Qikink is the ideal platform for those aiming to launch or grow their fashion brand's.

Happy with Qikink. The embroidery is good and the product quality is great. The Turkish caps I ordered looks awesome. I also like that they keep adding new products.

Service is good. Lot of good things compared to other POD in India, the product quality is great. Request to add colored neck labels. Few things that could be reconsidered, like the charges of branding and box packing cost and happy to know you are working on changing the UI

Reliable dropshipping service with fast shipping and diverse selection of products.

Extremely horrible service provider if you are a new seller. You may regret this choice of selecting them as your dropshipping partner, since each time you order, there is an 80-90% chance that the product will be defective or misprinted. I have myself ordered the products to check the quality, however. I regretted each time and lost so many customers because of their poor quality.

Update:
After reaching out for a tshirt that has colored patches on it due to printing colors, these are the answers that I received from Qikink customer support who cannot even provide a clean tshirt to my customer for wearing. Extremely horrible.

We will refund the reverse pick-up cost from our end.

However, we are unable to refund the product cost, as the issue was caused by DTG limitations, which was unavoidable.

While we can reduce the pre-coating mark, we cannot completely eliminate it, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be fully avoided.

Once the returned product is received, we will remove the pre-coating mark from our end. If you would like to proceed with a return, we will move the product to the return inventory.

Alternatively, if you prefer to have the product shipped to your address, we can ship it once the pre-coating mark has been removed.

Please kindly confirm your preference.

I feel like anyone, myself included wants to wear a cloth that is clean and doesn't have colored marks on it.

Work on your delivery timelines, I started my brand after excellent print quality than any other pod supplier in India. Initially it went well but after that both Delhivery and Bluedart are delaying too much and not even calling customers to delivery. COD returns are affecting the business. Rest everything is top notch from Qikink. Work better with your courier partners and get them delivered, so that we can put more money back into business for more orders..

Tshirt variety they have is unmatchable, product quality is not comparable to premium brands but much better when compared to other POD brands in India. DTG printing is very good, DTF has room for improvement. Also they have to reduce their DTF printing cost. Their white box packing is very premium and looks excellent with thank you card and hang tags. Overall good for now..

Big collection so 1 extra star for that. They don't reply for more than 1 day when anything goes south. They do blunders like they ship different colors t-shirts for the same color

If anyone wants to waste their time, then Quikink is the best place. There are a lot of features that gave you headaches including design features, UI and UX and pricing ans so on.

Horrible B2B business partner! Firstly, their product quality is very bad. After a couple washes, the tshirt neckline started to stretch out. Secondly, their print quality is even worse. They do not check before sending the products across to customers. I have had 10-15 compliants from customers, all due to poor QC. They do not check for mistakes and errors and send across bad-quality products to their customers. They send across damaged products and do not take responsibility for it. I as a brand have been waiting for 2 weeks for a valid response, and they have not been owning up to their mistakes and instead have blamed the courier partner for a printing error. If you need pictures and proof, I have it all. Qikink cannot be trusted as their brand partner as their way of conducting business is highly unethical and unreliable. They send across damaged goods, which will ruin your reputation as a brand. They are very expensive too for a printing service. Please do not trust this company to serve your customers, as they are extremely poor and untrustworthy.

I’ve been with Qikink for 9 months, focusing on accessories, and I’m really impressed with the quality of their mugs, frame posters, tumbler bottles, and notepads. My experience has been very positive, and I’m excited to see more accessory products in the future!
One suggestion I have is to improve the mockups. It would be great if the back part of the mockup were visible, as it currently isn’t. Additionally, rounding the sharp corners of the metallic posters could enhance safety. Overall, despite the challenges in the print-on-demand process for accessories, Qikink is doing a fantastic job!

I am trying to do buisness with qiking but every time i place order for
DTG PRINT They give me dtf and the print started getting peeloff after 3 4 washes

The overall experience has been great. Qikink has improved drastically and the best part is they keep improving their product quality and support. Also, the new product launches helps to get more sales through different products. It's been 18 months with Qikink and the experience keeps getting better and better with time.

4 stars for their quality and service, it's going to be almost an year since I'm working with them, they implement Fashion trends after sometime but they make sure to take care of their clients, but it would be great if they extend a chat support for atleast 12hrs and also to offer more customized packaging option
