Like many reviews have said, I didn't receive any further updates after the initial confirmation email. I decided to email them asking for an update and the following day (yesterday) I received an email from Royal Mail with an update, I received the ink cartridges today and they all came correctly.

And they are lucky to get 1 star. Nil would be better. No contact, no reply, no news, NO ink cartridges.
Use elsewhere.

Avoid this scam at all costs. After my inks didn't arrive in the advertised time frame, and after days emailing their customer service with no response I managed to make contact on Facebook messenger. After being guaranteed a refund the company representative proceeded to block me. I then received an email saying I would not receive a refund or inks. On attempting to resond to this I'd discovered that they'd blocked my email too.

Ordered a multi pack of printer ink which was not received. They do not return emails, the chat box on the website doesn't reply and there is no phone number.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!

Honestly I wish I read the reviews before ordered and never received item. Complete scammers thankfully my bank has refunded me but these scammers need to be reported

1-3 days delivery. !!!! A complete Lie.
2 weeks in and still no goods. Have emailed 3 times and no replies. They are uncontactable..

This order was not delivered. No replies to emails, no offer of a refund. Suspect 5 star reviews are false.

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent orders placed on June 26, which has not yet arrived. order numbers 10104559 and 10104560 Today is July 3, and despite my numerous attempts to reach out via email, I have not received any updates or responses. As I have been a loyal customer for several years, this situation is quite disappointing. Unfortunately, due to the delay and lack of communication, I will be compelled to cancel my order and seek an alternative supplier, as I am currently out of ink. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and any assistance you can provide regarding the cancellation process

Ordered three sets of printer ink. Only one delivered (and only one mentioned on the delivery note). No response to emails. No contact number. Feels like a scam site.

Ink ordered on 09.06.25 - 2-3 days delivery-ink never arrived-no response to several emails-impossible to phone-this company is a scam avoid at all costs.

I placed an order for a toner cartridge on the 31-5-25 with an expected delivery of 1-3 day. To date I have received nothing. Neither the toner or a response to my numerous emails looking for an update.
This looks like a scam website, setup to defraud people. Avoid it at all costs.

An update to this.
I finally received an email from them, blaming DPD
for losing the package
"Upon reviewing our system, I found that the original order was dispatched on Monday, June 2nd, via DPD. Due to the extended delivery time, we escalated the issue and contacted the York sorting depot. It was determined that the package had unfortunately been lost, as the tracking information was inconclusive."

Given that your website uses the 'Shop' app as a way of tracking deliveries and no tracking information has ever shown up in it, I find this totally unbelievable.

They also claimed
"To rectify this, my manager has arranged for a replacement toner to be sent to your address via Parcelforce, and it should arrive tomorrow. " Unsurprisingly, nothing has arrived. I'm sure if I receive a response from them they'll scapegoat Parcelforce.

My original advice stands 'Avoid them at all costs.

Chased for a week after placing the order to find out more about delivery (supposedly 1-3 days).
No response to email
No response to web contact form
No response to Web Chat
Paypal refunded the payment

Ordered cartridges. They were not despatched. No response was received. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal!

AWFUL. Please consider others. Purchased 4 packs in Oct and started using after previous cartridges finally ran out.

Ink cartridges eithe not recognised at all or work for 2-3 pages and then fail. Absolute waste of money.

No response to emails on asking for resolution or support.

scammers, wasted 30 pound received nothing

I put my order in 11 days ago,once I got confirmation of my order and I’ll receive 1-3 working days.
I still haven’t received my order and not responding to my email and there online form aswell.
Customers service very poor and wouldn’t recommend them.
