I connected my Shopify store to your platform and placed my first order on 3rd July. As of today, 12th July, I still have not received the order or any clear update regarding its status.

This delay has been very disappointing, especially as a first-time customer. I expected a much better level of service and communication. Please investigate this issue, provide an explanation for the delay, and let me know when I can expect my order to be delivered.

I look forward to your prompt response and a quick resolution.

I really liked how quick they are when it comes to giving the response. Also I requested for urgent dispatch for bulk order. They prioritised the same for us.

Absolutely terrible stay away from them if you want to make your life peaceful, they give a lot of anxiety by not dispatching order on time and you will have to suffer with losses even if it's their fault

Very poor support. There is no accountability and in cases no responses as well for many days. Some tickets take 3-4 follow-ups to get a response. There is no escalation team, they don’t encourage constructive feedback even of you raise it to the escalation team. They always rush to close the ticket without even confirming if the issue is closed. Very risky to have them as partners if you are in dropshipping business. Some of their agents like Vinoth K and others just provide robotic responses without adding any value and your brand image goes for a toss.

The response to the queries is really fast and about 100% of the time the queries are solved anyhow and it's great. They are very responsive and really quick also.

customer service team : mohanpriya and ramya have been immensely helpful. whenever there is an issue they tackle it swiftly which is a huge plus

Unlike other dropshippers in India, Qikink has a real customer support system in place that actually works and resolves your issues. Ofcourse they are also the largest when it comes to the variety of products.

Great experience. Features regarding product creation can be greatly enhanced. Integrations can be greatly enhaced to service marketplaces and 3P partners

Good Product, best in India. Some improvements could be done in terms of Better User Experience while using website and tracking orders. Otherwise, I had a smooth experience.

I am happy with the customer support provided. However, I would be happy to see if things could have move faster, in the sense that resolutions are taking longer than we expect a service to be. We want to have trust of our customers, and that's why we do not want to prolong processes.
Overall, it was a good experience.

Overall I am happy with my association with Qikink. There are some issues I would like to see resolved - 1. My customers dont like the shape of the ladies Tshirt with the scoop neck. But the mens Tshirt causes a sizing issue for women and we get a lot of returns. Can you please do a womens tshirt with a regular round neck collar? That will be perfect for us as 85% of our customers are women and then we wont get too many returns for sizing. 2. The returns section takes too long to update. If we arrange a reverse pickup, it doesnt show in the returns section till around 10 days after pickup. Since we have to arrange often replacement pcs, waiting for the confirmation that the returned pc is good and re-usable delays the process too long. Something has to be done about this. 3. COD remmittances are taking too long recently. My business survives on cash flow from sales and if it goes to 7-10 days after delivery as has been happenning recently, I cannot function. Is there some way that COD payments can be made to me within 3 business days after delivery of the order? The money from COD is not profit to be spent for personal use but needed to place the next round of production orders with Qikink. So its in your interest to ensure quick payments to us.
overall Qikink is a good solid partner for our business and Mohanapriya does a good job as well in updating on my queries. If some if these above issues can be solved, it will really help us grow our business even further with Qikink as the first choice for our order production and shipping. Thanks.
