without letting me know but too the shipper couldn't pick it up without the BOL. Just shows even more run around they have given me and discreet on their part. They only thing Quality about this scamming company is your TIME reading not only my review but the thousands others!!! I wish I could add pictures! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE AN ENGINE FROM THIS PLACE!

This company is a huge scam and so is their warrantee. They sell engines that are in completely poor condition and then wont accept a return. They say that the motors are exceptional and so you pay extra but then get a broken motor that even my mechanic recommended that i didnt use.
So many problems faced with this company that i cant even list them all. Absolute joke of a company and when you call them to resolve a problem they hang up on you or dont answer.

STAY AWAY.

This is such a shame that these folks are able to get away with what they are doing to people. Just remember (owner and employees) of Quality Used Engines, everything you do will come back to you. It could be in the form of financial devistation, heart break, sickness or even death. When it happens you will know why so dont ask God why.....

this company is a fraud they will send you any garbage engine and will be hard to return it do not buy used engine in quality used engine I'm having a hard time returning a junk engine full of rust that was sent to me from this company

We bought a motor in November. They delivered the wrong one. Took 2months to get the right motor. Spent a lot of money having it professionally installed only to find out that the motor is BAD!! We enabled the warranty and here We are 7 months later WAITING for a response from warranty department and shipping of yet again ANOTHER motor! I just want to be able to drive my car again! Worst experience EVER!!

Well I spent 2800 for a motor for a 2010 dodge 1500. They sent me a motor that was nocking. And they said they would send me another one and they played me for 2mo and never sent me one. Then they said they would pay to fixs it . So now my truck is at the mechanic and they never sent me the money. They said thay did but my bank never received it. And they keep saying it's my bank problem. So I called my bank and they said no we never got the money and my bank said I probably got scamed!!! So I call them every day a guy name John he just keeps putting me on hold . These ppl are no good .please don't bye from them!! Up date I called to ask if they could get me another motor and they said yes and it would cost 3200. Then I told them then why are your customer service telling me they can't find me one ..its such a scam!!!

Do not buy a used engine from this company I purchase an engine that was supposed to have 55k miles on it the mechanic received the engine in the engine was knocking he also stated that the engine had way more than 55,000 miles on it I've been waiting for them to send another engine since April 16th it today's date is now July 9th they are unprofessional and disrespectful I will be rewriting a view for every day that my car is in the shop

I ordered a 4.7 Toyota engine, I didn't ship on time, they kept putting me to the shipping manager mail box which was always full, they kept telling me I'd get a follow up call, that never happened! It didn't come anywhere near the promised delivery date so I called my bank and got a refund, now they are trying to charge me over 800$! For restocking and delivery which I've never even seen the damn engine! Don't waste your time!

SCAM/ Rip off…took over a month to get the motor….was supposed to be a low milage 77k motor…. Looks like it was drug through a salt water bog… oil leaking everywhere, valve cover cracked, multiple sensors broken, looks like it has 377k miles…total rip off DO NOT BUY from them.

These people are Scammers… they sent me the wrong engine with broken parts. Once I tried to get in contact with the claims and warranty dept. they said it takes about 2-4 business days for response it’s been well over 12 days now. Total losses for me were well over $4000 and that’s not included lost wages from work. #371869

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a motor, got it, looked like it had been submerged in salt water, was tearing it apart to replace seals and found the motor was full of gunk and big metal shavings. Called the company and they told me to just flush the engine. I AM NOT PUTTING THAT CRAP ASS ENGINE IN MY VEHICLE! The company completely refused to return or exchange my motor. There is NOTHING quality about this crappy company!

The worst of the worst poor costumer service ,rude people working there with no education ,the add on the internet says one thing, i bought an engine from here and once you run the vin number to get a report the actual mileage is twice as much than the one they offer bs company should be close quality engines yeah right one of my worst experiences having to deal with a company like this ,what a waste if time .wack company

ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. THIS COMPANY IS A F R U A D. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ENGINE AND I HAD TO WAIT UP TO 2 MONTHS TO RECEIVE THE CORRECT ONE THAT I ORDERED. I couldn’t stress it enough to them that if they don’t send it soon like how they did with the first one then ima have to pay an additional 100 dollars a day for their mistake. There is a guy who goes by Sancho or “tosh” who’s number ends in 2376 is the worst person who step on this planet. Hangs up on me every time I called him which I have records of and proof to back it up, not only that but says he can’t help me and then just transfers me to a number to which The phone just goes busy and I have to hang up. Then we have Eric from shipping who makes false promises who TOLD ME that he will check in with this as well which I have proof for as well, did not in fact check in and told me he only handles shipping.

Definitely a SCAM operation. Stole $2810 for a motor I purchased. No motor, no legit company. Absolutely do fall let yourself be scammed. BEWARE. Bad person. He is out of Austin Texas. Calls himself Kevin. I am sure that is a lie too. I see back in 2015 they had good reviews. Must have used a now defunct company to steal your money.

I ordered a engine for my pontiac. I spent over $1,000 on it. When it got here, the throttle body, EGR valve, Belt tensioner, motor mount bracket, and all of the sensors on the left side were broken. After it was installed, after paying to replace all of the broken parts, the engine started "ticking." I ordered new lifters and had them installed. Now it's ticking louder along with some other funky noise. It's also overheating for no apparent reason. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have called and e-mailed this place, no response. BEWARE.

They did send me a Ford 5.0..and it's the same as my old one..but I will go through the motor before I installe it
