Accurate design, good quality, fast delivery. The delivery was in a box and it was very fast (they use bluedart). 10/10 recommended. The rates are very genuine.

Great service and product the know who says print quality is bad then they need to check the requirements of the file which is needed for me its great at this price

I’ve been using Qikink for my business for over 6 months now, and overall, the experience has been solid.

The platform is easy to navigate, which honestly matters a lot when you’re managing orders daily. Their mockups are good and clear, and most importantly, the print quality is genuinely high. I’ve tested multiple print-on-demand platforms before, and Qikink stands out in terms of consistency and finish.

What really makes the difference, though, is their customer support. In business, tech issues are unavoidable- and I’ve faced quite a few- but the Qikink team has been responsive and helpful every time. They actually listen and work towards resolving the issue instead of giving generic replies.

Special mention to Dharnai and Ramya- they’ve always done their best to respond quickly and sort things out whenever I needed support.

Worst experience with theses people I stated my business with them but there delivery partner did not call our customer or delivered our product we had huge losses due to them worst customer service no response from them who is gonna take the blame they or there delivery partner worst experience never using this again

Absolutely terrible company. Stay away as they completely screw up your orders. Their website backend is trash. the prpotions of the print come out bad, and this was the second time this happened. They do not have phone numbers, or an easy way to communicate. Neither do they reply on emails for days.

Stay away from them.

I had placed a customised print bomber jacket on behalf of a customer with qikink which was delivered to me on the 6th of october with a significant print defect. After immediately informing them about the defect, it took them 10 days to arrange a reverse pick up. Since then I have only received the runaround from them. Every time I contact them, they assure me that the correct order will be shipped "tomorrow". This continued for 10 days after the pickup. After that they keep saying that we will refund the amount but only to the qikink wallet. So not only did I lose a potential customer because of their mistake, I am also out of the money I paid them. Even if I were to risk going through the pain of ordering and potentially receiving an incorrect item again, the refund process is apparently so painstaking that its been a week since they have supposedly processed the refund which is yet to reflect in my qikink wallet or my original payment method. So essentially, hope that you get the right item from them or forget that order.

I have lost more than £50. This is the worst service to use, and their customer service is abysmal to say the least.

Qikink is really good. Easy to use,fast service,and great print quality. Need to improve the delivery service.
