Extremely happy with result.
I am so happy with the result. This was of our cat Smokie who died a month before her 20th birthday a few years ago. My husband cried when I gave it to him as a birthday gift. Thank you. Will be using you again real soon.

Disappointed
Having ordered 3 of these with my cats 1-2 years ago I was excited to buy one for a friend who loved them. But was disappointed as it seems to be auto generated now so didn’t have her cats distinct face pattern. It looked more like a realistic drawing unlike mine which are actual photos. Wouldn’t use again for this reason

Not good photo
It’s difficult to communicate with the team as all orders are done by AI. I’d like to put my dog’s name on the photo but it couldn’t be done.
Also the quality of the paper is poor & it looks like the images are generated by AI (I can do it myself with AI at home). The price is too expensive with the quality like that!
I bought the digital photo but same issue like last time order. The photo does not fit on the screen of my phone.
I did order 4 times with this company, but the quality is decreased.
Very very disappointed!

Sorry you were disappointed, especially after ordering from us several times before.
Since introducing our instant preview feature, some small custom changes, such as adding a pet’s name, are not always possible. That is one of the trade-offs of being able to see your preview within a few minutes rather than waiting several days.
The paper we use has not changed since your previous orders. We still use high-quality, high-GSM paper for our prints, so we’re sorry to hear it did not feel as expected this time.
For the digital copy, this is supplied in the same dimensions as the portrait size ordered, which means it may not perfectly fit every phone screen. If you contact us, we can provide a version adjusted to fit your phone screen.
We’re genuinely sorry this order did not meet your expectations.

Complete shambles.
I ordered a portrait back in February. After the package arriving late and going to the incorrect address it finally came. Only to be printed in landscape with half of the dogs head cut off. The ‘preview’ I received for approval was in portrait. I’ve had no response so far, but an extremely frustrating experience to give a gift to someone.

Sorry for the frustrating experience, especially as this was intended as a gift.
You’re right that this was a printing error, and we apologise for that. As soon as we were notified, we corrected the issue and sent out a replacement portrait.
We completely understand how disappointing it is when an order doesn’t arrive as expected, particularly after already having delivery issues. This isn’t the experience we want customers to have, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
