I wish it was possible to leave no stars at all. This business is a complete waste of time & space.
I ordered and paid for a set of toners on 8/4/25, & had an auto-email that a label had been generated & the goods being prepared; but after a week, I had to buy elsewhere to be able to continue to use my printer so chased them.
NO ANSWER, CAME THE STERN REPLY.
Further emailed them - again ignored, & thankfully PayPal had my back - they were ignored as well - so I was refunded by them on 28/7/25. SO grateful I used PayPal.
As I said - AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid. As per others’ reviews I paid for next day as needed urgently. They sent with RM 48 hour. Have emailed twice for refund - no response. Clearly not a real business, reporting to trading standards.

Ordered a printer cartridge and didn't look at the feedback if i did might have gone elsewhere, on ordering received a email and dispatch number few days later received a well packaged toner cartridge via parcel force.

Will use again

Ordered replacement cartridges from here as their prices were extremely reasonable. These were for a Cannon PIXMA MG6650, but the ones sent were incompatible. I contacted them for an exchange and heard absolutely nothing back. Tried again and still no response. I should have checked the reviews here first. Don't buy from them.

One terrible company!

Ordered and no reply for about 2 weeks and even after that item was still not fulfilled.

Just want my money back and won’t shop here again and avoid this company at all costs

This PrinterInkDirect is a scammer company! Paid extra for next day delivery but there’s actually not existing next day delivery, no customer service response either! Had to emailed three times and the final attempt with URGENT URGENT only then get a super slow and a rude response! Avoid buying here! Go elsewhere! Their website has no clear information about delivery either! Wish I had found out sooner only two star on trustpilot I’m not surprised ! This looks like a one man band scammer company! Avoid avoid!

Ordered many times. Not had any issues. Fast delivery, good prices.

Purchased some inks for my Canon printer, ordered for slow delivery as I did not want to courier got the toners sent to me next day, great service and toners work for a perfect print.

WIll be buying once again when I need to order more.

Ordered inks and paper which were delivered 5/3/25.
Unfortunately the order was incorrect - one incorrect ink supplied. Emailed to ask for a correction by saying I would order some 4x6 paper if it could include the missing ink in the order, Emailed 4 times. No reply until today when the issue was dealt with very advantageously. Thankyou,well done

Ink sent was not compatible with my printer despite coming up in their search as doing so for my printer, no reply to return request

Ordered from these guys a few times now, no issues. Fast delivery, items as described, great customer service.

The ink cartridge was a repeat order so we knew we had the correct cartridge,however the cartridge didn’t register in the printer .l contacted customer support three times each time they requested order date number etc but each time l was emailed to say that my complaint had timed out,each time l received the same message asking for the same details then allowing it to time out ,customer service is nil and don’t do anything to sort out the problem just let the complaint time out repeatedly.

1. I placed an order for printer cartridges at 11.41am on 26 Dec 2024. At 8.11pm same day 26 Dec 2024, I emailed customer support asking them to cancel my order because of a problem with my printer which meant I could no longer use the cartridges.
2. On 27 Dec 2024 at 10.41am, I get an email that the shipment has been dispatched.
3. On the same day 27 Dec 2024, at 2.56pm, I received an email from the support manager, Martin, saying that the shipment was sent out due to an automated process, and he asked if he should send me a return label so I can send it back. I responded at 3.23pm asking for the return label.
4. On 30 Dec 2024, I emailed again, advising that I have received the delivery and that I need the return label so I can send it back. NO response. I emailed again on 2nd Jan 2025 asking for the return label, but they didn't respond. I have again emailed them today.

I'm very unhappy with this company.

I've used PrinterInkDirect a couple of times. Support was quick to respond when I had a problem to be sorted in my order.

Despite a wrong toner being sent, the company had responded promptly and delivered a correct replacement.

I have been impressed by the fact that, originally ordered the wrong ink, I soon realised this, and sent
an email saying what the correct ink was. They replied
saying they would send the new ink.

Have used these inks for sometime now and always found they work (Epson try and make it difficult though).
Prompt deliver and good price.
