Awful experience
Awful experience. Never received the inks I ordered and numerous emails later, I've heard nothing. My email client even popped up a message to say the latest one had been read. Shows how much they care. Give this company a VERY wide berth. Like others have said, wish there was a zero star rating.

Ordered and paid for ink on17th October 23. No ink arrived and cannot get a response from the company except an AI generated email saying they were dealing with my order.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Awful company. Didn’t received what I ordered and the hassle I had with the customer service team. Told to return items at my cost. Apparently items have same number…not my problem. Now told to go to Post Office and tell them that I had the wrong items delivered. As if the Post Office is going to just take the parcel from me without a pre-paid label. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Are they still trading?
I really wonder if this company is still trading??? One of their compatible cartridges wasn't detected by my printer so I emailed them on 21st Aug to get a replacement as I have done before with other companies. I did get an automatic reply saying their guy was on leave. I emailed again on 31st Aug, then on 8th and 18th Sept - no response...
Trustpilot - good luck with notifying them!

Could Not Fault
Very quick delivery. 604 Cartridges worked perfectly in my Epson printer. Saved £13 pounds on new one's. Very Pleased. I will certainly use again.

They sent me the wrong ink cartridges , not type for my printer . I emailed them 10 times with no response, total waste of time and money , cowboys !!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!! You have been warned

Excellent customer service
I ordered some ink cartridges on Sunday and realised straight away that I had ordered the wrong ones. I immediately sent a message via the online chat. I also sent one by email. On Tuesday I received an email stating that they could see I had messaged on Sunday and because they had not picked my message up in time (my original order was already on route) they would send out the correct ones immediately. I received both orders on Wednesday, with no extra charge! The ink cartridges work perfectly and I am very impressed with the customer service. I would definitely buy from them again!

Received a replacement cartridge with the same number as my original. The cartridge fitted physically
but gave an error message "cartridge not compatible".
