Terrible experience, the package was never opened and I wrote to give it back to them twice and they just never responded😞 on top of that the items seemed smashed to but in shipping... 0/10 must ban this fake Chinese company

Bought a roller sharpener which I have to say works exceptionally well on the first knife blade. However, during the sharpening process on the second knife Blade I noticed that the grinding material on the sharpening wheel was wearing off. On closer inspection it was obvious that the grinding material and its adhesive binder is of very poor quality.
I managed to finish the sharpening process on the second knife blade, but by the end, the sharpener was completely useless.
So having been only a week or so since I received the sharpener I figured that it would be a straight forward resolution by pure cut so I dropped them an email. I got a response reasonably quickly asking for photographs which I sent back to them straight away. That was nearly a month ago, and since then I have heard nothing in response to the three follow-up emails I have sent them. As I paid for it via my credit card, I will take the issue up with them to recover my money.

The product itself is a great idea and no doubt the high-quality alternatives available on the market should do a longer lasting job. However, PureCut should be avoided like the plague.

another victim of the “pure cut collective,” their subscription membership that they secretly sign you up for. cleverly named without any red flag words like membership or subscription so even if you do see their emails, it still flies under the radar. also, the first month is free! so when you check out, you pay an expected price for what you purchased and have no reason to be watching for new charges to come in the following month.

This company should be taken down. They advertise on social media and catch people in their trap. My credit card company was brilliant and I was refunded all the money (£130) that Pure Cut had taken from my account and they sent me a new credit card. THEN, Pure Cut managed to get my debit card number!!!! started taking money from my account again. I have contacted my bank and they say they have blocked Pure Cut. but we shall see what happens next month. They are unscrupulous.

They claimed to be pure titanium chopping boards. As previous writers have implied, they are too heavy.
And then I purchased three of their large boards , advertised as with a juice channel around the product. These may have existed in their adverts but did not with the goods I was delivered.

Pure Cut are just one of many examples of companies advertising on INSTAGRAM that cannot be trusted with your credit card.
Indeed INSTAGRAM SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED regarding the number of advertisers who essentially run dishonest companies.

Instagram is a good medium to use as a marketing tool, however those many companies that do market and sell honestly on Instagram should be putting pressure on Instagram to only allow outfits with integrity. Without this Instagram and the other companies lose their integrity.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CC #. I should have checked Trustpilot (didn't know about it) and BBB first. I ordered a set of 3 cutting boards 11/24/25 and paid for it all. (an inflated price, it costs half on Amazon I found out later). I fell for their heavy claims and advertising, which is FALSE. Anyway, they have kept charging me $29.99 EVERY MONTH ON THE 24TH SINCE THEN! Even when I started a dispute with our cc co., purecut kept charging for 2 months through June 2026. I finally asked our cc to block them. THEY DO NOT ANSWER CUSTOMER SERVICE INQUIRIES. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS. This is a scammy company probably from China. DO NOT give them your business. And as for their claims titanium does not dull knives - WrONG. I asked our cutco representive about it. She says they RUIN cutco knives, dull them, and if we use our cutco knives on titaium we have to send them to cutco at our own expense to be sharpened, instead of using her locally and free. A REALLY SCAMMY CO. I wasted so much time, energy and frustration trying to get their monthly payments stopped. Thank goodness for Chase!!

Wish I could give less than one star review as they don’t deserve one star, parcel not delivered and customer services not interested even when shown proof it was delivered to the wrong address, no communication at all and delivery company Evri are no better. Please do not buy anything from this company worst customer service I have ever experienced

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I am absolutely disgusted. I have apparently been paying a subscription for these chopping boards for the past several months without any notification or agreement. I never noticed it on my credit card before because I wasn't looking for it- WHY WOULD I??? Such disgusting piracy

Bought the chopping board and frying pan
Not pure titanium. The chopping board is way too thin and sharp and the frying pan is not non stick.
Always a chore to cook anything in.
Being charged £22.00 every month. Tried cancelling several times with no replies. Finally called my bank to stop payments but still noticed £22.00 taken after a few months.
Never again

Cutting board has scratches in it. Not titanium that's for sure. Getting charged a monthly fee and not receiving anything. Did not agree to a membership. Tried to email Purecut asking for a refund and there was no reply. Will have to cancel my card and get a new one. Stay away from Purecut!

"With every purchase, a complimentary trial subscription to our PureCut Collective is automatically included. This subscription is part of your product bundle and comes pre-activated with your order. After the trial period, the subscription renews monthly at $29.99."

The policy page ends with these words:
"There are no hidden fees — you’re always in control"
... ha, ha

Ordered a chopping board in Dec 2025. Since Jan 2026 I've been billed £23 each month. So far £69 stolen from my bank account. My bank refunded the April £23. I changed my bank card and still Purecut charge my account £23. My bank have flagged the payment as a fraud decline future payments.

No reply from Purecut over the monthly £23.

Total scam, do not buy.

Shady business practices designed to rip you off. A $29 discount club will be added to your purchase at check out. They can't rely on the quality of their products to make them money so they have to do it backhandedly at the expense of the longevity of their own business. I predict they will be out of business soon, there are other more trustworthy companies. Just say no and shop around.

DO NOT ORDER! I received my chopping boards and due to poor quality I actually cut myself when opening the package as the edges of the boards are not smoothed/rounded. A massive health and safety concern! They have ignored all my emails and when the finally replied they referenced a different person and case. Astonishing, this company should not be allowed to trade !

I reiterate other reviews. This company is unscrupulous. I purchased products & then noticed a £23 charge the following 2 months I contacted the company who were unhelpful & dismissive . Charge continues to come through however I disputed it with CC company who have disputed & refunded. Don’t consider using Pure cut

Company refuses to abandon fraudulent attempts to bill for fake membership BEWARE

Boards and mats. They are okay but scratch really easily and blunt your knives. Biggest negative is the subscription they added to each of my orders!!! I ordered three times and ended up with three subscriptions!! Would not recommend

Pure cut bored came, looks the good.
But after use with sharp knives scratches appeared quickly.

Biggest problem I have found was a hidden subscription of £23 per month.
No in the process of trying to cancel it now,
Missed the first 4 months.

Hopefully get this resolved.
