I seem to be the latest person to be scammed by these charlatans.
Black ink doesn't work, sent numerous emails and messages over the previous few weeks, I am still waiting for a reply.
Time to contact trading standards

I needed a toner asap due to printing some important documents, I am very pleased with the quality of product and efficiency of delivery. Highly recommend!!!

Replacement inks was not compatible after several emails started on the 6th of december 2023 i am still waiting for replacements now feb 14th 2024 very bad customer service.I wish had read the reviews first before placing an order.
Do not buy from this company their inks are not compatible and you will not get a refund.

Ink didn't work so emailed 15 times with no response. Sent the ink back to their address with a request for refund and nothing, so going to trading standards.

Do not buy from this company I have wasted just over £20 on ink cartridges for my printer and they do not work and no one replies to my messages for a refund . I might as well had flushed my £20 down the loo !!! Terrible terrible 😢 how they still being able to do this to people is just terrible .

I installed the Ink Cartridges as per instructions but my Epson XP-3205 will not recognise them and keeps telling me to replace the Ink Cartridges despite trying to go through the installation process several times. It seems to me, like many other customers, I am not at all happy with my purchase. Given them one star for prompt delivery and written off the cost to a bad experience as there seem no hope of getting a refund!
I should have read the reviews first.

Ink cartridges don’t work despite stating ‘guaranteed to work’ on the item description. I paid for upgraded delivery as I needed them urgently so to find that they didn’t work was incredibly disappointing.
I’ve sent emails to the company and tried to contact them on social media, with no response.
I’ve now opened a dispute with the bank as this is a fraudulent company.
I hope others will take this on board and decide not to order anything from Printer Ink Direct!

I ordererd cartridges in December. After a week I asked where they were. They replied they were out of stock. Over the next 4 weeks I wrote 4 e mails asking for a refund, none of which received a reply. I escalated my complaint to Paypal and only then did Printerinkdirect send my cartridges. Would not deal with this company again

I bought two different ink packs for two different printers, neither worked and I got no response from printerinkdirect when I contracted them on their website chat link and email. Customer service is non existent.

Had an issue with an order (incorrect company details listed), had emailed them immediately after the order was placed to update the details. 3 days later still no response. Called them to advise how to proceed and they said it is now too late as the order has been shipped even though I emailed them right away. All 'Sandra' can say with little interest is 'sorry, nothing can be done, too late'. When asked to speak to accounts, she just said there is no one else to speak to, she is the only one there. Stay away from ordering from this company. Wished I read the reviews here before placing my order. Complete incompetence.

Don't trust this company.

The lack of contact phone number is the first warning. They may be cheap but you certainly get what you pay for. Ordered two cartridges and both don't work when inserted into my printer. Tried the chat line but no reply. Tried the email contact form but no reply.
Don't know what else to do accept keep trying and write reviews like this to see if they have any concept whatsoever of customer service.
Just in the hope they actually look at things like this, my Ref is 1077585.

At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. This company seems to me more like a criminal operation than an actual company.
I paid for 2 sets of coloured ink cartridges but they must've 'accidentally' sent me the ones containing invisible ink because when you print anything out the page comes out blank. Maybe I am supposed to hold the page over a heat source to make the writing/image appear.
Open your window and throw some money into the street instead of buying anything from these thieves, it will amount to the same thing!

Well having had problems trying to contact Printerinkdirect about an overdue order and reading all the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to get a very polite apologetic reply to my email and my order has now been fulfilled. Many thanks, PrinterinkDirect!

We are previously satisfied customers of this company.
However, this order was confirmed by email and reported the dispatch through DPD within hours, but nothing came.
The tracking number given related to another customer of DPD and was dated March 2023. I contacted DPD who confirmed they had no record of a delivery to our address around the dates given and the Tracking number was nothing to do with our order.
Repeated chat messaging and numerous emails remain unanswered. I am now trying to recover the payment through my bank.
This company has a very slick website but may have changed hands and be a dishonest enterprise now. Avoid trading with them.

Wrong incompatible cartridges.
Emailed straight away to ask how to return and receive a refund but no communication. 😖

Like others I found what turned up was not what I expected and I could not use the cartridges. I immediately contacted the company for a return/refund but I had one excuse and then finally a claim they had sent be a second set of things I don't want.

Order taken but deliver date was not confirmed and order appears to be processed 1 week later. over a week and goods still not arrived.
No communication from shop even though contacted multiple times

Extremely Poor Customer Service.
I ordered some cartridges on Friday, realised straight away that I had ordered the wrong ones and cancelled it within five minutes of placing it via email and the site messaging service. On Monday I receive a message from DPD that they are going to deliver it!!
Delivery will be refused and I will never buy from this company again. AVOID

Don't let the price of their products convince you to buy from this site... No phone number to chase your order, no replies from emails. Your left in the dark and when you pay for Next Day Delivery it comes 15 days late. If you do make a purchase (by mistake I hope), quickly contact your bank and request for the payment be reversed!
