Good at getting your item to you, BUT if it’s the wrong item you are done for. They only act on sales and do not care for returns. Best avoid. Now have to go through the headache of claiming through my credit card. If a company does not offer PayPal best to avoid

I ordered an ink cartridge on 3 Feb. Have not received it and had no reply to any of my messages. No phone number available so can only contact on Chat Line which they don't respond to and email again no response. I have also contacted my credit card company who will now start a case against them as the payment has been taken. Obviously if i received my item it will be stopped. Truly I'd rather just get my money back.

I ordered the 3rd of February.
Not only that I did not receive the order when I chased the order I do not even receive any response.

I am really shocked how this company exists.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
The ink cartridge does not work. There is no way to contact them as they do not reply to emails. There is no way to recover the cost of the cartridge.
This company should not be allowed to trade

Placed an order with this company, received nothing and got no reply to my email so beware of doing business with these people it appears to be a scam,

Ordered 12/12/22 and still not arrived emailed twice with no response to either email. Can only assume this company is a total scam. Avoid.

Ordered printer cartridge on 28 Dec 2022 and still waiting for fulfilment on 21 Jan 2023. Have emailed them several times and also used their website chat facility but like many others have had no response at all to my messages and of course they do no provide a contact telephone number. Like many others I have concluded that this company must be running a scam and so will be seeking a refund via my credit card company. I reported this apparent scam by PrinterInkDirect to consumeradvice.scot as per the advice on Glasgow Trading Standards website only for them to inform me that they are 'unable to provide assistance to anyone residing outside of Scotland' - disappointing that this organisation seems to discriminate against consumers based on their location rather than investigate a Scottish company that appears to be ripping consumers off!

Do not buy from this company. My package was misdirected by post office which means I need to claim back from seller. Have emailed and messaged multiple times for days. No response. £45 wasted. Judging by the other reviews I am not alone. Will try to find way to report them

After buying inks and paper, I read reviews on here and was really worried about whether my items would arrive. However, there was no need to be!
I got email confirmation of my order immediately, I got 10% off and free next day delivery, and my order arrived on my doorstep just 20 hours after ordering!
All items are as described, and the inks work absolutely fine in my printer.

Purchased £100 worth of toner, should be delivered within a week - nothing arrived!
no telephone or email, just a contact form, so I filled it in, and got no response!
Now going through Credit card customer protection to get a re-fund :-(

I bought a set of ink cartridges the product code matched the one I needed, however when I received them it was not compatible. So as per the website instructions to email them (there is no other method of contact) for processing a return within 14 days. I have written 3 times to them but still no response almost 1 month later.

Wish i'd read the reviews, I had ordered and paid for x2 sets of cartridges, only one set turned up, have sent them x4 emails and they do not reply, they also DO NOT have a contact phone number. Also I dont know if they are comatible with my printer as it states a different list of compatible printers on the cartridges, to what I have, I am now going to contact citizen advice and trading standards. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

I would of given zero starts if I was allowed too. Wished i had read reviews before buying, shocking company. Bought 2 lots of ink for my Epson xp3100 printer. Ink came and printer wouldn't recognise cartridges. Emailed printerinkdirect 5 times about it and no reply. So if anyone is reading this please get tou ink from another firm as this company is bloody useless.

Awful company. Order still not arrived over 3 weeks after paying and they won’t respond to emails. Waste of time and money

After ordering ink from this company, as soon as I ordered it, I realised that I I had made an error so I asked them to cancel the order. I have emailed them numerous times. I also logged into their online chat but when I told them that I needed to cancel the order, they ignored me.
This is not good business practice and I will take my business somewhere else where I can get peace of mind with a more reliable company.
Update - Printerinkdirect refused to issue me a refund, but thankfully, I had paid via Paypal. When I contacted Paypal to tell them what happened, Paypal contacted Printerinkdirect and they refused to answer Paypal too. Paypal refunded my payment. If I had paid with a debit card, they would have taken my money and I would have found it very difficult to get anything back. Please don't be a victim of this company.

Lack of communication is the achilles heel for this company. I ordered on 10th Dec, but goods had not arrived in advertised 1-3 working day timescale although this did have a proviso of "not guaranteed". Chaser email went unanswered and I began to get a bit jittery, especially after I found a host of poor online comments. A message via their Facebook page did result in contact and the cartridges I ordered eventually arrived after a 10-day wait. My email request for a VAT invoice for the cartridges has so far also fallen on deaf ears.

I can't criticise the product as the cartridges are as good as other compatible "non-manufacturer" ones I have used from other companies in the past.

I wish I had read the reviews, this's exactly what happened to me. I paid £18.49 for a set of catridges and nothing was delivered. They don't respond to emails then sent a msg asking how certisfied I was. Real scum

Bought two cartridges for my printer which didn't fit. Contacted them twice by email and they didn't respond. I would recommend anyone thinking of using this company to look elsewhere, they are very poor.

Same as everybody else.
