My experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very first conversation with Katy Jackson, she was professional, attentive and genuinely invested in understanding my goals. I spent over a year looking for an apprenticeship through companies and different recruitment organisations, and the majority of them either contacted me once or not at all. After finding QA, it felt like I was getting a call every week with a new opportunity available.

I spent 3 years looking for apprenticeship and applied to many providers but nearly all of them got back to me once or never did. Then i found out about QA apprenticeship and decided to apply to them. Katy Jackson, who works for QA, got back to me through a phone and got to properly know me, my expereinces and what i wanted. She listened to every word i said and understood. She gave me good advice about looking at their site for opportunitites and she had promised to send me any new opportunities that has come through. She kept her promise since i would get email from her about new opportunities or interviews for other ones i applied and notified her. She told me about an opportunity before it was shown on the website and i told her i was ok to apply to it. I got an interview and managed to land role.

I would highly recommended QA Ltd for anyone looking for apprenticeship since i applied to them and got a role within the same and they will support you and help you in everyway possible. Thanks to Katy Jackson and the QA team, I can now achieve my dream!!

I have had a really positive experience with QA and Natalie Payne throughout my apprenticeship journey so far. From the beginning Natalie has been incredibly supportive, guiding me through the recruitment process, helping with onboarding, ensuring everything went smoothly.

What stood out tobme most is how Natalie continued to check in with me even after I started my apprenticeship. I really appreciated her follow up messages and interest in how I was getting on.

Right from the Get go Sarah has been Extremely helpful and polite in all manners whether that's helping to find the right apprenticeship for you , talking directly to the hiring company and supporting you along each step. I would highly recommended over another Apprenticeship company as they actually make you feel like a candidate and not just an application .

When I had applied for a job, I was really nervous but Sarah Jowsey was very supportive throughout my whole recruitment process. Making sure that the job was right for me and that I was prepared for the interview. Even after I had been offered the role and started working she was making sure that I had got on okay and that everything was fine! She made the process very easy for me.

I was applying for a QA IT apprenticeship and Nathalie Payne was helping me throughout the whole thing, she would call me the day before and ask questions to prepare me for the interview. I got the apprenticeship thanks to her. She was wonderful and a star!
