Trainers arrived as described, and great comms from PSC keeping me informed of the timings and delivery date. They look fantastic - absolutely made up with them

Great trainers
Great trainers , this was my second pair of custom trainers and I couldn't wait for them to arrive. Upon arrival I was blown away by the quality of them , Great staff as I moved house whilst the trainers were in production, but nothing was to much trouble for them when I contacted them with the new address. Thanks for Great service, now what shall I order next ??? .

First class service
I recently purchased a pair of custom addidas Mike Joyce signed trainers . They came professionally boxed and even had an extra pair of laces . The communication was first class also and I would recommend PSC all day long

Received my custom air force ones and couldn't be happier! They look great and came within timeframe given. I had some spare laces tags included but were broken when I got them. Emailed and got a response straight away confirming replacements on the way.

No shoes laces
No shoes laces, box damaged with a melt chocolate bar inside, shoes with stains
Horrible experience and can t even reach out to store because supposedly I just sent ansg a week before receiving my package asking about a tracking number since i never got one 6 weeks ago+ after paying for the sneakers.

Thank you for your review. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — this is not the standard we aim for at PSC.
Regarding the missing laces this should not have happened (not sure how this has happened either!) and we will put this right for you. The 'stains' frustratingly are all part of the dying process, and the marks you are referring to on the inside of the sneakers is excess glue from when the shoes were manufactured, and not us (we do have this highlighted on all product descriptions). However when the shoes are dyed it makes the excess glue or glue spills more clear, something we should make a better effort of keeping an eye on, so sorry to let you down here. The chocolate was intended as a small gesture in every order, but in your case it melted in transit which clearly caused more frustration — I apologise. As for the damaged box, while we always ship double boxed, sometimes boxes arrive imperfect due to the channels we source from, though we do our best to protect them.
On communication, I can confirm we did respond to your enquiry but it looks like our reply may not have reached you, which I understand has added to your frustration, kindly check your spam folder. Just for reference, we received an enquiry from you on 27th of August at 20:38 UK TIME, we responded on 27th of August 20:42 UK TIME.
I’ve already reached out directly by email to resolve this, and I want to make sure you leave happy. You’ll have the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

I sent a used pair of Travis Scott with some upper ware and have received back a pair that definitely passes for brand new 👍 amazing work by these guys. I waited longer than originally agreed but it was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend and will be using this service again. Pricing is very fair for the quality of the work. Happy customer

Very happy with my trainers
Very happy with my trainers. Look dope, can’t wait to rock them this weekend! Communication was also great. Expect to wait around a month to 6 weeks to receive them but it’s definitely worth the wait! Highly recommend

Poor finish

Thank you for your review. I would like to provide some context to the review because it is important to highlight what your concern is.
Your email to us stated the size of the text added next to the three stripes was too large, which we agreed we made a mistake and then sorted this with no questions asked. The text we applied was too large for the size of the shoes. We covered the cost of shipping and refunded you 10% for the inconvenience.
Your other comments are a reflection of the manufacturing of the shoes and not us. You said within your email the suede on the shoes was patchy and slightly faded, unfortunately this is nothing we can control, we buy all of our base models from Adidas directly and then customise them. When we received the shoes back for us to adjust the text we assessed the shoes and found for them to be fine and well within the guidelines of Adidas. Whilst I will admit the quality of Adidas trainers can vary, and has got noticeably worse of the last 12 months, we have zero control over this.
Your comment of price, possibly suggests you do not understand our business model. We purchase authentic trainers from retailers at full RRP and then customise them as per the customers order. So, yes of course our prices are going to be more than a standard Adidas model.

Can you send us photos, we have never received photos displaying poor craftsmanship, we received photos of the text being too large which we corrected for you and sent you a refund. You then mentioned the suede which as explained we do not manufacture the shoe, which is why I assumed you didn't understand our business model.
Kindly, send us photos to info@platinumshoecare.co.uk and if the work carried out by ourselves is not good enough we simply will sort it.
