One of the goals behind Prolon was to create a fasting experience that is structured and accessible while helping address some of the challenges often associated with prolonged water fasting, such as adherence, dehydration, muscle loss, nutrient deficiencies, and other potential side effects.

We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the soups and bars. Taste preferences are highly personal, and feedback like yours is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve our products and explore future innovations. In fact, many of our newer products and flavors have been developed in response to customer feedback over the years.

The foods included in Prolon are carefully formulated to provide a specific combination of nutrients that help nourish the body while maintaining a fasting-mimicking state.
