Very happy with my experience with purr and mutt
Had been gifted a portrait of my own dog a few years ago and loved it so decided to get one for my parents of their little prince
Delivery got lost in the post but customer service were fab and they managed to get another one to me in 24hrs ready to gift for my parents anniversary - highly recommend x

I have ordered from this company before and was extremely happy with my purchase, as was the recipient! Definitely a 5* experience!! When I wanted another picture for a gift for my other daughter I didn’t hesitate to come back to this company. My reason for giving a 4* and not 5* on this occasion is because my first purchase with them was a picture on canvas and I was thrilled with how it turned out. When purchasing my second picture I again wanted it on canvas rather than framed. I admit I am not the most tech savvy person there is, but I simply could not find an option for canvas when ordering. I sent an email to the company asking if they still did canvas and didn’t receive a reply. I sent a second email, still no reply! I found them on Facebook and sent a message, still no response!! In the end as the birthday was looming I decided to order the picture framed. Picture was fabulous and my daughter was absolutely over the moon, but I still much preferred the canvas picture. It wouldn’t stop me from ordering from this company again as everything else is great, but think they need to sort out the customer service and then in my opinion they would be perfect!

Didn’t receive the frames. Sent two messages and didn’t get a reply. Sent another and was told franes would be sent. I asked for a refund as I as bought frames because I hadn’t had a reply. No reply to that. Going to be fuming if I receive franes and not a refund

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Despite my not being able to take a great picture of my cat, they managed to (yet again) produce a gorgeous portrait. This is my second time ordering from them and I am just as delighted as I was with my first order years ago. This is a company that improves with time.

The picture came out perfect for my son-in-law's birthday

I bought a personalised Labrador portrait for my brother, and he absolutely loved it. We had it framed and it now has pride of place in his home. Such a fun and unique way to celebrate your dog – the quality is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend Purr & Mutt.
