After waiting nearly 10 days for my order I contacted the company & they responded within 48 hours.They apologised & resent the products which arrived within 3 days

After receiving my cartridge I realised that that cartridge cannot working on my printer. I've been complaining few times about this by email but i did not receive any answer.
Suddenly PrinterInkdirect send me an email saying, that they would refund my money back. And yes after few days i received my money.
In fact they didn't see my emails because they all went to the spam.😵‍💫

Product didn’t work, to be honest if I could give a minus rating, I would and it would be -1000. Reason for this it as I mentioned the cartridge didn’t work. Prinerink Direct customer service support is non existent. I have tried messaging them from there website no reply, I’ve also emailed their support by their email address yet again no reply. I have also called the number on their web page, astonishingly the company that owns the building and rent the office space to them hasn’t heard from them for six months. They are owed money too. This company are scammers and need to be taken to court and shut down. Do not order anything from these as they are a crap company and even worst customer service care.
Don’t use under any circumstances corrupt, fraudulent and are scammers. Also their payment address comes up on residentially address in Dundee.

I would give zero if I could.. they sent the wrong ink cartridges, I wasted 2 before finding out they wouldn’t work. Sent emails and message via web page no reply at all. Bunch of crooks, I am reporting them to trading standards

Two weeks later and I the product (toner) has not been dispatched, and I've received zero communication since paying for the toner. I have attempted to contact the company by email multiple times and still nothing. This is when it clearly states same day dispatch before 4pm and 1-3 days delivery. I can only assume this is a dodgy company and will now have to escalate thew situation with my bank.

Awful service non responsive to emails or chat sends items to incorrect address avoid this terrible company.

The ink I ordered was very cheap, almost impossibly so. It took quite a few tries to get the printer reading the ink and printing, but now that it is, it's flawless. Ink was also packaged beautifully and arrived very quickly.

Some people just expect a taxi ride at the price of a bus fare.

I ordered the wrong cartridge and informed them immediately. Though they sent the cartridge they did also issue me full refund including delivery as soon as they realise the error. I am very pleased with their service

I ordered the wrong cartridges and they were replaced at no extra cost.

I might have a had a little trouble contacting someone but the issue was soon resolved once I did.

The replacements arrived this morning.

I can still recommend their service :)

I had a problem with delivery being on time ( not their problem the delivery company but still an issue for me) and I received a personal service that sorted the problem immediately - very impressed.

Placed order on a none working day with the promise of a free 1-3 day delivery, the tracking shown as item was dispatched but nothing else, day 4 came and I advised them and requested an update, in good style Martin replied and apologised stating that parcel was lost in a sorting office at our end of the delivery ( my view beyond their control) without any questions a replacement order sent on a 48 hr tracked delivery and it duly arrived and in good order Thank you

Accidentally ordered the wrong cartridge messaged them and no reply only wanted to exchange for the correct cartridge but no reply not a really good company if they can’t even reply to there customers, won’t be shopping with them again!

After some issues trying to contact someone, I received a very helpful reply and they replaced my cartridges for the correct ones. Even though it MAY have been my fault for selecting the wrong printer type, not certain either way. No issues and certainly the best price.

I'd give no stars if I could.
Appalling customer service. I returned printer cartridges that weren't compatible, and was assured a refund. So far it's been two weeks, lots of promises to apply the credit to my account, and no action or follow up.
Don't buy from them. Appalling.

problem with ink and nobody responds i will give a poor score everywhere i can so that others don't have the same problem

Great product, great price and speedy customer care back-up. Also you can just buy the colour cartridges if you already have enough black ones...

Emailed 3 times for a VAT invoice for the purchase but didn't get a single reply. Disappointed customer service.
