Don't bother ordering from this company. On first use of their chopping board, scratches from the knife blade appeared. In addition, they enrol you in some scheme called the "Pure Cut Collective" and what you don't realise is that it's a recurring monthly charge. I am currently trying to get it stopped, but looking at other comments, it's not going to be easy.

If I could do 0 stars I would. They sent the wrong product and then charged me for a subscription that I don’t want! Would never recommend purchasing from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They charged me for a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for and then only refunded me 40% of the charged amount. I requested a copy of the authorisation to take the subscription sum from my account and they have been unable to provide it (because I didn’t give it to them!) - taking money without authorisation is fraud and/or theft! This company should be shut down and prosecuted.

I purchased a cutting board from Pure Cut Co and later discovered I had been secretly enrolled in something called the “Pure Cut Collective.” What was advertised as a free trial was actually a hidden subscription that began charging my card monthly without clear disclosure or informed consent.

The subscription was not clearly explained at checkout, and any mention of it was buried in fine print. Since my purchase in June, I’ve been charged repeatedly for absolutely nothing — no additional products, no meaningful services, no benefits of any kind.

This feels like a classic dark-pattern scam: hide a subscription inside a one-time product purchase, hope customers don’t notice the charges, and bill them indefinitely. If you’re charging customers monthly, you should be providing something of value and clearly disclosing the terms. Pure Cut Co does neither.

I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to carefully check their bank statements afterward. I am currently disputing the charges and seeking a full refund.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company.

Pure scam. Buy an item, get back-door enrolled in a $29 monthly subscription to nothing. Tried to cancel, got refund on my credit card, but it keeps coming back. Canceling the card is the only resolution.

Not only did he helped me out with my kitchen and cutting board questions which board size best fits for this kitchen job et.
He also personally reached out to me in a few minutes after I sent in a 2nd email inquiry about my order status.

Cannot seem to cancel my surprise enrollment in their "club". Get a $29 charge every month, send cancellation request to customer service, dispute charge on my credit card and this occurs every month for 5 months. The product is subpar and now resides in my trash can. DO NOT do business with these rip offs.

Came across an ad for the titanium boards. Was impressed so I placed an order. It was delivered within a week. Was impressed with the quality. They’re smoother, way easier to clean, and noticeably lighter. I went for all 3 sizes and honestly use them every day now. Very satisfied with the boards!

Took a few days for the order to arrive. Customer service was helpful with the tracking. Well packaged and protected. The boards look very nice and no smell or residue when using. Absolutely delighted with this product

One of the best purchases i've ever made! Site was very easy to use. The titanium boards have so far lived up to their durability. Definitely worth every penny!

A fraudulent company not located in the United States. They sell you "cutting boards" and then continue to charge you a $29 fee thereafter until you notice it and cancel it. I have tried to cancel and hard to get a response other than a "bot" chat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Received two so-called "titanium" chopping boards that are just cheap stainless steel and one had a black stain on the corner. My husband is a chef and he just burst out laughing when he saw them. They scratch immediately and given how cheap they are, we don't want to use them in case they are toxic.
Then the "surprise" payment was taken out a month later from our Visa account ($52!!!) for a fake subscription scheme I NEVER agreed to. They won't answer my emails and their phone number is bogus. Total and utter scammers. I've had to cancel my Visa card to stop them stealing any more. Infuriating. They are nothing but thieves and they won't respond. I feel very stupid for not researching them first. AVOID. Makes me so angry that Facebook and other social media platforms allow these criminals to continue.

Products are not shipped locally - mine were shipped from Korea. Arrived damaged (damaged before being wrapped!) and replacement set being shipped from China.

Been a month since I ordered and still no usable boards.

To make matters worse tonight I’ve been charged £27 for a monthly “subscription” I allegedly signed up to. Utter rubbish.

Read all of these reviews and steer well clear of these fraudsters.

Be warned of the Pure Cut scam. I wish I had read these comments before. I purchased 3x boards in August, and was surprised to find a monthly subscription of £23 per month starting immediately - without my consent. After liaising with them they offered me a 40% refund. No thank you, where have I explicitly consented to this? I attached the screen shots from the purchase page, checkout page and the confirmation purchase email. It does not say anywhere that you are going to be added onto a subscription service. I asked them about this and they said “ The subscription is pre-activated with your order…” WTF. Thankfully after speaking to Barclays, they got the money back. Be warned, this company uses multiple variations of the name on your bank statements Purecut.co, SP Purecut, and more!!

TOTAL SCAM! Do not buy - there are plenty of other options. They sign you up for something without your knowledge and then charged me $41.00 CDN a month on my credit card. I have sent at least 12 emails and they do not respond.

Ordered multiple boards, they only sent me 1. They billed me for multiple months (my fault for not noticing) and didn't send anything. Multiple emails to resolve have gone unanswered.

Buyer beware!

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs they sign you up to a subscription without your knowledge. I would question if the chopping boards are titanium ?? Wish I had read the reviews first but the website looks so genuine.

Scam! They sign you up for subscription. A subscription to what, nothing!!

First ordered in June of 2025. My receipt shows a charge (0.00) for a "collective" membership. Beginning in October, they started charging me $29.00 w/o my knowledge for said "collective." Today, I noticed the November charge. No emails, no receipts whatsoever for these charges. BEWARE-- this is a big SCAM and I am hoping it can be settled through my bank. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO

First use, large slice into the board, went to the purecut site, 38% stainless steel, liars, not 100% Titanium, immediately tried to return the product, they offered me 30% cash back and keep the product, I accepted, where's the 30%, they don't answer the customer care line, buy a bamboo board, don't ruin your knife.
