I must have ordered from a different company for my daughter. I bought her two pics of her cats with royal outfits and they came as canvas prints. This one I just ordered is just a picture. Not happy that I paid that much for a photo. Much happier with my previous purchase

At first I wasn't sure what to expect until I saw the preview. I just fell in love with it and when I received my framed picture through the post I couldn't believe how great it looked ❤️.
The company done a fantastic job with the picture I sent. I sent a few and I knew the quality wasn't great but they managed to make it look fabulous.
I have already recommended this company to friends and family and said they will not be disappointed in anyway what so ever.

The picture looks great but shipped to New Zealand folded and creased just isn't good enough for the cost. Wouldn't be hard to roll and send in a poster tube.

Fast, efficient and done so professionally! I ordered 2 pictures and I’m extremely happy with the way they turned out!!!

I ordered a framed print with my dog in female attire. I waited the maximum advertised wait for the proof (5 working days, 7 days including the weekend) to receive a proof of my dog in male attire... not the one I ordered. After requesting the changes, I then received a rushed proof version of the correct attire but with an oddly oversized hat not fitted to my dog's head. I then had to request another change to fit the hat properly, as per the advertised example. So disappointed to wait all this time for two careless mistakes and have to further wait to see if finally done correctly with care. Also, no reply to the email I sent and no telephone number to call.

I had wanted to order a canvas using a different image but have been so disappointed thus far that I am reluctant to order again and will instead try a different company. This situation could have easily been avoided with care and attention on both occasions and as this is a gift for my daughter, I am worried it will not arrive in time.

Edit: Now received a proof of the hat appropriately sized as asked but hat now randomly slanting at an angle which is neither as per the advertised image nor in line with my dogs head position and now covers her dominant eye in the image... she looks dishevelled with a hat hanging off at an odd angle! I couldn't be more disappointed. Really wish I could just cancel and receive a refund. Now waiting for proof number 4 and hoping for no more careless, rushed or random changes. So frustrating! Also just noticed the reply from Purr and Mutt below... I can assure you the hat was oddly oversized, far above the advertised example and looked completely out of place and rushed... not a matter of personal taste!

Order four portraits of our pampered babies, when we received the 1st proof we didn’t like one of the outfits that we had chosen. Purr & Mutt made the requested change very promptly to our delight. Absolutely love our pictures. From start to finish everything was dealt with professionally and thoroughly. Great delivery. Highly recommend.

Purr and Mutt did such a beautiful portrait of our two dogs as The Royal Couple for my husband’s birthday that I put in an order INSTANTLY for another portrait for my hard-to-buy for best friend’s two dogs in the same pose.

Had a fab photo made of my friend’s 2 labradors for her 60th birthday. Process was very smooth and quick. Friend is absolutely blown away with the pic of her fur babies! Very good quality and can’t recommend highly enough ❤️
