No delivery, no response do not use them.

ordered ink on 18th Jan - there is a note on their website saying that they would not be sending out orders until 2nd Feb due to a bereavement, so I was prepared to wait but no goods delivered and no response to emails or online chat. I had ordered goods from them in the past and always happy with their service, so I'm sorry to see that they are letting customers down and taking money on false pretences

I purchased ink sets on 26 Jan. Still waiting my delivery. Today is the 14th day. Sending emails but no answer given. No phone number on their websites. I dont know what to do.

Paid the money didn't receive the goods, they won't answer any of my emails, I now have to apply to my bank to try and get the money back, please don't fall into the same trap as I did.

Ordered a laser printer toner and paid. Three weeks later I have no toner and no response from the vendor. Total scam. Maybe that is the reason the prices are so low. Avoid at any cost

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. I ordered on the 29th December and am still waiting for it to arrive on the 19th January. My order changed from processing to fulfilled last week but still nothing. I have emailed and tried to use the chat on the website but no response. Avoid at all costs

Absolute rubbish - avoid.
Ordered printer drum on next day delivery. Next day nothing. Emailed on the link, emailed bounced back. Contacted via chat and contact form absolutely nothing.
Go elsewhere

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a cartridge from PrinterInkDirect at the start of November. They took payment but never dispatched my order. It is impossible to contact this company - they have no phone number, their email address does not work and they do not reply to messages through their website. I ended up having to do a chargeback through my bank. Money refunded, but not until it had been sitting in PrinterInkDirect's bank account for over a month.

I ordered Cannon Ink cartridges online, paid, and heard nothing at all, there is no Phone No, and No answer to messages, I just feel like they are a CON Company, I just don’t know what to do next, in this day and age if firms get bad results like this then they should not be allowed to advertise on the likes of Google, David A.

I ordered ink several months ago and I never received it. I have tried to contact them by email but they don't respond.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong ink. I immediately contacted them by their Chat line which did not work. I then emailed them to cancel or change the order. Their email address did not work. I waited a long time for my inks to be delivered. In the meantime, I had to order ink from elsewhere. I tried to arrange a return and refund but the email address their website gave did not work.

My order took 2 weeks to arrive - No good if you've run out of one of the colours! - I tried contacting them to find out where my order was but everytime my email was bounced back as "mail delivery failed". When the order arrived the Magenta cartidge was not recognised by the printer so is unusable, again tried to contact them and my email was bounced back.
This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with for customer service. Word of advice go elsewhere - I brought another set from Amazon and not only did they arrive the next day they worked and were half the price of Printer ink Direct - AVOID THIS COMPANY

This company took my money but my order never arrived. I tried to contact them using the contact email address on their site but this bounced back saying email address doesn’t exist. Luckily my bank refunded me. Be aware this is a scam and the website should be removed to prevent others being scammed.

I placed an order on 1st Oct and paid in full and to date have not received. An email sent to salesatprinterinkdirect(dot)com bounced back with Address not found. The website is still active. However, any attempt to contact them about my order failed.

still haven't received my delivery, contact email doesn't work - and no reply from the contact I managed to find in the end to complain about this.

The last time I tried to order from here, they were out of stock. Tried again a year later, paid and waited and waited, emails returned. Applied to the bank as a scam refund and was shocked when it arrived. But by this time I had ordered a replacement from Amazon at half the price.
Customer service is the worst and it will cost you twice as much as other places.
Get your replacements from Amazon.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered 2 weeks ago on a 1-3 day delivery. I still have no toner, and no confirmation it’s been shipped. Emails bounce back undeliverable, and their phone number doesn’t connect. I’ve raised a chargeback request with my bank and assume they’ve gone out of business.

Ordered multi cartridge for my Brother DCP9055-CDN

They sent 3 cartridges but no toner (black) cartridge so the printer was useless without it... I lose a customer as I could not print off important documents.

I emailed them several times over weeks with absolutely no reply. Purchase from this company at your own risk.
