I felt bloated the entire fast period. And in fact continue to feel bloated now at 4 days post-fast...not as bad as during but much more so than pre-fast! I felt no boost in energy or clarity during or after the fast. My weight is down a whopping 4lb, but my body fat is UP 1% & lean body mass DOWN just 1lb. It feels basically like I tortured myself for nothing!

The online ordering experience was easy and all my questions were answered. The package shipped and arrived quickly. Love the new organic version! Flavor profile and quality of the ready made soups are hands down a solid upgrade. I did however think more things were going to be upgraded.
Would love to see a new/different flavor/style L-bar throughout the days, since it is an every day item. Love the kale almond crackers. Never loved olives until these!! Choco crisp is a nice sweet treat!
This is the first fast I’ve ever done and I’m so happy with it. Have done it 3X. Look forward to maintaining the feeling with the subscription.
