95336. Customer service is non- existent. They just don't bother to reply to emails. And without any explanation the pic was delivered to a Collection Depot, not the recipient. Really inconvenient .

This is my second time using this company, and both times I've found everything so easy to do. From finding the picture to downloading the photo, it's all very straight forward and the service given is really good, excellent communication and I was surprised how quickly my orders were dealt with. The quality of the art work was great, both were gifts, I was delighted by them and I'm sure their recipients will love them.

The portrait came out FANTASTIC! I had a photo of our late cat that didn’t quite meet guidelines, but the Purr and Mutt team made it happen anyway given the circumstances. My partner didn’t even fully take the wrapping paper off of the frame before tears started rolling after seeing her beloved soul-mate-kitty again! Great quality, great customer service, super fast shipping once the portrait was complete, definitely will be back!!!

Although I was told the photo wasn’t the best that they could finalise a copy with, I was confident that it would be a good fit.

The prices are very reasonable, I received good communication throughout the process, letting me know what stage they were at with my order and then it was delivered well packaged and promptly.

My pet portrait was received very promptly but unfortunately it didn't sit straight in the frame. Apparently due to a fault with the printer. However, a replacement was sent fairly quickly and I was extremely pleased with the service provided.
My pet portrait is wonderful.

Abysmal !! Paid for express service & was told images not acceptable BUT then told images were not opened! Requested refund & have only received a short email of " refund to store credit" with absolutely no explanation of how to access it ! Lousy slow customer service, and I'm currently out over £40 with no print & no refund .

A few delays with approval and post, but overall a nice product well-packaged and good quality.
