Mixed experience. The portrait is good but the frame (supposedly 'premium') looks cheap and tacky. I've been chasing up for how to access the digital copy I purchased for over a week with no response.

Most annoyingly, Purr and Mutt's prices are all over the place - when I placed my order it was £66.99 and when I went back to the same item less than a couple of weeks later, it was listed at less than half the price - not on sale, they said they were carrying out 'testing'. I felt a bit ripped off and after pushing back a couple of times, eventually managed to get £13 refunded but still feel I've massively overpaid.

The first draft was lazy with no attempt to blend the pet's head with the clothes. Second draft after giving feedback was good but would have been nice if they'd put the effort in without asking. Consistent with some other reviews I've read so maybe it depends which artist you get.

Really easy to submit photos on the website, quick response, option to make corrections and excellent result. Really happy with my painting. Good value too.

Simply perfect. Would buy again and again!

Ordered one of these for my GF.. She adores her dog and always calls him her little prince. I saw they had a spoiled prince design so I knew it would be perfect. When I submitted my order, I made sure to put "Prince Leopold" in the print name option. When I got my first proof I was pretty happy with it but noticed the name wasn't included on the proof. Something told me to ask if it would be on the final print but I assumed because it was just a proof, I was just approving the artwork and the name would be added during printing.. needless to say when I opened the box... No "Prince Leopold" 😩 Maybe this was on me for not asking but if there was any issue with adding more then one word for a name, they could have at least let me know.. I paid over $160 for this print with frame. I was thinking of ordering a print of my cat but I wasn't too happy with this experience so I think I'll pass..

I never received digital copy but paid for it.
The picture of Barbara had her name on it and it shouldn't have at all. Please contact me to update the order!!!

Customer service poor.
I ordered a portrait for my dog, the preview came back and it didn't look the best so I asked for them to make a change, they did the change and it arrived in the post on Friday 27th June, the package it arrived in was battered and bent, I emailed straight away to their customer service with pictures of how my portrait arrived, nearly a week has gone by and I haven't heard a word from them, really poor customer service. I wouldn't use again.....surprisingly I ordered one off Temu for £5 and its a much better picture!

It took a fair while to get the first proof, I was then sent the proof with dog saliva round the mouth which I had to ask twice to be removed, it's expensive for what it is I think, and it took a while to wait for the proofs to keep coming back once a change had been made. This was a birthday gift. Although it did look good when I'd got it in a frame. I wouldn't order from here again.
