Coaching Sessions are a Must.

It was great not having to think about what to eat, best of all, avoiding the temptation to go back to old habits for 5 days. Joining the coaching sessions make all the difference, that daily nudge, especially during the last few days kept me going.

Pea protein-based soups were not my favorite, so I chopped up my olives (another non-favorite) and put them into the soup along with any cracker crumbs from the packet. Tomato soup is my hands down favorite!

Taking a chance and investing in your health

I've done a few water fast before and let me tell you it was extremely hard to get through rewarding yes but hard to get through but the way they lay it out on their Advanced system and the fact that you get to do it for 5 days I even start eating food and liking things that I never liked it like it just woke up my palate so I'm grateful thankful to them and I'm looking to hopefully get some more money to invest in my health and I'd like to get on a regimen where I would do multiple rounds of these every year if not multiples month after month after month thank you guys you really made an impact on my life

I wanted to let the company know that I enjoyed the product. Unfortunately, soon after I got the second batch of products I ended up needing open-heart surgery. Unfortunately, I could not receive the next shipment because the doctor has me on a special diet. So when I saw that my subscription was ready I wrote in and had great emails conversation with Manella. She was so professional and kind and understanding and I really need that right now. When I feel better and I get the doctors OK I'll reach out again. My functional nutritionist recommended this for me. Thank you for the product and thank you for having Manella on your team.

This is my second time doing the Fasting Mimicking Diet and both times have been a great experience. Each day's food is in a separate box with suggestions on how to divide up each meal, but also lets you choose what and when to eat out of each days box. Signing up for the health coaching is a great help to educate and motivate you each day. When you have an issue, there response time and help is 2nd to none. The help transitioning back to a regular diet with some recipes is very helpful.

Site is difficult to navigate. It is frustrating when ordering one kit, the algorithm puts the request in as an auto renewal.

Love all the support

Love all the support. Coaching sessions are great. Appreciate the FB group. Emails responses are prompt.

I've done 6 rounds in the last 13 months. I received a confirmation of the coaching session for the first round but not any of the others. I had to send an email request for the link

good principle bad management

So
why exactly am I receiving the fasting bars that I took out from re-order (basically last shipment went unused) and I do not get the fasting shake that was not delivered last time?
