QA was the first recruitment agency that I had gotten in touch with and Nathalie, who I got paired with, was there for me from the start trying multiple different opportunities until I finally got an apprenticeship. She has been really supportive, determined and caring through my journey trying to securer an apprenticeship.

My experience was great as the recruiters were very helpful (Humaira kola) and they had replied to any questions in good time

Spencer (account manager) is absolutely brilliant, incredibly responsive and reliables, takes action very quickly and answers all queries directly. He made sure everything went really smooth up to the running of the course.

Nigel (trainer) was also really great, the content delivered was spot on and exactly what we asked for. I loved that he always linked it back to our relevant industry and roles. He also was very encouraging ensuring people stayed engaged.

QA are an excellent training provider who were flexible to the needs of our team's requirements and the learning needs of the cohorts attending training courses. My team have now undertaken a number of training courses with QA and have a number of QA other courses in mind for future upskilling opportunities!

Overall, we are a large organisation with over 10000 staff and QA are a preferred external training provider due to the quality of their offering and the reasonable and transparent costs for their courses. I would recommend them as a provider for organisations looking to enhance the skills profile of their workforce, and for individuals looking to upskill and boost your career development.

I was looking for a new job role after a long while of not working so I applied to QA, as I thought I’d try an apprenticeship out. I was struggling to find a role by myself due to the bad job market. Nathalie Payne was the person from QA who I talked to, and she was fantastic. She was really great in finding me a company and a role that would suit, and helped me through the process of doing an apprenticeship at the company. I’m now enjoying my job at a great company as well as building and improving my skills through the apprenticeship. My actual tutor Liam Francis was great too. He guided me through the modules and exam stages, and he was great for my development.

Basically, for the apprenticeship we had multiple modules where it consisted of online courses, live classrooms and apply projects (applying the skills we learnt at work). I managed to learn a lot of useful skills and knowledge through the apprenticeship, which directly made me much more skilled in my job role. Those live classes was really good because the teachers have 15-30 years of experience in the subject and teach you directly. So you will learn and improve at your role, when you’re getting taught by experts.

The whole apprenticeship is pretty much like doing a normal role but 1 day out of your 5 working days are dedicated to the apprenticeship. At the end of the day, you’ll get a qualification and gain extra skills you didn’t have if you were to just do the role normally.

I would recommend QA, if you’re looking for a new job or to improve your skills in a particular job role. Especially ask for Nathalie Payne, she’ll try her best to help you land a role. The wages won’t necessarily be bad, if you manage to find the right role and company. If you can show yourself well at the interview stages, the company may offer you a good salary. That’s what happened to me. My pay was bumped up by a few thousand. So I pretty much had a new job as I wanted and got to experience a great apprenticeship, where I upskilled myself due to the education it provided. It’ll depend on what role you’re wanting and what company you can find… so make sure you find the right role and company otherwise an apprenticeship might not work for you

I did a 5 day in-person course. The trainer was excellent. She made what could be potentially a dry and difficult subject both enjoyable and easy to understand. The way she planned a variety of activities and kept us talking and interacting was very much appreciated.

Dr. Fayed managed to engage us throughout the course and present the content in a very interesting way. Very patient with the group and very detailed in all the explanations. We were all glad to get to meet him and learn from his immense experience, thank you Dr. Fayed!

Overall I’ve been really pleased with the experience I’ve had with QA. Nathalie was really helpful and caring when I was searching for a role and really helped to support me. The recruitment process went really well and the training has been great.

Ace trainer. The lecturer for my QA course was knowledgable, interesting and engaging. He kept the right balance of class involvement, while covering all the material in the course to an understandable level.

Nigel delivered an excellent ITIL Foundation course. He made complex topics easy to understand and kept the sessions engaging and well-paced. The pre-course material was helpful, and the use of Webex and Mimeo Digital made accessing resources smooth and convenient. This training has already proven valuable in my current IT role and will definitely support my future growth.

This company trained me sometime ago on the basis of their QA academy. The promises of employment quickly turned into a redundancy and being the employees rep quickly turned into a management mouthpiece so they could deliver news about their cuts. Promises of future employment opportunities turned out to be complete lies and still to this day they haven't fulfilled any of their obligations.

This company is not a professional organisation learning centre. I gave them all my info and other bits pieces and he never got back to me. The person i had spoke to was called Tim Wright. I am not very happy with the out come of this. It smells like a scam, please be careful.

Humaira and Callum have been very helpful and supportive throughout my experience so far with QA.
I met Humaira and Gavin at Leeds Digital Careers Fair at the end of September '25. I was looking for information around apprenticeships in the digital sector, in order to make a decision as to whether this was the right path for me. They asked questions about my background and career, as well as my interest in digital and where I might want to take it. Following the event, Humaira contacted me to discuss my interests further and talk more about the programmes they offer. She supported me in putting together my CV and showcasing the existing skills I have to offer. I was then put in touch with Callum, who had a vacancy he wanted to discuss. He set up an interview with the employer and guided me throughout the process. He also took the time to run through the apprenticeship programme module by module to make sure I was able to make a fully informed decision that it was right for me.
I am delighted to say that I received a job offer just three weeks after my initial meeting with QA, and couldn't have done it without the support they provided!

I've recently completed an Agile course with QA. It was delivered so effectively and our trainer Michael was fantastic.
