Scam artists. You pay money, they don't deliver. They don't answer emails. They are based in Glenrothes, Scotland. It may well be a front for money laundering. I have raised a case with PayPal. That takes 3 weeks to resolve, at which point I know PayPal will refund my money.
However, the company have the money, so in the 1 month they have had my money, and countless others, they will be earning interest on it. Perhaps a tiny amount per purchase, but, it all adds up.
Avoid these cowboys/criminals.
I have urged PayPal to investigate and have forwarded all my dealings with them to Trading Standards and Police Scotland.

Would like to return the ink I bought, no customer service, no phone number to contact them

Abominable. Only received part of order. No customer service. Can't get through to them. AVOID.

I ordered and received a set of printer inks for my Epson WF-7830 printer. As soon as these were installed my printer informed me that they were 'non-genuine' cartridges and has refused to use them at all. Very dissatisfied needless to say.

I didn't know companies like this existed. They obviously work on high turnover and no customer service . I tried to change incorrect toner cartridge twice they don't respond to emails even a written the letter to their headquarters gets no response. They simply don't care

No response from customer support to resolve the issue I had with one of the laser jet cartridges.
I had to buy another cartridge from another company to get my printer working properly.
Do not use this company if you expect reasonable after sales support, because you will not get any.

After many satisfactory orders, I had one that went astray. Like others I had no reply to emails or response from their chatline and was about to invoke credit card recharge when I thought to contact them through their facebook page. This brought an immediate response and within days I got my order with a small extra 'for the inconvenience'. I have no idea why they fail to reply to mails etc but their response when I did get a proper person was all I could wish for. They tell me they are acting on this and I hope it works because their products and prices are excellent. I shall continue with them.

They mixed up addresses and sent us someone else's cartridges. Then no response to emails asking them to put it right.

After ordering/paying, I received ink - but not the cartridges I ordered. I've tried several times to contact them to have this corrected but they don't respond.

The ink never arrived and although I emailed them and used their chat feature, I didn’t even get a response

Takes your money then sends nothing.
They issued a R M tracking number said it was on the way but R M had no knowledge.
Caused serious inconvenience..

Do not use them! I have been scammed twice now, both times using PayPal. They don’t answer customer emails! There’s no way of resolving any issues with any orders because of this. Avoid!!

Use Paypal if you really must order from them.

Bought £50 worth of ink on the 21st of February that said it was compatible with my printer. When it arrived, it was completely the wrong thing. I've tried to contact them continuously since this and have had no reply.

If you really must use them then pay through paypal since its easier to make a claim if the wrong thing turns up/you never get your item, but honestly you should probably just buy your ink elsewhere.

Ordered on 27th Feb, chased order 3 times, no response from company, now 9th March, DO NOT PURCHASE FRON THIS WEBSITE

You have been warned by many negative reviews for this company not honouring your purchase.
They never respond to emails and do not provide phone contact.
But if you have ignored this advice and ordered products anyway but never received it get your money back from your credit card provider.
This company should not be allowed to trade.

Placed an order in January 2023, ink not delivered till now. Sent several follow up emails which were all ignored. Tried Chat no one responds. Appalling customer service

Disappointing service, initially for sales all was fine, very easy ordering process, cartridges arrived next day but since then there have been issues.

Order a pack of cartridges for the Brother L8260CDW Printer but the Magenta one doesn't work, the printer says it still needs replacing even though it is brand new out the packet. Tried lots of troubleshooting but no good, have tried to contact the company on four occasions since, twice on email and twice on chat but am getting absolutely no response, doesn't seem to be a phone number to contact them by, pretty poor service all round and now currently unable to print which is pretty annoying. Doesn't seem to be a process for returning faulty products and receiving a replacement, certainly in a timely manner anyway as it's now been 3 days without any acknowledgement or response.

This company doesn't answer emails I bought my cartridges for two different printers they give me all the cartridges for one printer when I emailed them they ignored my emails. Lucky enough I bought through PayPal. PayPal refunded me half of the money because they only got half of the order right avoid this company at all costs cowboys cowboys. 😡
