Absolute scammers.
The boards received are of poor quality, seem to be stainless steel. Edges are rough and poorly finished.
Order takes around 4 weeks to come.
Non existent customer service.

They will also auto enroll you in a subscription service costing £22 a month for absolutely nothing. Impossible to cancel it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They automatically enroll you in a "collective" that auto renews with a monthly payment. They also automatically add the Lifetime Warranty. I clicked to remove it yet was charged for it anyway. I immediately emailed the company and asked to cancel my order and although it was less than 24 hours after placing the order, they claimed the order was already shipped and they could not cancel it. When I went to initiate a return, I was informed that I would have to pay shipping to Australia to return the items. In addition, they claim the boards are titanium but I learned later that they are only partially titanium & also stainless steel. SO MUCH WRONG with this company, their products, and how they conduct business.

If I could give them a negative I would. I was not happy with the product complained within the 14 day of delivery - I would of returned it. They would do that but offered a 30% refund that would be processed in 3-5 days. Well It's now almost a month now, with multiple emails and no credit. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY>

It's a scam! Not responding to emails. Subscriptions for £22 a month by default. Subscription for what exactly? They only have 7 products to offer on the website. When they offered to give a credit for the £22 they never did and just went AWOL. Extremely unprofessional and a huge scam! Absolutely disgusting and shameful! Do not buy anything from them.

This company only sent half my order and charged the full £54.00. They then took a subscription if £22 each month for which you receive nothing. The bank flagged it as fraudulent activity and it was stopped. An expensive error on my part. I am hoping to stop others from being scammed. Please do not use this company it is a scam and report them asap.

The company are criminals and steal money off your card a month after getting a cutting board.

Average cutting boards, but they automatically enroll you in a monthly subscription and it's nearly impossible to cancel. Not worth buying.

Board was fine. But they scam you into a membership for $30 a month in the fine print.

Totally dark and deceitful tactics. Do not purchase from these people. They automatically add a monthly subscription for god knows what (site doesn’t describe what the Pure Cut Collective actually is) but this “subscription” of what appears to be absolutely nothing will cost you £22 per month! Criminals.

This company sells you stainless steel cutting boards, but also adds a $29 "purecut collective" subscription that they charge you each month afterward. If you don't realize you've been charged until you've already seem billed, they don't refund you. I've been charged two months, and was unable to reach them by phone. There is no value to this "collective" as far as I can tell, so it definitely appears to be a scam...fraud.

they sent me the smaller size and was charged for the larger size as ordered. money was refunded then charged again. was signed up for a rip off subscription at $42. cdn a month for what looks like a newsletter and offers for new products and discounts. i did not authorize this so called, no charge subscription. they are very slow to reply to emails. i am fighting along with my credit card company to secure refunds and cancellation.

I should have checked the reviews here before I purchased this. I just noticed the subscription payment, I have asked for a refund back. This needs to be reported for deceiving marketing practice.

Absolute waste of money. Scratches easily, blunts knifes. Then they charge an ongoing monthly amount.

My product arrived, damaged. I complained and received a placatory response, since then nothing. Then without my authorisation my account was charged with a subscription fee of £23. Outrageous. I will block this Company and take the matter up with the Credit Card Company.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! They will set up automatic monthly subscription payments on your credit card and then deny that they are doing it. Additionally the cutting board is average and not worth buying anyway. Do not do business with this company

SECRET SUBSCRIPTION THAT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL!!!!!!

I would give this company no stars if that was possible. I was caught by their covert method of hooking customers into a monthly subscription of £22. They have now refunded the 4 subscription payments, after a a bit of toing and froing.
This is one of many negative reviews particularly re subscriptions.

Board rusted within 6 months. Customer service are appalling and refuse to offer a replacement despite their website advertising a one-year warranty. Absolute waste of £30. Should be shut down!

Total scam! $29/mo “membership” charge for a crappy cutting board? Total rip off!!!
