Too long on order and no communication . Had to chase myself .
Delivered in a black bin bag by agent . Needs to be delivered with more care. Individually wrapped , each seat cushion to protect fabric . Agent admitted taking then into another customer to show her before delivering to me .

I completely understand your frustration regarding the length of time your order took, the lack of communication, and the fact that you felt you had to chase updates yourself. I am also disappointed to hear about the condition in which your order was delivered. Our products should be transported and presented with care, and your comments regarding the packaging and handling of the cushions fall below the standards we expect.
I am particularly concerned by your comments regarding the delivery agent showing your items to another customer prior to delivery. This is not something we would expect, and I will ensure this feedback is investigated with the delivery team.

A Bit Disheartened
The curtains ordered by us were excellent absolutely nothing wrong at all
When the Fitter arrived with curtains and as he set out to fit these expensive curtains he noticed and realised the curtains were not of the right size . They were width wise correct but height wise not right . The Fitter was very accommodating and very apologetic about the situation . We had spent the day before moving the furniture etc to accommodate the fitting day and felt a bit let down

My experience with Plumbs has been brilliant. My first visit was great- I had very specific ideas about what I wanted, which the plumbs rep Anne totally took on board and supported. She was flexible about visit times and followed up on questions I had. The 2 sofa covers and all the elements are beautifully piped and made.I chose 100% cotton cream covers, they look stunning. Beyond my expectations. I actually had to pop one cover through the wash this week, after a spillage, and it’s perfect. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to do it. The sofas look brand brand new , and I love them

Couldn't recommend Anthony enough.
We recently had Anthony fit shutters for our new office, and the entire experience was absolute perfection from start to finish.
Anthony is the ultimate professional—incredibly friendly, approachable, and so easy to deal with. Nothing was ever too big or too small for him to sort out, which made what can usually be a stressful process completely relaxing and seamless.
As for the shutters themselves? We are absolutely in love with them! They are gorgeous, exceptionally well-made, and have completely transformed our new office space. Superb job all around. If you're looking for top-notch quality and fantastic service, ask for Anthony!

Usually anything we have had from Plumbs has been great. The last job we had done was a mixed blessing. Our kitchen chairs needed some cushions to make them a bit softer. Seats cushions and back ones. The back ones were so large there was hardly any room to sit on the seats. I have put them elsewhere where they can be sat on and hope they squash down a bit. Shame, I was looking forward to getting them.

After a visit from Plumbs Representative 15 weeks ago, a decision regarding reupholstery of a three piece suite and the payment of a large deposit, I am still waiting for a collection. Three contacts with Plumbs and told that I would be phoned back but no phone call.
