We received the wrong colour cartridges and I must admit I thought 'you get what you pay for' BUT I was so far from right - No hassle at all Martin organized the correct ones to be posted and even added a couple extra, all done in a timely manner - They are now my go to company !

Placed an order last week but apart from an acknowledgement of the order NOTHING has transpired.
E-mailed customer service but no response so reclaimed by payment and ordered from the cartridge people who have always come up trumps.
AVOID THIS COMPANY OR US AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

I bought a set of compatible cartridges for my Epson printer and was supplied an ‘inkrite’ product . They are rubbish quality and not capable of reproducing colours. I needed them for business use, logos etc and the quality is awful. I tried on two occasions to contact the company through the only available means email and received no reply on both occasions.
My advice, don’t bother with this company they don’t seem bothered with customers.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. No dispatch. Then recieved an email saying I had cancelled the order (which I didnt) and that they haven't refunded my money (what?!?!?)
Emailed them to find out what's going on and no reply.

Service is beyond poor, this company is just an outright scam. Non existent customer service and I haven't received as much as a delivery update. I'm out of pocket and still without my order! AVOID

Waste of time. They are really good at selling the ink to you but when there is an issue they avoid you.

They have sent two inks to me that do not work at all. When I used my old ink from HP it starts working. Clearly there is something wrong with their inks.

When i tried to discuss this issue with them, they are not responding at all. Please avoid this company at all cost. Wasted £80. They also control their reviews that goes out on their website.

The cartridges fitted & were accepted by my Brother printer.

PrinterInkDirect were very quick to dispatch my purchase - Order No 1093137, they both advertised and offered great value too, however, when I asked to return these cartridges unused, I had to send over 10 emails to the sales/returns department before eventually & gratefully, receiving a returns label from Martin, Support Manager at PrinterInkDirect Enterprise Hub Fife, First Floor, 1 Falkland Gate Glenrothes, KY7 5NS on 20/8/24.

These cartridges were posted back to their address immediately but no communication in regard to them receiving my returned items, or any status/update of my refund from them was organised or received.

Unfortunately on 5/9/24, I had to spend more time by contacting Paypal resolution team & have now, at last, received a case refund, almost 1 month after returning the cartridges.

Customer service managers at this business appear to require some training & development themselves, to help them understand the importance of & on how to ensure that their team provide a better, more seamless, customer experience, from the beginning thru to the end of the customer journey, before their team, somewhat ignorantly, send an email to the customer requesting that they will hopefully provide good feedback/review -

"When you get a second, can you please leave us a review at the following link? Helps us out greatly."

This could have so easily, been a great 5 star customer review for PrinterInkDirect from me, but on this occasion, I felt unappreciated, undervalued and would therefor not recommend or return to this business going forward.

A day without learning, is a day lost.

Won't rate them at all.Have sent numerouse messages about 2 cartridges l havepaid alot money for and have not come.They no phone no and they have nit got back Bad service. Dont order

Inks don't work they either print faintly or say not recognised, even ones that print faintly 5 mins later say not recognised complete waste of money

Avoid this unprofessional outfit! Zero customer service! No response from either online chat or email and no telephone call number for a query on my order. I got my refund by credit card charge back.

Awful customer service and ink cartridges doesn’t work for HP office jet pro 8024e

I needed some replacement ink cartridges for my printer unfortunately when they arrived they did not fit. I then emailed Printerink direct and explained the problem. They quickly responded and sent out a new set of cartridges which are now installed and working well !

I purchased ink cartridges a few months ago. My printer broke which meant the cartridges would not fit my new printer, I contacted the company and they kindly replaced them and I paid the difference. Excellent service received them within a few days. I've purchased several times, always excellent service. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service. I placed an order for the incorrect cartridges, sent them an email and the problem was resolved in minutes. First time of using the Company but will now definitely continue to do so. I would recommend highly.

This is the second time in about 4 years that one of the ink cartridges did not work and both times they reply to my emails in less than 24 hours and send a replacement free of charge. That is what I call customer service and I will continue to cary on using them.
