Thanks to Nathalie Payne, I was able to secure an apprenticeship for a fantastic IT company. She was so helpful in landing me an interview and once it was confirmed, she put in so much effort to prepare me for the day of it. From suggesting potential interview questions (which turned out to be very accurate) to reassurance about any nerves I had, Nathalie really played a vital part in getting me this apprenticeship which I am really enjoying and for that reason I highly recommend her guidance and QA as a whole 😁

I’ve recently been accepted to do an IT apprenticeship and it’s all thanks to the great help and amazing support from Nathalie Payne. She would frequently keep me updated on any new information from the apprenticeship, provide me with interview practice materials, give me phone calls before interviews for prep and chased up when I would be starting my apprenticeship with great efficiency. She is a very nice and helpful person and when I received the news I got my apprenticeship, I knew she was genuinely happy for me. I could not ask for a better recruiter. The onboarding process was really smooth, with help from everyone involved. Nathalie was particularly helpful, leaving me with no stress, even when having to submit details in the airport. Communication over the phone and via email was always clear and very friendly.

My experience with QA has been amazing, and it all started with Nathalie helping me find the perfect role for me! She kept me updated throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. QA apprenticeships have always been fluent everytime I apply for an apprenticeship. On this occasion, I was helped out a lot by Humairah and she was very helpful before and after my interview.
