The products we received are of excellent quality, and we are pleased with that aspect. However, we've encountered some challenges with the operational side of your system. It tends to be less user-friendly, which presents difficulties in navigating the process. Additionally, the automated features, such as the system moving orders to a "returned" status after three days, have led to confusion and delays. We would appreciate any enhancements that could be made to improve usability and streamline these automated actions.

The company offers a good range of products and is easy to operate. Tapestry product is great, but it's lacking when it comes to AOP unisex sports tshirt. The stitching is uneven and the sublimation print is not even, there's too much variation in colors. The time taken to process and deliver orders can go over 2 weeks. Customers frequently complain about this issue.

The only area where I'd love to see improvement is API capabilities. In the AI era, businesses increasingly want to automate everything without relying on manual dashboard operations. It would be fantastic if more advanced APIs were available to manage almost every aspect programmatically. That would make the platform even more powerful for developers and growing businesses.

Excellent service

I'd definitely recommend to any Newcomer to give it a try. Why simple their product is solid, absolute Premium Quality. Their customer service is also good not bad at all. But there is some minor issues with their website while they significantly improve their website but still some time it very legging. And also while their product is solid no doubt about that but the size of the apparel is sometime slightly oversized other than that no issue. Qikink is surely the best POD to start with, no hesitation.

Customer service is great, I am facing problem with my one order they handle the problem very careful and it was too fast like in minutes they solved my problem and generated refund also. Great experience with qikink.

I have bought 3 self-designed t-shirts from Qikink. All are too good in both the printing quality and the material quality. Recently, when my new design got delayed, I raised a ticket. First, they replied formally. But the next day, when I asked them more questions, they immediately dispatched the item and sent it via air delivery to speed up the process, even though I had paid for normal delivery only. The matter is, they didn't charge me any extra amount. So their customer service and respect for the customer's commitment are amazing!

Terrible delivery and customer service. I started new business and they didn't deliver a single order, because they get money already before delivering. Not replying to my mails either. Worst platform ever.

Great service and product the know who says print quality is bad then they need to check the requirements of the file which is needed for me its great at this price
