Veru responsive and guides very patiencly

The design was not aligned the way I set it to be on the website. I aligned it to be on upper chest area but the print is on lower chest. What's the use of giving the option to make the edits!

The product quality and print quality was pretty good, better than expected actually.
The only thing bothering their sizing of t shirts is confusing

The processes are well set and product printing happens within the stipulated time. The quality of t-shirts and the quality of printing is excellent. And I would say except for an odd case in between, I have not had an issue over the last 7 months The matter gets addressed over emails and the smallest issue gets addressed.

The only issues I have here is that there is no phone helpline, so that if there is an urgent issue, they can be taken care of. Instead I have to send a mail and wait for revertals or corrections that can take anywhere between 2-4 days. That becomes awkward when I have to reply to my customers.

Otherwise I am happy with Qikink's products and printing
