This company is utter trash. The products are mediocre and just a front for the scam of hiding automatically activated subscriptions in your cart and then billing you monthly until you notice. Do NOT buy their trash.

This company is awful. Steer clear. They offer a bundle discount but get you by charging a recurring $29 month. By the time you notice, it is too late. The consumer board or FTC should be notified of these scammers.

I ordered my one board in June 2025, turned up 6 weeks later. Now they have been taking £22 out of my bank every month since July. This fraud ! I haven’t ordered anything else from them

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be charged a recurring fee until you realize that you are being charged. I called my credit card company. My card was cancelled and a new one sent. Among the first charges on the new card was from PureCut so we cancelled that one, too. You may be surprised at how many entities have retained your card number. I have cancelled most of those. Be aware!

I would give this company no stars if I could. Their goods aren't up to anything. BUT the most despicable thing about this company is the stealth automatic subscription. I noticed it on my latest credit card statement. I have set about blocking any further payments but am fuming that I failed to notice the small print. This company is awful. Never engage or buy anything.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute SCAM to get you into their 'collective membership'. They start charging $29 twice a month! Don't bother.

I bought cutting boards but they continue to charge a monthly fee for “pure cut collective” that I never signed up for.

Purchased a board from them and received it without issue. However, they automatically add you to a subscription service that you can't get out of and charge your credit card. You'll have to cancel your card to get the charges to stop. Buy a similar board elsewhere.

SCAM!!!!! While the cutting board is fine, they enroll you in some random membership for $30 a month that gives you nothing other than free shipping. I am not sure who needs to order that many cutting boards. It is not clear at all that they enroll you in this until you see it on your cc bill. They also make it difficult to cancel. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I ordered the small board and it’s really thin and very poor quality. I was already disappointed I had wasted my money when I noticed they had sneakily signed me up to a monthly subscription for £22 to be part of a collective and get future priority and discounts. I had to contact them to cancel it, you cannot do it on their website. And even after a scathing email they wrote back asking me to reply to confirm cancellation!!!! Please do not buy from them, you will be extremely disappointed. I’m contacting my credit card to get a refund for the subs.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR FROM THIS SITE. They add in a $29 "free" trial to a PureCut Collective monthly subscription that is hidden in the fine print. Who needs a subscription service for a cutting board?? I wrote in after I noticed it and they did nothing. I am still fighting to have the monthly charge cancelled. Plus, I only received 1 of the 2 boards that were supposed to be included in the order.

UPDATE: THE COMPANY REFUNDED MY MONEY FIR THE CUTTING BOARD & THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES.

I purchased one cutting board, that scratched immediately. Two months later i realized they have been charging me for a subscription of $29 each month. I’m not sure what the subscription is for, since i have not received any addition products or services since my initial purchase. Very dishonest & sneaky. When you read the very fine & hidden print, it states no refunds for the subscription charges. I blocked the company from future purchases.
*They made it right with me. Just beware of subscription fees.

Boards are okay but was signed up to an automatic subscription as others have here. Wish I had read the reviews first. Would not recommend, do not buy! There is nothing in the terms about the subscription. It is a scam! Luckily purchased on credit card so have escalated and reported. Hope others read these reviews before buying!

Total waste of money and they charge fraud charges monthly - no way to cancel. Had to cancel my credit card.

Recurring monthly charge without notice. Cutting 'boards' are average, at best. Don't get caught up in their scam.

Same experience as all. $41 CAD charge one month after purchasing. Dishonest and sneaky company. I got in touch with someone to cancel but they refused to refund me. I will be contacting me bank.

I ordered a titanium cutting board from this company. It actually did arrive, and it seems like a decent product. But buyer beware! They sign you up for a bogus subscription that charges you every month and provides no benefit! A month after I bought the cutting board I got charged $29.29 on my credit card for this bogus subscription. You can go to their website and cancel it, but they won't refund your money. They are crooks! Avoid this scam!

Absolute scam. The cutting boards were garbage and 6 weeks later I still cannot get in touch with anyone to return them. No one answers messages, emails, or the phone.

As everyone else said, they sneakily enroll you into a $29 month subscription….(for what I have no idea)…and it’s very hard to cancel. It’s hidden in an email.

Absolutely shambolic business, these guys sign you up for an unwanted ongoing monthly subscription with every single purchase. I've ended up with two seperate additional £22 charges for two memberships I didn't ask for or even know I was signed up for. Scammers of the highest order, avoid doing business with this company at all costs. I'll be reporting them to trading standards and disputing the charges with my bank and MasterCard.

Their bullshit “subscription” scam that I never agreed to is apparently just how they do business. $90 later, I was able to get it cancelled but of course no REFUND.

Despicable company. The only reason that they get 1-star is ZERO stars isn’t an option.
